It’s no secret why Tyra Summit Breck Hideout Condo is one of our best-selling ski-in/ski-out properties: Location! Not only does it sit on Four O’Clock Run, it’s also just a short shuttle ride or walk to the shops, dining and entertainment of historic Downtown Breckenridge. This is the place where your family and friends want to stay … and they’ll love you for booking it!

This spacious ski-in/ski-out, 4-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom condo has room for 12, so bring the whole gang! The living area is large and inviting with light pouring in the large picture windows overlooking 4 O’Clock ski run. There’s lots of seating for everyone to gather and trade ski stories, enjoy the gas fireplace or catch a movie on the large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is large, newly remodeled, and fully equipped with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. The dining table sits six people comfortably, with room for three more at the counter.

Other amenities include a washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, elevator access and underground parking. The complex clubhouse features a swimming pool and hot tubs. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival.   • A $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.

PROS: -location, location, location! 4 o'clock trail is right outside and you can ski right to the condo to end your day. You can also ski to the snowflake lift, though you have to take your skis off to cross the road to get there. -spacious! I think we nearly reached the max occupancy with almost all adults (and one baby) but for the most part felt like we had plenty of space and bathrooms -- though the guys staying in the bunk room said it was a bit cramped to have all adults in there. -amenities! Not one but TWO community hot tubs (outdoor and indoor) as well as a heated indoor pool -- great to relax in after a long day or for those looking for a day off skiing! -stocked condo: you get a starter set of toiletries, dish soap, laundry detergent, as well as many kitchen items like spices, which is super helpful. There's even a discount card for the local grocery store. -super responsive hosts: the management company was just a message away and responded to our questions promptly. -on site parking! We actually found a car really helpful for grocery shopping and going in to town. CONS: -though it's a convenient for skiing, it's a bit of a walk to get into town, and navigating the snowy/icy downhill road can be challenging. -no ski locker: there is an outdoor ski rack between the two buildings but not actually in the unit -- makes it hard to store gear. We were trying to stack the skis up against the door or on the deck but it got sort of cramped.

Great location, nice and roomy for 10 adults. Lots of amenities in the kitchen and also humidifiers. Yes it’s on the top floor so get ready for lots of stairs everyday. You can walk down breezeway to elevator but it also steps up several times so no way to get luggage to room on a rolling luggage rack. I would suggest installing new curtains for sliding glass door. They are literally falling down. We have stayed at Tyra summit condos now in 3 different units on top floor. You cannot beat this location.

There were twelve of us and 10 were teenagers. The sleeping was a little tight - families would have slept twelve more easily. The front office was very pleasant to work with. We ate in every meal and used the space to meet. Generally met our needs! Kids loved the pool. Hot tub was closed for maintence.

The location was great and the condo was very accommodating for two families. Plenty of room for everyone’s coats and ski stuff. Would have preferred a lower level and the condo was not very clean. Snowflake lift can be a little slow in the morning. Other than that it was great. We enjoyed it and Summit Vacationa Rental was great to work with.

The condo was perfect for our group. It's tough to beat the location. The unit is a little dated but still very clean and comfortable. Easy access to pool and hot tubs. The ski-in/ski-out location is very convenient and we would stay here again.

Our group had the most wonderful stay in Breckenridge. The property was even better than we imagined. The location was perfect with easy access to the mountain. We loved how spacious the living room was and that there was plenty of seating to comfortably fit the amount of people staying in the unit. The company made checkin and checkout seamless. They were easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend staying here to my friends!

This property is so convenient! The 4 o’clock run is directly behind the property. The hot tub was open and working this time we rented. Each bedroom had a humidifier which was nice. The kitchen had plenty of equipment to use. There was even sleds available. The upstairs loft was great for the teenagers. However the sofa mattress is not in good shape. There were plenty of toilet paper and soap. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo. However Climbin three flights of steps was a challenge every day. I think the owner needs to put racks for skis inside the entryway. We had no place to put our skis. The refrigerator was nice and big. There were two coffee makers which was helpful.

1st off, I had never been to Breckenridge so was semi clueless about location. My friend assisted me and we picked this spot. There is a ski route right outside the balcony. We literally walked down the stairs walk around the building and jumped on the route. Where the route ends you walk across a street and jump right on a lift. It was perfect. We had a fairly large group of 11, this made it easy to come and go. Some people not wanting to ski all day, others from sun up to sun down. There is a location right down the road that rented skis, not too far from Main Street either. Overall I was extremely satisfied about my stay!

Tyra Summit B3F is a great Condo in a very convenient location. Right next to the slopes, and walking distance to Main Street. The amenities were very nice and the condo is well kept. The staff at Summit Mountain Rentals made the rental experience enjoyable. I would recommend this unit to friends and family and stay here again next time we come to Breckenridge.

I really liked this place a lot. It was very conveniently located: close to town, to ski rentals and a true ski in/ski out place. It is fully equiped, except maybe for toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc) which were provided but not enough for so many people with such a long stay. But overall the experience was amazing. Our biggest complain is that it is listed as a 12 people condo, and it really only fits 11 comfortably. the convertible couch is way too small for 2 people to sleep in. Also, wifi in general was pretty inconsistent which was annoying. We had some issues with the TV/cable signal and management wasn t very helpful. But we managed to fix it ourselves, so that was ok. I would deffinitley stay here again, but with a smaller group, maybe 2 families, or a group of max 10 people (instead of 12).

This was a very nice condo. Just enough room for 9 of us.(bunk room is small) Great view of the Breck Slopes and 4 O'clock run! Direct access to 4 O'clock run right out the back of the unit. Ski down towards Snowflake lift need to take skis off to cross the road and you are at the lift. Ski all the way home to the back door at end of day. We even came back for lunch a couple days. We had 50-60 degree weather. Elevator was great but the walk down the hall was long when moving in. Stairs also available right outside unit.

Overall, I was satisfied. The condo has lots of beds which was nice for our guys ski trip. It was ski in. We had to ski out to a road, take off our skis then cross the road to get on the snowflake lift. The hot tub is not a private one but a shared one for the building. We had to walk to the other side of the building to use it. The kitchen was well stocked w dishes and utensils. The family rm was nice and big. The ceiling had some cobwebs and needed to be cleaned. The office staff was very nice and helpful. I would use summit rentals and use the condo again. 4/5 stars
