PREMIUM 3BR, 2BA CONDO - SKI-IN / SKI-OUT - IN DOWNTOWN BRECKENRIDGE!

This is it: The best slope access location in Breckenridge! The Peak 9 base area is where it’s at: The ski school, ski shops, restaurants, night life, the Quicksilver SuperChair and more are just outside your door. You’ll also have access to the hot tubs, pool, and workout facilities in the Village — and, Breck’s Main Street is only steps away!

This spacious and freshly updated condo is sunny, perfectly located, and just downright cool. The views are amazing — you’re right above Maggie Pond and there’s great views of the slopes. You’ll love the patio overlooking Maggie Pond — perfect for an afternoon beverage and exchanging stories about your on-slope heroics. Or, curl up by the wood fireplace and watch the snow fall on the mountains through huge picture windows. Of course, there’s also a large flatscreen TV for catching a movie or the early morning snow report.

The vibe inside is like your dream cabin with new high-end furniture, decorations and appointments. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and beautiful black granite countertops. The dining table seats six, as well as room for four more at the counter. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, shuttle service, heated underground parking for one vehicle, access to the Village Childcare Center in the winter, a sports shop with equipment rental and storage, and a concierge/activities desk.

MAIN LEVEL

  • Master bedroom: queen bed, private bathroom with tub/shower private door to patio with views and a flat screen TV.
  • Bedroom 2: queen bed.
  • Bedroom 3: two full beds with a flat screen TV and private door to balcony.
  • Living room: queen sleeper sofa
  • Bathroom: tub/shower.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES - PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets/Smoking.
  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 1 garage space total. Parking at the Village at Breckenridge is limited and not guaranteed for all guests. This ski in ski out property is walking distance to the slopes and to town and is a great choice if you want to be green and leave your car at home. If you do not require parking during your stay, SMR will refund you $25 per night if you let us know one week before your arrival.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

The condo was in a perfect place to start your ski trip at the base of 9 and ski school on the lower level of the building. Parking was great underground.Only problem was the management company did not give any directions after we pick up the keys( after hours)to the resort.The village app worked fine but could be better.

Booked a last minute trip to Colorado with the family and was surprised at the seamless nature of all of the details. The text correspondence was superb and every question was answered extremely rapidly! We will definitely be using them again next trip! If I had to note anything that wasn’t was the paper thin toilet paper(lol)! On higher end rentals it’s the little things that stand out! I only mention that because one of my kids said it and I thought of that’s the worst thing we have to deal with on this trip..then we are doing just fine!

This place was incredible. Ski in and ski out right by the Quicksilver lift. We walked to dinner in downtown at night and nice to have covered parking. Condo was spacious and beautiful views!

Enjoyed being right by the ski lift and being able to walk around the Village. We didn't use our car once . Get groceries before you arrive. Luggage carts are in the parking garage. Firewood in the garage was a sweet touch. We didn't get to use the pool/hot tub but truly enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfy.

Great! perfect location! When renting thru Summit you have to go to their office if you need anything. We had to go get lots of keys because they would sometimes not work. Was short on bath towels as well.

Nothing fancy here, but this condo’s Village location is great, providing easy access to both the Quicksilver lift and downtown Breckenridge. Our family rented this condo twice this ski season, which tells you how we like it.

4 days ski with kids (5,7). The property is in the same block as the village ski school which makes it super easy for kids, it is also 1min from quicksilver chair, and 4 min from Main street for shopping. Location is ideal. Appartment has great view on the moutains. Beds, kitchen, etc everything was very good. Carpet should be replaced but that ‘s okay. We recommend the swiss fondue restaurant.

We love using Summit Mountain Rentals! This is the 3rd time I have booked through them. The places we rent are always spot on with the pictures, they are super responsive and always clean! This condo was great for 5 of us. Beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. Toiletries to spices. Make sure you check it all out before you hit the grocery! The view is great on both of the balconies and you cannot get a better location! You can walk to everything in town and if you can’t, hop on the bus or trolley. By far the best rental agency we have used! Thank you Summit Mountain!

The condo was very clean, however the furnishings are outdated. It was inconvenient to have to return "keys" to the office and empty trash upon departure. The location is wonderful, I probably would not recommend this condo because there are other newer/updated condos in the same price range nearby.
