Next time you visit Breckenridge, try this nicely remodeled condo just two blocks from Main Street with a ski shuttle stop right in front of the complex. You’ll love the shared hot tub and pool for relaxing after your day on the slopes or trails, too. Your group is going to love this place!

This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom deluxe condo is a great choice for up to eight guests. The living area features vaulted ceilings, wraparound windows with views of the slopes, and a large gas fireplace for a warm, welcoming feel. There’s also a family room upstairs with a large flat-screen TV, a DVD player and DVDs, games for the kids to enjoy, and a desk/workspace area. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless-steel appliances and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining table seats eight.

You’ll also enjoy the in-unit washer dryer, underground parking, and elevator access from the parking garage to the unit's floor, and a private gas grill. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

  • Bedroom 4: king bed, flat-screen TV, private balcony with seating, private door to hall bathroom. (sleeps 2)
  • Hall bathroom: walk-in tile shower, 2 sinks.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets/Smoking.
  • A $50 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 1 parking spot in underground garage with 1 outdoor space – 2 spaces total.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

We loved our vacation rental in Breckenridge. The company was very communicative and the check in process was smooth. The property was an excellent condition and true to the photos. Everything was in working order. The views from the main living space and bedrooms downstairs were wonderful (the upstairs bedrooms have no windows).The location was great And just a few minutes walk from anywhere in town,including the gondola. We would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed at the Longbranch Evergreen condo in Breckenridge and had an absolutely amazing time. The condo was recently updated and was very spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our family of 5, including 4 bedrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals, and there was a washer and dryer in the unit. The condo was also located in a great location, just a short walk from downtown Breckenridge and the Breck ski resort. We were able to walk to all of the restaurants and shops in town, and it was only a 10-minute walk to the base of the ski mountain. The condo was clean when we arrived and check-in and check-out were both easy processes. Overall, we had a wonderful experience staying at the Longbranch Evergreen condo. It was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation in Breckenridge. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located condo in Breckenridge.

I had an amazing time at the Longbranch condo! It's a prime spot near downtown restaurants, fully equipped for a week-long stay. The condo was very clean, and being steps away from the gondola, bike rentals, Wellington bike park, Rec Path, and hiking trails was a dream. I couldn't have asked for a better experience – the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and adventure all in one place.

It was a fun place to stay, but there were a few concerns. The dishes are super high right over the stove and I noticed my sisters shirt almost catching on fire with the stove burner on while reaching for dishes that were too high. Secondly, my sister and nephew were in the upstairs bed rooms and bumped their heads a little too often. Also, there was a fire escape concern upstairs; no windows or other escape route. Getting into the place was not fun; the text for entry came late and I was told I have to resubmit my drivers licence, face shot, and the rental agreement that was completed long before. Annoying.

The location of this property is excellent. You’re within walking distance to both Main Street and the breck gondola. There is also a bus stop within walking distance for shuttle access. The unit itself is spacious and has everything you need. Only critique is there are not many amenities and the check in is late. A 3 or 4 o'clock check in is average for these properties but most will let you check in prior if the unit is ready. I called 15 minutes ahead to check in and they still would not allow me to do so and then had to call a second time to get the check in details when they didn’t send them at 4 which is frustrating when you’re running around town trying to pass time with a 6 month old. Aside from that we had a great experience overall and I would recommend this property.

This property was perfect for our stay. Everything was as advertised. Our big concern when finding a place was gonna be rooms for everyone. Well the Rooms were comfortable and appropriately decorated and supplied. We had 5 single adult guests and everyone was comfortable. The mater bed is showing its age by being a little lumpy with body impressions. Not enough to complain about. The 2 bdrms up stairs were comfortable and adequate. Everyone was well rested after a day on the slopes. Kitchen was fully supplied with all essential’s though we only used a few things. Easy access to the third floor via elevator. Master had great views of mountain. Easy quick walk to gondola, no need to use the bus stop that was pretty much right outside. After a day of skiing easy walk to Main Street where all the action is. Food,shops, entertainment. Location was quite. Only issue we experienced was the unit was very warm. We had heat off but seemed To get hot at night. We adjusted. I never contacted management. I’m sure had I they would have had a fix. Communication with them was excellent from the day of arrival then checking on us if we needed anything to the check out Overall great experience. Would stay here again.

I visited this condo in mid-March 2021 with a few of my buddies. The place is well located to easily get to the gondola by bus or a short walk (~8 minutes in ski gear). It's also very close to the bars and restaurants in downtown Breck, so it's an ideal spot if you're looking to explore downtown Breck. The place itself is spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed to recover and relax from long days of skiing. The building's hot tub, sauna, and pool are an added bonus! I'd definitely recommend this condo.
