This multilevel 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe townhome is perfect for families and groups of up to 10. The living area is open and comfy, with a large river-rock gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating for kicking back after a day of skiing or in the summer, biking, hiking, boating on Lake Dillon and more. There’s a fully equipped granite kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, perfect for whipping up memorable mountain meals; there’s seating for six at the dining table and four more at the counter.
Other amenities include a washer and dryer, a one-car garage with parking for one more in the driveway, and complementary Wi-Fi throughout the home. And all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and the condo is fully stocked with clean linens, plenty of fresh towels, and basic toiletries. Our professional staff is also available 24/7 to ensure your vacation is as hassle-free as possible.

Perfect to walk into charming Frisco for meals and shopping, only minutes to Copper Mountain! Everything was exactly as pictured. Kitchen very well appointed with everything needed if you choose to cook. Only two things that we’ve mentioned to the management company: a few honeycomb blinds in the living room didn’t function so we couldn’t appreciate the full extent of its beautiful views. Also, no drawers or shelving for clothing storage in the two larger bedrooms. Would be nice to have a dresser or at least suitcase stands in the closets. So little floor space available in master for suitcases we put one suitcase in the bathroom. :-/ The bunk room had a nice set of shelves in addition to a closet. Mudroom with laundry directly off of garage was particularly handy! With those two improvements it would be close to perfect.

My kids are all in college and we wanted to do a family ski vacation over winter break. We couldn't have been happier with our choice in Frisco. Our rental home was fantastic. Enjoyed the location, walked everywhere. We were allowed early entrance. Main floor was very spacious for 9 of us. Oven door did not close completely/baking impossible. Upstairs too hot/stuffy at nite. But being there, biking to Copper, kayaking & celebrating family were wonderful. I would stay again!!

We had a perfect fall weekend here. We were able to walk right from the condo to take hikes at Rainbow Lake and North Tenmile Creek. The biking/walking trails that are a block away provide a beautiful way to explore the town. Next trip we'll be doing the bike ride from Frisco to Breckenridge! The last morning we walked down to The Butterhorn on Main St. for a delectable breakfast (prepare for a wait!)
The condo accommodations were great- we loved the huge, open kitchen layout and the babbling brook in the back is perfect to enjoy while grilling out. Plenty of space so all of us (10 in all) had space to retreat. Thank you for such a lovely home-away-from-home, we'll definitely be back!

We had such a fantastic stay here with the whole family. The place is beautifully remodeled and provided adequate space for all 10 of us. The proximity to the ski shuttle made it a breeze for the crew (small kids included) to walk down and catch the bus to Copper. The wide open floor plan is great for cooking, connecting, playing games, etc. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location to stay. Walk to downtown, walk to bus to any ski area in summit county. Place is nestled in an area of trees and a great little creek that runs behind condo. Can't wait to stay here in summer and sit on the great patio and listen to the waters of the creek. Great people to work with. Definitely recommend this condo to everyone.

Loved staying in this place for our ski vacation! Very centrally located and close to everything. The house is nice and looks like it was recently remolded. Plenty of room for everyone in our party and the living area is very spacious. Check in was easy and check out was even easier. Staff was polite and made some great recommendations for places to eat. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place!

Great experience only complaint we had was in the master bedroom In the middle of the night there is a loud sound, we assumed the heating system, that woke us up continually throughout the night...also beds and pillows could be more comfortable ...other than that nothing could have been better!
