This perfectly located 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a great getaway for small families or groups of up to 6 people. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV and DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table with seating for six people. You’ll love having access to the indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna after a day on the mountain.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, access to the central laundry facility at the Club House, and parking for two vehicles. You’ll also find a basketball hoop and horseshoe pit outside the Club House for entertainment! And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, this home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.

Property was very convienent to Frisco Main St and to the Summit County bike trails. It's far enough off Main St to be very quiet. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is small but suited our needs. Hot tub was good. The only issue is the front door lock is not very secure - no dead bolt on the door.

Our family had a great time the condo was a good place to come back to after skiing. Enough room to relax and cook our meals. It was clean, warm and Comfortable. Might consider one more comfy chair in living room.

Great location and value. The unit is on the old side with dressers that do not open easily, and older features. The bathrooms are tiny, but useable. Overall, if you are looking for a value spot, this is a good option, but it could use some upgrades.

The location of the property was great, but that was about all. The dressers in the bedrooms are cheap and the drawers kept coming off the hinges. Both bathrooms are old and rundown. The water temperature in the shower went from cold to scalding through out both my showers. It's on the 3rd floor and there is no AC or ceiling fans making it hot during the day and at night. The patio was very dirty and uninviting. The kids did enjoy the clubhouse pool.

Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry that you found the mattress uncomfortable. We have replaced the mattress in the master bedroom with a Sealy Posturepedic which has a firm support beneath the plush 4 inch pillow topper. We hope this improvement makes your next stay even better!

Great location to town - easy walking distance to nearby restaurants , very close to bus stop for easy transport to Copper Mountain. Property Management company was very easy to find, processing paperwork was effortless and staff was very helpful. Easily sleeps 6 adults. Only issue was a leaky kitchen faucet (minor leak). We called an reported it to the Property Management company and they scheduled maintenance to come the next day after our check out time.

The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We had a coffee-maker issue and management responded immediately on a Saturday with a new one. Great stay!
