Now this is a nice Frisco location: Just one block from Main Street and the ski shuttle stop, this condo offers easy access to all the year-round fun in Summit County. You (and your family and friends) will love it!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is perfect for groups of up to four people. Relax in the cozy living area and enjoy a movie or shows on the flat-screen TV as you snuggle up in front of the fire. The kitchen has all the gear you’ll need to keep the gang happy and fed — or stroll to Frisco’s Main Street for breakfast, lunch or dinner! 

You’ll also enjoy the in-unit washer/dryer, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the condo. And as with all SMR properties, all linens and basic toiletries are supplied, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also on call 24/7 to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and worry-free as possible.

The home was clean, well stocked, comfortable, and plenty spacious for our group of 4 adults. The location is great for access to skiing in the area, and there are many great food options and things to do right down the street. Communicating with Summit was very easy, check in/out instructions were very clear and simple. We will definitely look to come back for our next trip to ski in Colorado!

It was a great place to stay being close to our daughters house and Frisco's town with shops and Restaurants. But we could have used another couple to use it for all it was worth! Nice place all around.

Very nice, clean property. A bit frustrated checking in after hours as office address was not clear; then door lock code at condo did not work. Had to make several phone calls before we could settle in after a long day of travel.

This condo was perfect for my family of 4. Check in was easy, and explained well. Summit Mountain Rentals is just around the corner from the condo. The condo itself was very clean, lots of extra towels and stocked with everything we needed for our trip. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and gadgets and is well stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans. The fireplace was great to warm up after a day of skiing. The location of the condo is great. An easy walk down the street to get to all the Main Street shops and restaurants. We skied everyday at Copper. Just a quick 10 minute car ride or walk down to the bus stop and catch the bus! We didn’t understand how to lock the condo using the keypad and someone from Summit Mountain Rentals got back to me almost immediately, at night, well after office hours, to help me figure it out. We will definitely rent this condo again!

Good location to ski Copper Mountain, just off the interstate I 70. Walking distance to Main St. One of the bedrooms had in floor heating system which was impossible to regulate with the thermostat in the wall, so that bedroom was very hot. I managed by having the windows open at night. Other than that, nice condo with everything you need, well equipped. I would stay there again if The heating situation can be adjusted.

Stayed in this condo as it is centrally located to multiple ski resorts. Condo was nice and only a short walk to the Main Street areas in Frisco. Just a few blocks from I70 making access to Copper, Vail & Beaver Creek easy, and just a quick drive down to Breck.

The condo was clean, roomy and had a wonderful kitchen. I have never stayed at a rental with such a well stocked kitchen—any appliance or kitchen gadget I could have possibly needed was there. Parking was covered and close. The furniture was a little odd—two too tall barstools on one side of the table, a pull out sofa bed that had seen better days (not sure it could have withstood an adult) and the bed I slept in was sagging toward the middle and it felt like a full size (small). Overall, the condo was lovely and we a wonderful family get away and had everything we needed. I loved the small touches throughout: hooks everywhere to hang coats and winter wear, lots of towels, washer/dryer, hairdryer, travel toiletries, extra blankets.
