Tyra Streamside Buffalo Run Condo is 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo that comfortably sleeps 10 — it’s a perfect choice for families or multiple couples! The living area is a wonderful place to gather, relax by the gas fireplace or catch a movie on the large flat-screen TV television with Blu-ray player. There’s a fully equipped, remodeled kitchen for whipping up your group’s favorite meals. The dining table has seating for six.

You'll love stepping out onto the patio to watch and listen to the stream run by, making for the absolute perfect mountain setting! Other in-unit amenities include a washer and dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi; you can also enjoy the complex clubhouse with shared indoor/outdoor hot tubs. The space feels bigger than I expected it to be given the great location. It was clean. Communication with the rental agency was excellent (mostly via text). Basically you walk out the building, through the parking lot and the snowflake lift is directly across the lift. So

Great location that is 30 yards from the Snowflake lift, and 10 yards from the 4 O'clock run. Only a 13 minute walk to town. Place was nice an dclean.

Great location, great space! This is truly ski in/ski out. Walked right across the street to catch Snowflake life, and skied right back to the parking lot at the end of the day. Easy. Not a short walk to town though - and all downhill; so we drove into town to eat, etc. Condo had a great layout for our family of 5, kitchen was well equipped, living/dining area was nice and big; great window seat by the fire with view of mountain. Could have used 1-2 more comfy chairs to lounge in in addition to the sofa. Master bed was a bit hard,.and the master bathroom/shower definitely needs an update. Otherwise, everything was in great shape and we loved it!

We had a great experience with both the unit and the staff at Summit Rentals. The unit was larger than expected and very convenient for ski in and ski out. Check in and check out were very efficient and the staff makes it very easy for usage and information you need throughout the week. We had a minor issue with the sink clogging and it was rectified immediately by the maintenance staff. I very highly recommend renting from Summit Mountain Rentals. This was a very good experience.

This unit is very cozy and a great location for ski in out of Breckenridge. The condo is clean and relaxed enough for families with kids. The property management team is very friendly and accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again.

If you want to use Snowflake Lift for skiing, this is the way to do it! It's amazing to be so close to a small lift, Charter Sports (ski rental) and ticket office where the lines are so short. This unit is super well-equipped - had more kitchen tools and dishes than almost any condo I have stayed in. We cooked big meals and had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable, lots of extra towels and lines. Just make sure your hot tub key card works, as the one provided did not, which was a bummer after a long day of skiing.

Spacious condo with lots of updates. We had four adults--one couple and two singles, and the layout and bedrooms/bathrooms worked out well for that arrangement (more guests would certainly fit comfortably, though with less private space.) Convenient ski-in location via the 4 O'Clock run with across-the-street access to the Snowflake lift to start the day. With the exception of one phone call to a totally disinterested employee, the management company was also great. Excellent assistance and communication on our way to after-hours check-in, and the check-out staff was happy and friendly.

The overall rental experience was quite positive. The location is as good as it gets –a few yards walk to the lift and at the end of the day one can literally ski back to the apartment. Not an upscale accommodation but very good price-value.

Tyra Streamside Unit 238 was nice, the agency that handles the rental property was great to work with and made the process easy. The unit location was perfect, lift was across the street and right off a the trail for the end of the day. Plenty of places to sleep but when sitting around to socialize the place lacked comfortable seating. It only had furniture for 3. To comfortable sit with comfortable cushioning, it was a game changer but if you had more than 3 adult someone would be sitting in a dining chair or on the floor. We had to get the toilet seats fixed but the maintenance company came super fast fixed them. Great place to stay and would recommend staying there.

Loved this condo! 2 minute walk to the Snowflake lift, easy walk to the village (and convenient shuttle if you don't want to walk back uphill). Lots of space, and it has everything you need. Staff at Summit Rentals was super nice and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!!!

This location, unit, and complete experience was amazing! The location is perfect. From the lower parking lot (which is about 50 steps from door), the lift is literally across the street. The kitchen is filled with stuff to cook, the unit was clean. We are very satisfied. The only complaint would be the top bunk and trundle bed mattresses aren't very comfortable.

If you've got a group of seasoned skiers/boarders... this place is ideal. Steps away from the Snowflake Lift which isn't crowded like being at one of the main bases. Then when your day is done 4 O'clock run takes you right into the parking lot of your place. Also an easy walk to DT breck for food/drinks.

Overall this is a great property for the value. This unit is tucked away on the middle level and the addresses are clearly visible so it's hard for people to find the unit. Because of it's location you have a set of stairs to negotiate, either up or down, to get to either of the parking lots so be sure everyone in your group is mobile and can lug their equipment and baggage up and down the steps. Other than that, I would definitely rent it again. Conveniently across the street from the Snowflake lift but not technically what I would consider Ski-in/Ski-out.

The property was very clean, and provided ample room for everyone to have their own space. We enjoyed easy access to skiing. The restaurants that we tried in Breckenridge were all superb! We had a very fun-filled and relaxing trip there.

This is a great winter condo. Very well stocked including much appreciated extras you don't expect such as a curling iron, hampers in the closets and kitchen goodies like hot chocolate. The window seat in the main room was a wonderful treat we all used. You can see the lift from this window. This condo has a long hallway at the entrance with lots of ski and clothing hooks as well as a bench. That was one of my favorite features as it gives you room to store your stuff out of the main living areas and gives you ample room for getting ready to hit the slopes. Sadly, many new condos do not have this feature. The furniture, appliances and accessories look like new. We highly recommend this unit. This was our second time using SMT. All the representatives we have worked with there are knowledgeable, helpful and customer-centric. All factors considered - 5 stars!

Great condo! The location is great for both winter and summer. It is right by snowflake lift for skiing, has easy access to hiking trails for the summer and walking distance to Main Street.
