Ten Mile Creek 112 is a 2-bedroom + den, 2-bathroom condo that’s perfect for families or groups of up to six people. The living area welcomes you with a gas fireplace and a huge, cozy couch — it’s perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or catching a movie (or the morning snow report) on the large flat-screen TV. Just outside, there’s a large patio area and table for hanging out as well. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need to keep the troops fed from breakfast through dinner, and a dining table that seats six.

The Ten Mile Creek complex also features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and shared laundry facilities. Other amenities include parking for one vehicle and complimentary Wi-Fi. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, this home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.

We visited for a week to ski at Copper Mountain and the Ten Mile Creek condo offered all the amenities we were looking for. It was a great location. Just a block or so from main street shops, and a few minutes down the highway to Copper Mountain.

We rented this unit for a 1 week ski trip. It's got everything you need. Beds were comfortable. Appreciated the humidifiers for each bedroom. Best feature is its location 1 block from Main Street in Frisco. Easy walk to restaurants and other shops. Try Prosit for beer and sausages, unique. For a basic pub with great beer and burgers go to the Moose Jaw.

We had a wonderful stay at Ten Mile Creek. We stayed at the same condos over 25 years ago and it was perfect for our kids! Walking distance to downtown, easy access to bike paths and condo is located right across from pool entry! Condo had everything you need and is a 3/2 with a cozy couch! We will definitely rent this next year! SMR staying in contact and made sure we were up to date with entry etc!

We had a great experience from check in to check out. The unit was clean and well equipped. The location was fantastic, starting with the pool and hot tub basically right outside of the unit, with laundry, being only a few steps away. The walk to downtown was less than two blocks, so it was fantastic for dining and shopping. Frisco itself is a fantastic little town. And the central location for skiing was perfect.

Great location for the barbecue weekend with family meetings from across the country in Frisco. The place has older furniture but works. The beds could use an update as they are a little bit lumpy. Had a great time would rent again.

Three guys stayed 4 nights. We only cooked breakfast at the condo. It is a great value for the size an location. But it is a very basic condo. It could use more cooking supplies and curtains in the bedrooms.

Loved how close the Jacuzzi was to the condo. However, one towel per occupancy when staying longer then a weekend was unsatisfactory. Especially if you want to use the pool or Jacuzzi the same day you took a shower.

The Pros: Awesome, totally central location close to Breck, Keystone, A Basin and a short drive to Vail as well as Pioneer Sports (great equipment if renting and a large selection of fairly priced gear for purchase in addition to long hours and a knowledgeable staff), WalMart, Whole Foods and just blocks from downtown so you're never far from great food and entertainment. There's a nice pool, hot tub and a great sauna that gets nice and toasty in the clubhouse, and this unit is literally right outside of it! Full Kitchen, super clean. The Neutrals (& Cons if you're picky): It's not fancy, which didn't matter for our boys trip but don't expect a hotel. Bring your own toiletries if staying for longer than a few days (other than towels and toilet paper, there's plenty of that!). Mattresses are soft and again, if you're not too tired to care by the time you hit it you're misusing your time in Colorado!

We had a lovely family vacation with Mom and three 20 somethings. I was particularly struck by how well kept the pool and hot tub was. I work at a resort with loads of pools and hot tubs and know how easily they can go south. The pool guy knows his stuff. Thanks for a lovely time

The condominium is a short two block walk from Main Street, Frisco. Main Street has many shops, bars and restaurants. It is well furnished with three bedrooms that have comfortable beds, humidifiers and plenty of linens and blankets. Two clean bathrooms with a bonus sink inside of the second queen bedroom. Living room has a comfortable sectional with a large newer TV. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, silverware and dishes. Bring your own cooking supplies as there was only salt and pepper were provided. Very nice and easy to be on the first floor. One suggestion is to improve the lighting as it was dimly lit with a number of burnt out bulbs around and some lamps with clear Christmas tree type bulbs rather than conventional ones. Overall though, a great spot.

Overall it was good. However, the property was advertised as having a king size bed, but this was not true. It was a queen size.
