This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condo is a perfect year-round retreat for families or groups of up to 6. The living area has a large flat-screen TV, comfortable furnishings, and a wood fireplace; it’s the perfect place to relax with your group after a long day of skiing, mountain biking, or exploring historic Main Street Breckenridge. There’s a balcony off the living area with mountain views as well. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need to whip up a spectacular meal. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has room for six at the dining room table, as well as three seats at the counter. 

This condo unit offers easy access to skiing and downtown Breckenridge, and you’ll love the hotel amenities like a shared hot tub, underground parking, and gym facilities. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. MAIN LEVEL: 

  • Master suite: king bed, private bathroom with tub/shower, flat-screen TV, desk, mountain views. (sleeps 2) 
  • Bedroom 2: queen bed, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 2) 
  • Living area: queen sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2) 
  • Bathroom: tub/shower.  

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES - PLEASE READ: 

  • No Pets/Smoking. 
  • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in. 
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old. 
  • Parking: 1 garage space total. Parking at the Village at Breckenridge is limited and not guaranteed for all guests. This ski in ski out property is walking distance to the slopes and to town and is a great choice if you want to be green and leave your car at home. If you do not require parking during your stay, SMR will refund you $30 per night if you let us know one week before your arrival.

Two Week Ski Trip

The rental was simply OK. The condo is super dated, like mid 1980’s. The bathrooms are old, no walk in shower, just a shower curtain in a tub. I had to call the rental company repeatedly to have the toilet seat attached, finally 4 days later that occurred. I rented for 11 days and it had no mid rental or weekly cleaning or service. So I had to pay $200 to have the sheets changed out and linens replaced. Location is great, but I would not rent this property again simply based on the following. They have no place to store you ski gear, they only have 4 hooks on a wall, no area to remove your boots or store them, no ski rack, the unit is oddly laid out. I have stayed in several condos at the Village and visit twice annually, this is the least favorite condo I’ve rented at the village. Kitchen also lacked any real quality cooking utensils. The coffee pot is ancient and a $15 Mr Coffee Walmart special, so no hope there if you’re a coffee fan. The windows have only wooden blinds so be prepared to sleep in bright light as they have no curtains and the unit faces towards the center of the village which is lit up like Christmas. The linens on the beds were old and work, the fitted sheets won’t stay on the beds. They have nothing except thin, old blankets, no comforters, no heavy blankets. The heat is baseboard so it’s either 60 or 90 degrees there is no way to regulate it other thank opening windows. The trash cans for the village and its restaurants are located directly below the unit on ground level so you are awakened every night at 10pm, midnight and 2 am by employees slamming industrial steel trash can lids. The bathroom sinks are tiny with zero counter or storage space and are extremely low, almost mid thigh height. The fireplace is wood so be prepared to go find and buy wood if you want a fire. We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well stocked, furnishings were nice, like having a kitchen counter with stools, nice being adjacent to elevators too. Not an inexpensive stay but you get what you pay for and being able to be steps from the lifts was worth it EVERY day we were there. Plus being level to Main Street shopping and dining was just great. Also, we had a couple of minor issues while during our stay and Summit Rentals were super responsive. Thanks - this property helped make our first visit to Breck a memorable one.

Ideal location. We were very happy with the management company and will use again. This location didn’t have exhaust fans in the bathrooms which is something to keep in mind when multiple people are showering.

Overall the property is great. Only issue was with no kitchen trash bags and slow flushing toilets. Maintenance/management responded quickly on those issues. Otherwise, the location can't be beat! Kitchen is well stocked including spices for cooking!

We stayed here with 5 adults and one infant and there was plenty of space. Amazing location next to Peak 9 for ski on ski off! The furniture is dated but clean. The pull out couch was missing sheets and the comforter had stains on it but otherwise we had a really great experience. Would definitely recommend!

From booking to check out I would highly recommend Summit Mountain Rental. Our 2 bedroom condo was just a perfect home away from home. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils and appliances we needed for some meals in. The beds were comfy and cable TV was a nice plus. Being right at the bottom of the Quicksilver lift was even better than promised. The on-site hot tub and indoor outdoor pool including a kiddie pool was wonderful for my 1 year old grandson. Thank you to the staff of SMR and the owners of 2605 Shavano.

Very nice condo; it was well equipped with everything you would need. Close to downtown (Main St.) and trails are close by. I would stay here again.
