Tyra Streamside Wolf’s Lair Condo comfortably sleeps eight and is a perfect choice for families or multiple couples. The living area is a wonderful place to gather, relax by the gas fireplace or catch a movie on the large flat screen TV. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances for whipping up your favorite meals. The dining table has seating for six, and there’s room for three more at the bar more. Just out the door from the dining area, kick back and enjoy the sound of the stream which runs right by the patio while you watch the skiers board the Snowflake lift! There’s also excellent access to trails from this home during the summer months.
In-unit amenities include a washer and dryer and complementary Wi-Fi; you can also enjoy the complex clubhouse with shared indoor/outdoor hot tubs. Every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. This condo was very comfortable and clean. Needs some updating with kitchen cooking supplies but overall was well stocked. The location was convenient. A stream runs by the main room window and sitting in the window just watching and listening to it was very relaxing. We would stay here again.

The hot tubs are on the same level as this condo. Parking was ez and we could drive from bottom to top with all our gear, as to avoid all the stairs.

Rented a lot of different ski places over the years and I am now ruined forever as now I am addicted to ski in/out!!!! ,:-) This a third floor unit, but as there is an upper parking lot, there is no need to take stairs at all. The hot tubs are about 40 feet out the door, just a great location. Snowflake lift is literally across the street and I found I could take the 4oclock run and ski right to the hot tub! I will say the condo is clearly a well used ski unit, so lots of renters coming and going which means lot of wear and tare, but functionally just great. The kids loved the loft area and we had plenty of room. Also, the condo comes with 2 parking passes which is a real premium in Breckenridge! The only negatives were the lack of a pizza cutter, the gas fireplace did not work (I am sure I could have called and got it working, but just was not too interested in using it), and lastly the master bath had a whirlpool tub that does not work either, but only tried as I was curious. All and all, fantastic location, great value, and all we needed, would overall rank 91/100.

The place was as advertised. Everything worked with the exception of the fire place. The management text me the day after I checked in to see how it was going and I mentioned the fire place and within an hour they had someone there to take it all apart and fix it. I thought that was great. I didnt really mind that it didnt work but it was great they jumped right on it. Only thing that I gave 4 stars was the overall condition. The only issue we had was with the master bathroom. A lot of leaks overtime has damaged the tile and they were popping off, along with the tub didnt drain well at all. A two minute shower and you were standing in a decent puddle. We ended up using one of the other two showers. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning. Overall this place was great. Couldnt ask for a better location. We will definitely be back and hopefully the shower will drain :)

Our stay in Wolf’S Lair was great. The home had plenty of space for our family of 7 to spread out. The view from the deck was beautiful. We enjoyed the location, being close to downtown but in a very quiet setting. The fireplace didn’t work for us on the last night and there were a few areas that could’ve been cleaner, but overall a good stay.

We were extremely please with our stay here at Tyra Streamside. Everything from the booking process to checking out went extremely smooth. We were lucky to find this gem so close to our travel dates of only weeks out. The snowflake lift is literally in your back yard which makes this so convenient and you can ski right home. There are 2 indoor hot tubs which are a must after a long day on the mountain. This is a spacious condo which comfortable sleeps about 9-10 people. Would def come back again and recommend this property to my friends!

We were looking for a ski in/ ski out location for our stay in Breckenridge and we found it!!! This is a beautiful condo with room enough for a family even though it was just my husband and I. It had everything we needed .. the kitchen was well stocked, the fireplace was great and the bed was very comfortable. Check in was easy and Stephanie was so friendly and helpful. We loved that we could literally walk across the street to the Snowflake lift in the mornings to begin our day of skiing. At the end of the day, you can take the Snowflake run back down to the lift or take the 4 O’clock run to the back side of the condo but then you need to know when to get off the run and make your way down a road to the Condo’s parking lot. It’s a beautiful condo in a great location. We would love to bring our kids and grandkids with us next time.

Great condo in a prime location! We had a hiccup with the hot water-the boiler was going out so we had to call a couple of times to get it fixed which was a little inconvenient, but didn't affect our stay that much. The bathroom showers could really use an update, but it has great sleeping arrangements!
