You can easily ski back for a quick lunch and be back on the Snowflake lift in minutes. Not to mention, you’re only about a mile from all the shops, restaurants and activities in downtown Breckenridge! Inside, the living area is bright and airy, with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV and plenty of seating. There’s also a cozy family room downstairs with another TV — a perfect spot for the kids to hang out, play games or take in their favorite movie.  

You’ll love the large kitchen with maple cabinets, granite counters and LG appliances. The dining table seats 8, and there’s room for two at the counter. Of course, everyone will love the large private deck with your own hot tub, gas grill and mountain views. It just doesn’t get any better in Breckenridge!

Other amenities include a heated one-car garage and driveway parking, a full-size washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. UPPER LEVEL:

  • Master suite: king bed, in-suite bathroom with jetted tub and separate walk-in shower, TV, mountain views. (sleeps 2)
  • Bedroom 2: queen bed, LCD-TV. (sleeps 2)
  • Bathroom: tub/shower.

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Living area: queen sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)
  • Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath.

LOWER LEVEL:

  • Bedroom 3: two bunk beds (four twin beds). (sleeps 4)
  • Bedroom 4: two twin beds. (sleeps 2)
  • Family room: queen sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)
  • Bathroom: tub/shower.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 1-car garage with 1 outdoor space — 2 spaces total.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

We had a large group of 3 families for our ski trip. This house was well located for ski in/out use. Sometimes the Snowflake lift had large lines and it made sense to take a shuttle bus from the bottom of that lift. The house had lots of beds and bathrooms. It also had a private hot tub which was well used by our group. There was also a brand new grill which worked great. As with most rental houses, some of the furniture was well used, but no more that I would expect. Any questions I had were quickly addressed by SMR. I would highly recommend this rental to others.

We enjoyed our stay at Pines 113. This is our second year at this property. We get 2 townhouses close by each other each year. I love this street and how easy it is to walk to town. The townhouse is comfortable. The furniture is a little dated but we are ok with that. The children enjoyed to hot tub and the hiking trails you can access near by. They built a teepee in the backyard/woods. The downstairs and main level are ok temp wise but the upstairs bedrooms get pretty warm in July. My only suggestion is to add 2-3 portable fans. We borrowed some which worked pretty well. We would be happy to stay here again next year.

Rental process: Seemless - from the moment we decided to rent, until checkout, SMR did a great job of communicating with us and notifying us when we needed to take action (deposits, picking up keys, checking out, etc) The House: Awesome - right off of 4 o’clock, it’s reslly hard to beat the location. Nothing like coming home to have lunch at the house with non-skiers in our party or people who just wanted to ski half day. Inside, the house is awesome too. This is not your palace of glitz and glamour, it’s a functional, well equipped house for a rad weekend at Breck.

Perfect condo for up to four families. I liked the fact that the common room was seperated from all of the bedrooms. Hot tub location was perfect and a must after enjoying the slopes.

I visited with my extended family, including three little kids below the age of 6. The 9 of us fit quite comfortably into the Pines unit we had rented. We found the condo well equipped and maintained. Mountain views were quite good from the second or third levels. Any issues we found with the unit were quickly resolved by the management company or the hot-tub provider. We enjoyed many hikes in the area, including Houiser Pass, McCullough Gulch, and Independence Pass. We mostly had meals in the evening in the condominium, and it was convenient to use the well-equipped kitchen to prepare these. One evening we had dinner at Fatty's, a wonderfully noisy place where our 3 little kids could "act up" without too much notice. This is the second unit I have rented in the Pines and I would do it again.

We had a great time. There was plenty of room for our group of 9. We loved that the kids had there own area to relax and watch tv downstairs. The condo location was perfect. Summit Rentals was very helpful and we will definitely book through them again.

We had a very nice stay. The property is a little older than where we've stayed before; there were no ceiling fans, older style bathrooms and bedroom furniture, bath sharing for 2 large bedrooms downstairs. The hot tub, fireplace and the location were excellent.
