2 BR, 2 BA CONDO – ON SHUTTLE ROUTE – GREAT UPDATES, COZY!

This is a great condo in a great location: You’re just minutes from the Peak 8 base area and Historic Downtown Breckenridge on the free shuttle route. You’ll also enjoy the updated floors, granite counters, and shared hot tub access. Your family and friends will love it … you will too!

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom deluxe condo is set up to host six guests comfortably; it’s also great for two couples to share! There’s a fully equipped kitchen that overlooks the living space. The flat-screen TV with complimentary cable is perfect for catching the game or watching your favorite shows. There’s also a patio off the living area for kicking back after a big day on the slopes or letting the mountain breeze flow through the condo. 

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central laundry facilities, shared hot tubs and a private ski locker. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Everything went well and the condo was in great shape. The only thing I might suggest adding is a hair dryer! I personally do not like to have to pack that!

House was in a convenient location, near both the town and ski slopes. Property was as described, but overall the furnishings could be updated. Beds were VERY uncomfortable and we actually had to take a day off from skiing because one of the guests back hurt so bad. Overall, pricey for the stay given the holiday weekend, but would stay again.

The condo is as it appears in the pictures. Kitchen is well appointed, living area is cozy with reclining sofa and gas fireplace. The balcony offers beautiful views and the condo is easy to get to as well as convenient to downtown Breckenridge. Very nice condo for the price.

The owners really provide everything you need: additional covers, humidifiers, fans, tin foil, more than basic spices. You're on the third floor so get those legs ready for the slopes! There's a good size equipment locker on the first floor. There are many options to get home from the slopes; if you're feeling it, you can walk up or catch the shuttle at two really close stops. Great all around and thanks to the owners, again.

Unit is very nice and updated. Small kitchen has surprisingly great storage and all the cooking utensils you need. Great value for price due to location and unit update. Be aware, traffic noise during day in summertime. Nightime and early morning is very quiet. Great cardio workout upstairs to unit. Older building could use update, but really doesn’t matter, since unit is nice.

You can't beat the location. The property fit our needs and desires. The only issues were minor annoyances. Just as an FYI, you have to be VERY quiet, because even the smallest thumps on the floor are met by BIG BANGS from the neighbor below. We started tip-toeing through the condo as a joke and if anyone accidently dropped anything we all froze and waited for the banging to begin. We tried to be as quiet as possible, but the 2nd floor neighbor was really terrible. It would have been nice to have a broom or dust pan available to clean up after ourselves during the week. I guess those are the only big reasons we would consider staying some place else. Overall, nice and clean and fits a family of 5.

The unit was very clean with an awesome location, right by the shuttle. Ine day we even skied right off the mountain with a short walk to the unit. The unit was well stocked with supplies.

Gold Rush A57 treated us well for our weeklong stay in Breckenridge. The kitchen is great, fireplace lovely and beds comfortable. However, the windows are in great need of an upgrade. Being right next to Ski Hill Rd, there is a lot of traffic and even with the windows closed the noise comes through as if you’re in a tent. The shuttle bus is particularly loud and runs from 6 am to 10 pm.

I loved our time in Breckenridge. At the condo, you are so close to the bus lines, and perfectly situated from the town to the resort. The place was well taken care of and fully furnished. The view was good, but being so close to the road, there was sometime a bit too much noise. I wish the screen door was working to the balcony. We kept getting flies and wasp, due to having to keep the door open. Overall, I would recommend the this place, and we would want to stay again.

What a sweet spot. Condo was great: spacious, clean, all the amenities - WiFi, TV, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds (I slept very well on the top bunk). Location is perfect - an easy downhill walk to Breckenridge downtown, and the (uphill) return bus stop is right across the street from the condo. Hiking, biking, snowshoe trails are just a few blocks away. In a beautiful area, we went between season and there was plenty to do right near the condo as well as in and around the area. Looking forward to our next stay.

Spent a week in this beautiful condo! Very clean well maintained. Breckenridge is a great place for hiking and skiing.This condo is located in the perfect place for both. I recommend this condo for your next vacation anytime of the year.
