White Wolf Mountain Air Townhome is a 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home that can gracefully accommodate up to 14 guests. It’s in a beautiful wooded setting just a short walk to the shuttle to Peak 8 and the slopes; you can also catch the shuttle to Breckenridge’s historic Main Street for dining, shopping and more. And in the summer, enjoy nearby hiking and biking trails. You just can’t beat the combination of convenience and luxury that this property offers.

The living/dining area is designed to impress, with vaulted ceilings, huge windows, a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV and high-end furniture. From the living area, step out on the deck with a large gas grill and outdoor seating. And the kitchen? It’s a chef’s dream, with plenty of space and top-notch appliances, including a gas range. The dining table has seating for eight, and there’s room for three more at the counter.

With two master suites and a multilevel layout, this home is perfect for multiple families. Upstairs, there’s a spacious master suite featuring luxurious private bathroom with a large Jacuzzi tub. There are two more bedrooms upstairs as well, one with a queen bed, the other with two twins and a private bathroom. Downstairs, you’ll find a comfortable den/TV room, another king master suite with a private bathroom, and another bedroom with a double bunk bed.

Of course, there’s a private hot tub outside the lower level French doors. You’ll also appreciate the large laundry room with a washer and dryer, a heated two-car garage with two additional spaces in the driveway, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival.   • A $2,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).
  • For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.

The town house was in a beautiful location. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. There was lots of room for our crew. Each family unit had some private space which was great. We had four under four years old and had no problem with naps being affected by noise from the adults. There were plenty of bathrooms so that was never an issue. It was close to Breck, but not close enough for us to walk. It would probably work out better for families with older children. One of the best features was the communication with the property managers. I don't think I ever waited more than three minutes for an answer to my communication. They also REALLY wanted to be helpful. GREAT stay!

This roomy beautiful home is a great place to stay at Breck! Super location, a few minutes walk from the shuttle that takes you to the mountain or to town. Big two car garage w additional driveway parking. Great kitchen and common spaces, hot tub etc etc etc. I appreciated that there were humidifiers as we weren’t used to the dry high altitude of Breck. I also really appreciate their simple and short list of things to do before departure. Easy communication w priory management. Hope to stay here again!

We had 10 guests stay in this rental property for six nights. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The en suite bathrooms were a significant advantage over other options. The location was great, five minute walk to free shuttle pick up, and another 5 ride to peak six and peak seven base. Could also go into town from the same stop very easily. The appliances, cookware, and kitchen set up were excellent We made dinners for four of the six nights we stayed and lacked for nothing. The property was very clean. The garage had chairs for sitting down, taking off your boots, and racks for hanging up your ski equipment, which was extra nice. It even had crutches in the closet, thankfully, we didn’t need them. Oh, and don’t forget about the hot tub. It was very nice, although the pathway was a little tender on the feet.

The home we rented was very comfortable for our family including our small children. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating needs. The shuttle is very close to the property to get into town. The management company was very responsive to all of my questions and needs prior to the stay and during the stay.

Trying to find a reasonably priced ski home that can hold many guests,all the cars, is close to the slopes (almost walkable), and has lots of beds is not easy. This one checked all of those. The house had lots of space for the 14 of us. Including the pull out bed (which had the best mattress), we all had bed space which is remarkable for the price. We have enough space for 4 cars (rare in most rentals). The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware, and utensils. The main living room TV was small but the downstairs one was bigger. The hot tub in the back of the house holds 6 but accessing it required you to walk about 30 ft from the side of the house. Not long, but not great when its cold. One of the main shuttle stops (Nordic center) was a quick 2-3 min walk and very convenient. Walking to the slopes only took 15 min. The carpets were a bit stained but that's expected for a ski rental house. There were enough linens, sheets, pillows etc.

The house was absolutely beautiful. It was a little hard to find initially because the numbers are not in the best location. Also, we struggled with getting the heat to stay on, but about half of us enjoyed the colder temps so it wasn’t terrible. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at the house, and the hot tub was awesome!

One of our favorite places we have ever stayed. We take an annual ski trip and this was by far one of our favorites. Plenty of room for 5 couples, with each having a bathroom of our own. The house was in a great location with easy access to the city bus which would take us to the base of peak 7 or 8 or into town. The house was lacking a few things like a pizza cutter and had very few games/entertainment options compared to some of the other places we've stayed. Otherwise the house was well equipped. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at White Wolf 392 Townhome. Everything was as described and more. We took our kids and their spouses and babies - 10 of us in all - and there were beds to spare. Such a peaceful neighborhood. Hot tub was great. Short walk to the free shuttle into town. Everything was very clean. Manager was very responsive and helpful. We spent a day at Epic Discovery - so fun! Would definitely recommend this property. No complaints at all.

Easy-Peasy check-in, great location, sleeps loads - perfect for our large family - with the best appointed kitchen I’ve seen in a rental - you will want for nothing. Easy drive to the grocery store and town, you are surrounded by nature and lots of hiking trails., and oh so close to the Fun Park and ski liftsManagement was very responsive and catered to our every want, whim, desire, and need promptly and cordially. A little FYI: The entire property is non-smoking, including the patio, hot tub, and driveway. We would stay again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend this property.

A group of 12 people and I were in Breckenridge for me and my fiance's joint bachelor/ette party so we decided to stay at White Wolf 392. HIGHLY recommend this place!! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook breakfast and dinner and the patio even has a grill! There were enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably and we even had our own private hot tub in the backyard. Really really miss this place already and hope to be back soon! Also bonus points to Summit Mountain Rentals for allowing my MOH to ship our shotski to their office for pickup instead of us having to lug it from Chicago to Breckenridge. THANK YOU!!

We booked this roomy home to accommodate our extended family for a week. With three levels, sleeping areas were private and quiet while providing a comfortable common area on the main floor for all to meet. We stayed for 10 days, with kids joining for the first half and only adults for the second half...this worked out well for everyone and there was room to accommodate the group as it changed. We enjoyed the place so much, we only went into town twice! The beds were comfortable, the location was convenient, and the kitchen was easy to move around a few chefs at one time. Great place!

The home was very nice and spacious for the 10 of us. The only thing that needed attention was the carpet, very dirty! It would also be nice if they supplied more personal hygiene products like all other homes we stay at. We would come back and stay again.
