Lisa Campbell is the Front Desk Administrator/Training Specialist with Summit Mountain Rentals
When thinking about your ideal trip to the mountains, all kind of activities may fly though your mind: skiing, snowboarding, dog sledding and snowshoeing just to name a few. But when the time comes to book these activities, all of the sudden this burden is on your shoulders. Don’t get stuck being your family’s concierge; let Summit Mountain Rentals help!
That’s right: We don’t just do vacation rentals — we also help with booking your activities, too. Thanks to our many local partners, we’re able to offer discounts for just about any activity you can think of. From ski or snowboard rentals to your dream snowmobiling excursion, Summit Rentals has deals and can help you book it. Here are just a few of the deals we offer:
Ski and snowboard rentals
We work with Charter Sports in Breckenridge to give you slope-side ski rentals — at a 30 percent discount. The best part about Charter being slope-side? You can store your equipment with them, saving you the hassle of lugging your boards. Just leave your street shoes warm and toasty with them while you enjoy your day on the hill, then drop off your equipment at the end of the day so they can have it ready for you in the morning.
And for our Breckenridge and Frisco guests: How about having your boots, skis and boards fitted for you right in the comfort of your vacation home or condo? Black Tie Ski Rentals can do it — and we can set you up with a 20 percent discount!
Ski wear
One of our favorite new vendors is Get Outfitted. For all our warm-weather neighbors coming to the snow for the first time, this company is a godsend. Instead of buying, packing and then wearing poor quality snow wear for your snow vacation, just rent the newest and best snow wear through Get Outfitted. They have all kinds of different packages and styles ranging from the classic black Patagonia ski jacket with matching pants, gloves and googles to your daughter’s dreamt-about hot pink Burton snow suit. And because it’s a daily rental, you just have to pay for the days you will be using the gear. Just contact our front desk and receive a 10 percent discount. Your clothes will be waiting for you at check-in. When checking out, all you have to do is throw the clothes back in the bag they gave you and leave it at our front desk when you leave!
Transportation
Maybe you already have your equipment and just need a shuttle from the airport and back, or you want to ski Vail one day but don’t want to drive over Vail Pass. We can book you a seat with Fresh Tracks Transportation. A local shuttle company, Fresh Tracks not only gets you safely to and from the airport, they also can load you up on one of their shuttles to and from Vail, Keystone, Beaver Creek, Arapahoe Basin and Copper Mountain, making your day at the slopes more about skiing and less about parking. And booking with Fresh Tracks is easy: Just let one of our front desk agents know you would like a shuttle booked, give them the flight info and suddenly receive an email with a confirmation for your shuttle. We can even book you a private shuttle if you are feeling like making a couple of stops on the way to our office.
