This Frisco condo is an excellent choice for a quick getaway or an extended remote working vacation. Only a block from the great shopping and dining in Downtown Frisco (as well as the free ski shuttle bus stop), it has everything you need to enjoy your time in the mountains!

This nicely updated studio, 1-bathroom deluxe condo is a fantastic couple’s retreat! The living area is cozy and comfortable, with a large flat-screen TV with soundbar that’s great for watching the game or your favorite shows. There’s a large desk/work area for catching up on emails or other projects in a quiet, peaceful setting. The full kitchen has white quartz countertops and everything you’ll need to whip up snacks and meals including a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, access to a shared hot tub, an elevator, and parking for one vehicle. Everything was great. Room was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It is true you can hear the neighbors but still manageable when going to bed. We could easily walk to shops and bars from this location just a couple blocks down.

I recently stayed here for a week to snowboard at Breck and Beaver Creek. The location is conveniently located just minutes from I-70 and tucked away towards the back of Frisco, which was very quiet. I enjoyed the amenities and newly renovated space. The kitchen was fully furnished with pots and pans, bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows, and there was a huge 65” TV to enjoy movies after hitting the slopes. I only had an issue with the noise from the neighbors upstairs with extremely heavy steps. Part of the issue is that the building itself is a bit older so the walls and ceilings are pretty thin. Despite this, the support staff were extremely responsive and tried to address my concerns quickly which helped. They provided detailed check in/check out instructions as well.

Location was a 10/10. One road back from Frisco's main street, so you can walk to any dining/shopping spot. It was also a 3 minute drive from the Safeway and Whole Foods, so it was quick to drive for groceries or snacks since the condo kitchen had all the pots/pans/dishes etc. if you preferred to cook vs going out for meals. There is also a Starbucks across the street from Safeway, which I found convenient since I woke up really early, before all the local coffee shops opened up. I went during non ski season, so there are a few great hikes nearby. I also drove to Breckenridge to explore, and that was a 15 minute drive, so not too far. The condo itself was super clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure. I also had a hard time getting into the condo at first because I didn't understand the deadbolt (user error on my part), and the management team was so quick to respond and helped me in no time. Overall I had a fantastic stay and will 100% be back anytime I'm visiting Frisco.

Clean property with a close drive to Copper Mountain and Breckenridge. Walking distance to downtown Frisco which was great for our ski off days.

Good location, clean, works well for 2 people. Building is noisy (thin walls), ear plugs help. Hot tub jets weren't working, reported this to property manager. Very helpful property management company.

This condo was a great stay for a ski trip with my husband due to its fantastic central location to most of the epic pass hills. The condo itself is modern, provides a great kitchen and comfortable sleeping space, and the hot tub was relieving after 4 days of skiing. Summit rentals was also a great rental company to work with, as they checked in to see how our stay was going, and answered any questions we had within minutes. The condo location in Frisco was also excellent, as we were able to walk one block to Main st to go shopping and have dinner. Overall we felt very safe, comfortable, and at-home at this very clean space, and it provided many amenities including cooking utensils, board games, and extra towels for the hot tub. Only concern was that it could be quite loud in this space from the plows and people walking outside, as well as the loud upstairs neighbor and hallway guests (not great sound proofing however, we were able to sleep fine with ear plugs). This was a fantastic stay overall, and we would definitely both stay here again and recommend it to others!

Studio was clean, new and functional for a ski trip for two. One block off of Main Street was convenient for shopping and dining. 25 minutes to Vail and 15 minutes to Breckinridge was perfect for the winter enthusiast. Kitchen amenities were perfect for cooking and towels and linens were plentiful for our four night stay. Outdoor parking was tight for a large pick up given the snow plow conditions, but the parking spot still worked for a Ram 1500, about 75 feet to the front door. Sleeping for 2 was limited to the bed, there is no couch. The management company was responsive to our needs via text or phone call. Hot tub was available but was used by all tenants - not private.
