This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom premium townhome is a fabulous retreat for groups of up to six people. The decks boast great views of Breckenridge Ski Resort and a gas grill, and you’ll love taking a dip in the private hot tub after a long day on the slopes. The living area features vaulted ceilings, great natural light, and views of the slopes. There’s also plenty of seating, a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. The updated kitchen features quartz counters, stainless steel appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to whip up everything from apres-ski snacks to memorable mountain meals. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for four more at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival.   • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.

Stayed here with our family of four and had a wonderful time. Not only is the location incredibly convenient to the center of Breck but it also felt very private and quiet at night. Win win! Plenty of space, comfortable accommodations. Loved the patio areas, jacuzzi, updated kitchen. The bedrooms were perfect, though could be updated with cozier bedding. The washing machine could use a deep clean (saw some yucky build-up in the crevices that we tried to clean ourselves) but really no other complaints! Ample parking, super walkable to all the restaurants and spots in town that we love. Highly recommend. Will absolutely stay here again!

This is a perfect spot if you are planning to stay in Breckenridge. The free shuttle to the lift stops right on the corner and you are also 1 block away from downtown. Plenty of room in the house, very well maintained and equipped for a group of 4-6. Would absolutely stay again!

We have stayed at Wendell Sq R2 many times going back 15 years. Location and vistas can't be beat. Perfectly fine digs, but kitchenware badly needs a refresh (lousy pans, and just one single wine glass? really?). And that sofa - comfy yes - but might have been purchased during the Eisenhower administration. Dimmers on the dining area lighting (where you could perform surgery it is so bright) would also be a plus. Generally though a great place as usual and the folks at SMR are great.

For the past 5 years, my friends and I have been spending a week in Breckenridge to snowboard. This condo has been our favorite location thus far! You can see all of peak 8 from the hot tub, and walk to your favorite restaurants.

We stayed in this property for a month and it was PERFECT! The location was very central and easy to access Main Street and local hiking trails. The property was clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed and more. The hot tub and views are icing on top! We will definitely be back to this property!

Fantastic location and within walking distance to town and slopes. It's literally next door to Twist and half a block from several restaurants. Also, it's one block from the grocery so there is no need to use your car your entire stay. You can tell that the property has been redone and the finishings are nice. The only thing I would say is that the couches and beds need updated, along with some of the pots and pans. Otherwise I would say we had a fantastic stay!
