PREMIUM 4 BR, 3.5 BA TOWNHOME – HOT TUB – BEAUTIFUL SETTING – ON SHUTTLE ROUTE!

This spacious townhome sits in a beautiful, wooded Peak 8 setting next to the Cucumber Gulch Preserve and the Breckenridge Nordic Center. There’s even a Nordic ski trail right out the back door! The free shuttle to the slopes or downtown Breck is only two blocks away. Throw in your own private hot tub, and you’ve got a mountain getaway your entire group will love!

This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom premium townhome is perfect for up to 10 people — and with two master suites complete with private bathrooms and fireplaces, it’s also perfect for two families to share. The living area is warm and inviting, with vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. There’s a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating for relaxing after a long day on the slopes or trails. Just outside, there’s seating on the deck, as well as a gas grill.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range), beautiful marble counters, and all the gear you’ll need to whip up apres-ski snacks and memorable holiday meals. The adjoining dining area has seating for up to eight people at the dining table, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include the eight-person private hot tub, a washer/dryer, a one-car garage (with additional parking for one car in the driveway) and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath.

LOWER LEVEL:

  • Master suite 2: king bed, private bathroom with jetted tub and walk-in tile shower, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 2)
  • Bedroom 3: queen bed, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 2)
  • Bedroom 4: extra-long twin-over-queen bunk bed, twin trundle bed, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 4)
  • Bathroom: tub/shower.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 1 garage space, 1 outdoor space – 2 spaces total.

We were two families sharing this home, we had a great time, the house had everything we needed. The property management team was super responsive and checking on us for anything we needed which made our stay even more enjoyable. Very conveniently located close to peak 7,8 and 9, easy to get to town, grocery stores, definitely exceeded our expectations for a great week of skiing and snowboarding. Thank you!

Our family stayed in "White Wolf 1158" for Christmas and it was perfect! The house is beautiful and well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. The location is stunning - tucked in the trees - simply beautiful. You cannot go wrong with this vacation rental!

Overall place is great location. The property needs to be better maintained overall. The door handles were not connceted in one bath, tiles were missing in downstairs bath on the wall, and none of the humidifiers worked either. I would stay here again if everything was maintained(I get its a rental) but for the amount of money spent should have been maintained.

We had 6 adults and 2 children. Property was clean when we arrived. Rooms were large and the rest of the house was spacious. There was even a few basic spices there for cooking. We used the drop off lot at peak 8 versus the shuttle. Shuttle walk and wait wasn't bad but tough on some in the party due to the cold.

The property description was accurate, plenty of amenities stocked. Management was very receptive and responded quickly. It was in a good location if you are not used to a ski in and ski out. It is no different than walking around the resort going from place to place. There is an app for the shuttle and that is worth downloading to see the times for the shuttle. It was very quiet. I will say we had to drive around a couple times due to not seeing the numbers at first. Be prepared to not be able to park in parking garage if you have a larger vehicle. We had a Lincoln Navigator, and it would not fit in garage. Very close to town and ski lifts.

We enjoyed our week stay in Dec very much!!! The property is as described; has a great layout; it’s warm and cozy; and well maintained. Great views of the Nordic cross country ski system and close to Nordic rental. Split masters; great for family or couples. You have to drive or take the shuttle to get to shopping, dining, ski slopes or gondola. The garage was a tight squeeze for our 4x4 5-1/2ft bed pick up; driveway is a bit steep and slippery on icy/snowy days. Garage is heated and stocked with sleds and discs for added fun. You have to check in and out off site which you must drive to. Property management was polite and courteous. Would recommend to family or friends!!!
