This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom premium townhome offers both peace and convenience! This tastefully decorated, light and spacious duplex sleeps up to 10 people, with three levels offering multiple families comfort and flexibility, with the opportunity for privacy. The main middle level is a great gathering area, spacious and open with a vaulted ceiling and wonderful views. Relax on the comfy couch in front of the gas fireplace or take in your favorite movie on the large flat-screen TV with surround sound. You can also relax on the deck or grill a steak on the gas grill, surrounded by pine trees and overlooking Cucumber Gulch and the Nordic ski trails, with views up to Breckenridge Ski Resort.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring high-end stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range) and granite countertops, and it’s stocked with all the gear you need to prepare that perfect mountain meal. The adjoining dining area has seating for up to eight people at the table, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. And after a hard day’s downhill or Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking or just plain relaxing, take a soak in the private hot tub sheltered on the lower-level deck!

Other amenities include a washer/dryer, a one-car garage (with additional parking for one car in the driveway) and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

SLEEPS 10:

UPPER LEVEL:

  • Master suite: king bed, private bath with walk-in rain shower, and flat-screen HD-TV. (sleeps 2)

MID LEVEL:

  • Main entrance area; access to garage.
  • Open plan living area, comprising lounge with gas fireplace and large flat-screen HD-TV, DVD player and iPod/iPhone docking station, kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area; entrance onto deck with gas barbecue and outdoor dining table and chairs.
  • Bathroom: 1/2 bath.

LOWER LEVEL:

  • XL Twin Suite: split-XL twin King bed (default set up is King bed, but can split into two twins if requested), private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, gas fireplace; private entrance to patio and hot tub. (sleeps 2)
  • Bedroom 3: two twin bunk beds. (sleeps 4)
  • Den: queen-plus sleeper sofa, 46” flat-screen HD-TV, Blu-ray and DVD players, X-box. (sleeps 2)
  • Bathroom: tub/shower.

  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).
  • For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.

The property felt larger than it appeared in the photos & presented an upscale Colorado mountain town vibe . It was fantastic! Amazing kitchen, perfect living room for watching the games by the warm fire& relaxing after a great day of skiing. Secluded feeling with beautiful trees loaded with snow but close drive down to town if necessary. Bullfrog spa was excellent! Outdoor grill worked perfectly. Snow removal plowed the exit and cleared the porch & steps. Would be an amazing base camp in the summer months as well. Staff reached out and were available if needed. Check-in/Check-out process was easy. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at White Wolf! The room set up is good and the location to Breckenridge is great. Nice hot tub--but should rotate it so that the cover blocks your neighbors, not the beautiful view to the back! Also, I would suggest changing out rugs and shower curtains. All were very worn and rundown, giving it a bit of a dirty feel. Kitchen held everything we needed. Kitchen floor had a missing piece of wood by the dishwasher, which should also get fixed. Overall, a good stay.

Wonderful townhome! Great location and lovely amenities! Spacious for all our guests to have privacy and cozy enough to create sweet family conversations. Even used the fireplace in the bedroom on chilly mornings. The kitchen all all the conveniences for cooking family meals. The Summit team were all professional and helpful with any questions about checking in or out. We would stay here again!

This property was a good choice for our group of six. Close enough to town to walk, but far enough to enjoy the quiet of being away from the traffics. I enjoyed haves direct access to the outdoors and a little yard to play bocce ball, as opposed to being in a multi story unit with an elevator.

The property was in great shape upon our arrival. The property management company was easy to stay in contact with, as well as providing clear instructions upon my arrival and departure. Everything was nice, as described. Communication with the management company was easy & accessible. The unit was well stocked with kitchen items like pots & pans. Thank you for the starter kit of TP, shampoo, dishwashing soap, etc. The mattress on the sleeper sofa in the den was surprisingly comfortable. And the fireplace worked great (lots of heat).

The rental was clean and we were comfortable. The microwave worked and didn't work, but were OK with that. The master bed downstairs was totally uncomfortable sleeping it, as it is two twins. But we moved upstairs to the other master and slept well. We loved the place and the neighborhood and will definately rent again from you. We had everything we needed.

Property is a bit dated, overall was clean and a nice experience for our family of 7. Kitchen faucet was very loose, wobbles around and very difficult to control temperature, Hot water is extremely hot! could be dangerous for young child. A broom for kitchen and snow shovel for deck would have been appreciated.

We loved this property. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures, and it's in great condition. We especially liked the open layout of the kitchen and living room. We also really liked the deck, which has a nice view of the forest and hiking trail.

The townhome was perfect for our group of six. Sleeping accommodations were excellent and the decor of the townhome was updated and worked perfectly. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a day of skiing. Location was also excellent - right on the Breck shuttle line that provided easy access to all the peaks and downtown Breck. We would definitely rent this townhome again.

We were happy with our stay at 962 White Wolf. The main living area has been nicely updated. The rest of the townhouse is very dated but clean so that was fine with us. We did not use the hot tub. We liked that we could walk out the door and start hiking.

Enjoyed our stay in this peaceful setting, so convenient to getting to town, but quiet and surrounded by hummingbirds and trees. Our favorite spot, Cucumber Gulch, was right off the back yard. Clean, new living room and kitchen furniture with great fireplace, large tv and well stocked kitchen. Comfortable large kitchen and dining room and important for us, a deck where we could comfortably eat al fresco. The bedroom configuration worked well as it had 2 masters, a bunk room and pull out sofa, however the downstairs bedrooms were cold (with the exception of the master down), and the master up was uncomfortably warm. Great to have a private tub to soak in daily. Overall, we really enjoyed this clean, peaceful and roomy townhome and look forward to a future stay.

We loved the place. Lot's of room to spread out. It had extra things like food spices, games, etc. The neighborhood was quiet, close to a hiking trail and not far from downtown Breckenridge. Highly recommend it.

This property is very nice and in a great location, close to the free bus service. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need. I felt the den needed more comfortable furniture, with 2 easy chairs rather than just 1. The den couch needed a good vacuuming.

Summit Rentals was a great management company to work with. The transaction was very smooth. The set up was great for the two families who stayed. Loved that the boys had their own room and bathroom. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. There were plenty of extra sheets and blankets. It was easy to use the shuttle to the slopes. The parking was definitely tight as we had to park one of the vehicles in the garage and on one in the driveway. Only recommendation I would have is that the glasses be replenished. Maybe more heavy duty plastic cups would be helpful.

We had 7 adults and the home held us all comfortably! It is very close to downtown Breckenridge. The hot tub was not working the day we checked in, but they had it repaired the following morning. Thank you Summit Mountain Rentals for assisting in the repair. Also Summit Mountain Rentals check in and check out process was quick and easy.

Everything was wonderful. The people at the Summit rentals office were very helpful and had a great attitude to work with. The unit was great for six people. It was well supplied with kitchen items. Beautiful setting in the mountains The one thing that we did have to deal with was an odor in the lower master bedroom. I am not sure we would rebook unit unless that is taken care of before rebooking unit. It was the only thing that I would change!

Everything was great. The kitchen was set up well. We had 6 kids that enjoyed their stay. :-) I do recommend a 4 wheel drive, our front wheel drive van had a difficult time getting up the driveway into the garage.

Family of 6 really enjoyed this townhome with plenty of room and nice amenities. Only one thing I was unhappy about with the VRBO site, put dates on site to look at places then when I actually booked without changing dates price moved up considerably.

Have stayed in the White Wolf properties during previous Breck vacations. Would say that this unit is a 4 star due to a few little issues. Very difficult to regulate the heat, the heat was nice during the day / night, but during sleeping hours too hot! Very limited number of humidifiers which for us flatlanders is necessary. Issues with hot water. A maintenance man visiting a neighboring WW unit came by to turn the hot water heater from “warm” to “hot”. Made a huge difference..but was already day two. All in all a solid unit. However did not blow us away with features or comforts. Would recommend. Just noting a few issues.

When looking for a place for a family get away, I found the perfect spot!! White Wolf 962 was comfortable, spacious, and close to all of the amenities Breck has to offer. I would recommend it to anyone that asks and definitely plan on booking for another weekend next year!

Met a few high school buddies for a weekend full of golf and mtn biking. We were very pleased with this unit. The house was a very good size with great amenities. What we really enjoyed about this location was how close it was to town, but how far away it felt. Hiking trails right out the backdoor was a really nice bonus as well. I would definitely recommend this property.

White Wolf 962 was the perfect choice for our family mountain summer vacation. This town home is well-appointed with everything we needed and more and is nestled in the trees above the town of Breckenridge giving it a very private feel. This townhouse is spacious and comfortable and it couldn't be in a more perfect location. It is a 10 minute walk down the hill to town or 15 minute walk up to the main Breckenridge ski hill. Cucumber Gulch is a short walk out the back door for a beautiful local hike. All of the beds (including the pull-out queen sofa sleeper) were super comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. Being summer, we kept the windows open all day and night and I was concerned the night noise would keep me awake. Not at all! It is a surprisingly quiet neighborhood and we all slept like babies after our all-day hikes in the area. As Southerners we were happy to find an ample supply of humidifiers to help us all acclimate to the dry mountain air. We love to cook so the new GE appliances were a joy to use and the oversized gas grill on the back patio was put to good use as well. We quickly felt very much at home and whatever supplies we needed was a 10 minute drive down the hill to City Market. Someone in our party of 6 was always hitting the hot tub rain or shine! We rented a movie one night using Xfinity On Demand and also took advantage of the nice selection of board games. We will definitely return to White Wolf 962 in the future and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable and convenient base for their next Breckenridge vacation.

We had an absolutely awesome weekend at this house. We brought 10 friends from college out to Breck for a ski weekend and couldn't have been happier. The house was full but by no means cramped. Everything was clean and in excellent condition when we arrived (and thankfully when we left as well). The location for skiing is great. It's a 5 minute bus ride up to peak 8 and a very short walk to the bus stop. The only small problems we came across were being limited to 2 parking spots and neighbors that liked their peace and quite. We were only asked to keep it down once but we also weren't all that noisy. Not a big problem but if you have a large group that is going to be out late you might look at another location in consideration of the neighbors.

We loved the location and the space, it was exactly as described. Our only issue was the Master Bedroom on the top floor was too hot even with the heat off and we had to open windows. Also, the driveway was very steep and snow/ice covered. Make it difficult/dangerous to get in and out with grandparents also staying with us.

Upon inspection, we did notice an issue with the bedroom heat and it was easily rectified. We did see record snows this year and had extra staff out almost every day making sure that drives and walkways were clear. Please know that our maintenance and front desk teams are always just a quick call away for any issues you experience when staying with us. We hope you'll bring the family back again soon.

This rental was perfect for our family. I was a little worried about it being a duplex, but we never heard the other guests. It was all very private. The location was a beautiful area. The only thing was having to walk down the street to the shuttle, but that was only a small nuisance, all things considered. The living room was large enough to accommodate our family of six easily, and the second den downstairs made a great quiet reading and gaming spot for the kids. The home was spotless with all the conveniences of home.

We stayed here with another family over Labor Day weekend 2016. Compared with many other Breckenridge condos / townhouses this is a very nice unit in a quiet area close to town. It backs on open space which was great for hiking with the kids. Large 1 car garage plus one space in the driveway. Would definitely rent again.

This property worked very well for multiple families with children! However, when walking behind the property, we were told that it wasn't allowed during the month of July as the nearby animals needed quiet time with their babies. Signs would be helpful.
