The whole home has an open concept with the living area featuring comfortable couches, a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV: Relax and catch a movie or the morning snow report! The kitchen is completely remodeled with high-end stainless-steel appliances and beautiful quartz countertops. The dining room ties everything together with seating for up to six people at the table and room for four more at the counter.

Outside you’ll find a private hot tub with spectacular views of the Tenmile Mountain Range and Breckenridge Ski Resort. There’s also a gas outdoor fire pit and gas grill that are perfect for enjoying the cool Breckenridge evenings. Other amenities include a washer and dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival.   • Bedroom 2: two twin beds with access to shared bathroom with tub/shower. (sleeps 2)
