This 2-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom deluxe condo is a great getaway for families or groups of up to eight people — and with both bedrooms being self-contained suites with private bathrooms, it’s perfect for two couples/families to share! The living room features great windows and natural light, a wood-burning fireplace, a large flat-screen TV with a sound bar, and plenty of comfy seating. There’s a nice deck off the patio set in the large pine trees, too. The fully equipped kitchen has large greenhouse windows, updated granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, and a dining table with seating for eight.
Other amenities include your own washer/dryer, a gas grill, and parking for two vehicles. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property, comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. - LOFT: Accessible by a steep, very sturdy latter. A great choice for kids age 10+ and teens.

The place is great and it has everything we needed to stay 4 nights. Location is 2 minutes driving from the main street and 5 minutes from Safeway Grocery Store. If there was 2 things I would say it could be better was the king bed should have a mattress protector and the door should have a smart lock instead of a lockbox. That way they can easily change the code when someone leaves and we don't have to deal with opening and locking the lockbox every time we go in and out. Evertime we forgot something inside it was annoying having to open the lockbox again to get the key. Bedides thoses things everything was great! We would definitely stay there again!

The two king beds are extremely comfortable. The space is quite functional and has all the basics except coffee. The eating area accommodates 4 easily, but more would be crowded. The entrance being on the second story is a bit of a pain for schlepping everything in and out. Quite walkable to Main St Frisco. Very clean and property mgmt was very responsive.

It was an amazing experience with this home so close to Main Street. We parked our car there and just walked for our entire trip. It is also a clean, cozy place with all the amenities you need.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cabin Creek Condo. Great location but away from the crowds. We enjoyed our morning coffer while looking out the greenhouse kitchen window. We also enjoyed the comfy king size bed. We would stay here again!

I looked exhaustively for a Labor Day rental in the Summit/Eagle area and settled on this place, and I was very glad I did. It is above and beyond a typical Airbnb type ski area rental. There are many upgrades. The kitchen is great - the appliances are new. All the furniture and beds are uber-comfortable and relatively new. The bedding and towels are high quality. The TV is gigantic and has everything for streaming. Wifi was fast. The setting is quiet and attractive with a burbling brook out the back door. The location is convenient at the top of town and easy to get to the main roads for trips to Vail, Breck, etc...Copper Mountain is just up the road. You can walk into the center of Frisco in minutes. In summary, at this price point, this as nice a place as I've stayed. An added bonus is the management company is responsive and helpful. You can rent direct and skip airbnb to save some $. We were very pleased, if that isn't clear by now...

We came up for a hiking vacation and really enjoyed this beautiful, well kept condo. It backs up to a creek and we enjoyed sitting on the back deck listening to the water rush by. It is a 5 min walk to downtown and 10-15 min to trailheads, also easy access to I70. Summit Mountain folks were helpful. No A/C but only 1 day was hot enough to need it. Comfy beds a real bonus!

We had a great stay in this condo. Plenty of room and privacy with 2 bedrooms & a loft plus 3 bathrooms. It was a bit cold in the bedrooms but Summit Mountain Rentals came over right away with heaters and that solved the problem. Could use some new sauce pans for cooking but we made due. Would be an awesome view of creek behind the condo in warmer weather!

The condo was lovely, had a really nice feel to it like cabin in the woods but not in the middle of nowhere. The fire place was great, the kitchen was gorgeous, the beds were comfortable, hot water worked perfectly, the heat worked perfectly, the environment was cozy after a long day, and it was overall a nice stay. we loved this 2 bedroom + loft condo located on a very quiet street with easy walk to downtown. We enjoyed the decks off both upper and lower level backing to wooded creek area. Nice that both of the bedrooms (lower level) have their own bathroom with additional bathroom on upper living room/kitchen level. My college student loved the loft which is cozy and has a great view. Ladder to loft more appropriate for older kids than very young. Kitchen very well equipped. Easy parking and space outdoor stairs for storing bikes.
