This 2-bedroom plus loft, 2-bathroom premium home is perfect for families or groups of up to six – and the family pup is welcome, too! Walking into the living area, you’ll find vaulted ceilings, great natural light, a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating for trading stories after the day’s mountain adventures. The kitchen has been beautifully remodeled with new cabinetry, quartz counters, a professional grade gas range and other quality appliances. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for six more at the counter.

Outside, the spacious deck features your own private hot tub, a gas grill, and seating to take in the views. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for three vehicles. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

UPPER LEVEL:

  • Master suite: queen bed, bathroom with large walk-in tile shower, flat-screen TV, loveseat, mountain views. (sleeps 2)
  • Loft: twin bed with twin trundle bed. (sleeps 2)

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Bedroom 2: queen bed, mountain views. (sleeps 2)
  • Bathroom: large walk-in tile shower.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Smoking.
  • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 3 outdoor spaces total.
  • Pet Fee: $50 per night per pet. 2 dog max.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.
  • PLEASE NOTE: A four-wheel drive vehicle is required to access this home in the winter.

We loved this place! A couple extra curtains would be helpful, but the house was clean, the kitchen was amazing, the steam shower was so nice and the hot tub was clean. The rental was a bit confusing and I had to contact Vrbo to ensure it was still rented through Vrbo and not just the management company. But overall a great experience.

We have stayed at a lot of places in Colorado and we have agreed this was the best! The house was an easy walk to downtown and central to all the places. The patio was spacious and quiet. We even saw some beautiful deer and fox. The house was clean and comfortable. When I texted with questions someone came back with an answer almost immediately which I appreciated. We are hoping to rent this house again next year!

The Wellington House was a great stay for our trip to Breckenridge. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and is great for dog walks. Good internet connection. The driveway is steep and if you blink you might miss the entrance. Great rental company. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, very nice property, however the weather was hot and there are no screens on the house, which isn't ideal. Bedding and mattresses should be upgraded.

Took a quick trip to Breckenridge for a few days. We choose the Wellington Haus because of its location to the city and beauty of the house. We were NOT disappointed! The WH was located very close to a free bus stop going to town so we never had to rent a car and such. The house it self was very comfortable and well done. We never really had any problems to deal with during our stay. House 5 star, cleanliness 5 star, location 5 star, management company and check in, 5 star. I guess you could say it was a five star trip for us.

This was our second stay at this property and it did not disappoint. We love that it’s dog friendly with a nice yard and a short walk to a park where our dog can get some exercise. It’s an easy walk to Main Street or you can grab the shuttle as the house is right along the route. We are cyclists, so we like the easy access to trails and short ride to Wellington Bike Park.

The home was perfect for us, unique, great location and how about that kitchen! Great to gather around in the kitchen, relax by the fireplace, and feel away with such great proximity to town. Great location close to bike park, trails and could easily get to the restaurants and shops in town as well. Home was clean, had a great kitchen and nice bathrooms which was perfect for our family of four + dog. Enjoyed mountain views from the hot tub. No issues with check in or out. The house was in terrific condition and perfect for our ski trip. Everything we needed was available. A short walk and even shorter drive to downtown and to the slopes. We were able to use the shuttle to get to the slopes as well. Would stay here again!
