This sunny 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo is the perfect slope-side retreat for families and groups of up to eight guests. The views of the slopes, the Town of Breckenridge and the surrounding mountains are simply awesome! Settle into the cozy living area after a day on the slopes and exchange stories about your favorite runs of the day as you watch the skiers come down the slopes. Or curl up by the fireplace and watch the snow fall on the mountains through the huge picture windows. Of course, there’s also a flat-screen TV to catch a movie or the early morning snow report.
There’s a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining table that seats eight, as well as room for four at the counter. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, shuttle service, heated underground parking for one vehicle, and access to the Village Childcare Center in the winter. SPECIAL UNIT NOTES - PLEASE READ:

- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 1 garage space total. Parking at the Village at Breckenridge is limited and not guaranteed for all guests. This ski in ski out property is walking distance to the slopes and to town and is a great choice if you want to be green and leave your car at home. If you do not require parking during your stay, SMR will refund you $30Â per night if you let us know one week before your arrival.
