Located right next to Four O’Clock ski run and a short 5-minute walk from the free shuttle, you’ll have easy access to everything Breckenridge has to offer! You’ll also love the nice finishes in this updated property. The living area is an open concept with the living room, kitchen, and dining area all open to each other so you can enjoy the company of your fellow travelers as you take in the view of the ski run right outside the plentiful windows. There’s a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV with complimentary cable so you can watch your favorite shows or catch the game.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and comes equipped with all the gear you’ll need to whip up a memorable meal for your party if you decide to stay in instead of exploring the restaurant scene in Downtown Breckenridge. The dining area is just off the kitchen with seating at the dining room table for six, and there’s two additional seats at the counter.
Just off the living area is the spacious deck with comfortable outdoor furniture and a private barbeque grill. And, you can literally walk directly from the porch to the ski run! Other amenities include a washer/dryer, parking for one vehicle in the underground parking garage, a shared hot tub, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Seamless check in experience. Well stocked with starter amounts of products (dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, etc). Location is close to Main Street, but I wouldn’t call it super walkable for everyone. There is a significant incline on both the road and trail. It isn’t long and we did it with kids, but it’s something to keep in mind. The bus stop is also down that hill, so we ended up using the car more than we planned. Garage parking was great. Nice spacious and clean unit. No problems staying cool even without the A/C. Lots of pillows and blankets, too! Would consider renting again!

A1A at Tyra Summit was perfect for our family ski trip. The opportunity to have the ski in/out was so fantastic as we had new skiers. The condo was wonderful and supplied us with a perfect family experience. Little touches like having games there was great. The condo is well stocked and loved having the crockpot and fireplace! So warm and cozy. If we had any questions, the rental agency was very quick to respond. And it was great that the checking out checklist was small and easy to accomplish. We made many wonderful memories and will plan on looking to book again when we return. Thank you for your hospitality!

We loved our stay! We rented skis from Charter Sports next to snowflake lift. We were able to ski out the back door and down to the snowflake lift, you have to take skis off to walk across street (only about 40 ft) and then snowflake lift was right there. On the way back we skied down 4 o’clock right to the back porch. It was perfect! During the day you can watch people ski by. The condo was a great size and had everything we needed.

Loved our Labor Day weekend stay here. Very clean and modern/updated; the pictures don't do it justice. It had everything we needed. The kids loved having bunk beds and their own TV. Everything was comfortable; beds, living room. The kitchen was perfect. We loved being on the edge of town and close to nature. Felt very private. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub twice (they were the only ones there). Underground parking was easy and the walk to the condo was super short.

We really enjoyed the condo. Loved being right on 4 O’Clock run. We enjoyed watching all the snowboarders and skiers go by. It was very convenient to walk out the back door and ski/snowboard down to snowflake lift. The teenagers loved being able to stop by for a quick snack and to warm up. Then head right back out. The hot tub and pool are one door over. Parking is in the covered garage. The kitchen was well stocked and loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. There were 2 humidifiers we used daily and portable ac units for the summer. Multiple board games and a puzzle were in the TV console. The kids had an ongoing game of monopoly all week. Overall a great condo and location!

We stayed the week of July 4th. A nice respite from the 90+ degrees in NC. Great location and close to Main Street. The condo was well appointed. There’s a great hiking area literally when you step off the deck. Only negatives: hot tub had been drained. Wi-Fi wasn’t working. Called and they sent someone to look at it. Was told it was an issue in the electrical room and that was under HOA’s purview. Someone from the office was supposed to call with an update but never did.

You can ski up to the the back patio, leave your skis there and walk inside! To get on the Snowflake lift you just need to ski down 4 oclock run to the edge of 4 oclock road, then take your skis off and walk across the street to Snowflake lift. The Kitchen is well stocked, place is clean and freshly remodeled! The only complaints we had are very easy to fix. The Wifi connection information we were given did not work, we were able to get onto a neighbors wifi with the same password but the signal was poor. A good router installed in the unit would easily fix this issue. The humidifiers were both old and did not work well if at all. Another super easy correction for the owners. Patio door blinds would not open properly. They are the older style that have probably reached their life. Another super easy fix. We are very interested in renting this space for many years to come, hopefully these minor issues are resolved soon.

I honestly don’t think I could have found a better ski place. I didn’t want to review it because I didn’t want other people finding out about it. The management was great too. The place is right beside the hot tubs and directly on the lower 4 o clock run. You can ski down to the snowflake lift and get anywhere from their. When we return to break...we’ll be staying in the same place.

This condo is perfect if you like being farther away from downtown and like looking at trees and a mountain path off your deck. It is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is well stocked. We love Colorado in the summertime, and this was a five-star mountain getaway.

We stayed for 2 weeks in early August at Tyra Summit A1A. Check in at Summit Mountain's Office was very easy and quick. The unit was very clean and a great layout/spacious. Bedrooms were very comfortable and plenty of storage for clothes. Having a washer/dryer in the unit is a big plus. The access is done using a 4 digit code on the door so no need for multiple keys for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped. I brought a few of my own kitchen knives as I planned to cook most of our meals and rentals are notorious for dull knives. But there were plenty of different size pots and pans and utensils to cook with. Also plenty of leftover dishes to store food. We loved the large patio and table to sit at to have morning coffee, read and we even ate a few meals out there on nice evenings. The location is great for winter skiing as you can step right off the back patio onto 4 O'Clock run and ski down to the Snowflake lift. Then ski down 4 O'Clock run on your last run right up to your patio. For summer the location was also great as we were far enough from town to have peace and quite but close enough to be there in just a few minutes. It is walkable to town with about a 15 minute downhill walk either down 4 O'Clock run or using 4 O'Clock Road. Coming back uphill is a little more work but doable. Most evenings we drove down to town and found parking very easy and cheep. Parking garage was very clean and easy access to the unit. Parking is only for one car so we parked a second car at the parking lot at 1700 Airport Rd. It was $5/day weekday and $10/day weekends.

The condo was exactly as described and pictured. The location is great because it is "off the beaten path" but a short walk to town or a short hike directly off the deck area. The condo at Tyra A1A was fantastic. The location was great for a family with young kids. With current conditions as they are in limiting access to lodges on the mountain, it really made the trip well worth it to be able to ski in and out of the condo during the day. The condo looks like it has been recently renovated and the owners did a great job. It is clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Thanks again for a great stay!

Exactly as described. Ski-in access is as easy as it gets. Ski-out is near perfect (you do have to take your skis off to cross the road to the Snowflake lift). Property was clean, plenty of space for our family of 4. Parking in the garage is easy and just one flight up from the door to this unit.
