This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom premium home is a perfect getaway for groups or families of up to eight people. The whole home has an open concept with the living area featuring comfortable couches, a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV: Relax and catch a movie or the morning snow report! The kitchen is completely remodeled with high-end stainless-steel appliances and beautiful quartz countertops. The dining room ties everything together with seating for up to six people at the table and room for four more at the counter.

Outside you’ll find a private hot tub with spectacular views of the Tenmile Mountain Range and Breckenridge Ski Resort. There’s also a gas outdoor fire pit and gas grill that are perfect for enjoying the cool Breckenridge evenings. Other amenities include a washer and dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

  • King master suite: beautiful bedroom with king bed, private attached bathroom with gorgeous walk-in tile shower and large walk-in closet, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 2)

  • Bedroom 2: two twin beds with access to shared bathroom with tub/shower. (sleeps 2)
  • Den: queen sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)

We spent 4 nights here with our teenagers. It was an excellent location and layout. Everyone had their own space and could easily walk into town. The hot tub was a big hit after skiing. You can either take the shuttle or walk to the gondola to get to the mountain.

We came in from NH to meet our son who’s working in CA. After arriving in Denver, we got a rental care to drive to Breck, and our son took the shuttle from the airport. Both options were easy to book and the scenery on the way was gorgeous. The house is in a fantastic location in Breck village within quick walks markets, shopping, restaurants, and the gondola to the mountain. (There is also a free-ride bus a block from the house that takes you to the gondola if you don’t want to walk to it.) It was quickly evident upon arrival the great effort that was made to make guests feel welcome. It was super clean and thoughtfully appointed and supplied. After a day of skiing, we had no issues finding great restaurants that allowed takeout meals within a quick walk to pick-up. The real purpose for the visit was to catch-up with our son, so dining-in with cocktails and conversation in front of the fireplace was ideal. A definite 5 star experience; we hope to return one day.

Very nice house with high end finishes a short walk from Main St. Great yard, fantastic hot tub, kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook, plenty of paper products, and cleaning supplies. Management was proactive in case we needed anything. 1/2 block to Amazing Grace for coffee and breakfast. Bus picks up on the corner (1/2 block). We enjoyed being inside as much as on the town. Perfect.

This rental was a perfect location - so easy to walk to everything. We hardly used our car at all. It is well stocked (didn’t have a large spatula which was odd...nor any plastic containers for leftovers) but otherwise it had everything we needed! Lots of fans to keep it cool in the summer. Comfortable beds and very nicely updated on the inside. The ceiling fans in the two guest bedrooms are very low...a bit of a hazard if you have them on while not sleeping so just be careful - none of our group is over 6ft tall and had to be very careful if walking under fans

Rental property was good. The location was very convenient and the property is nice and well equipped. I have only a few small complaints. The bedrooms got very hot at night and turning down the thermostats didn’t seem to make a difference. Also, the shower in the master bath took a long time to drain.

exactly as described, spacious property, location is great for downtown exploration and getting to slopes. well stocked kitchen, but a colander would be a nice addition.Hot tub was appreciated.

Urban Farmhouse was the perfect location and central to everything you would want to partake in on main street ! It was very quiet location and that was a concern of mine being so close to downtown ! Loved the front porch swing with my coffee in the am!! We will definitely return for a longer stay next time !!!

We flew into Breck from Charlotte NC. Great experience overall. Home is in a great location for everyone. You are just a block or two from all the stores and restuarants. They are currently at 25% so you need to book a few reservtions a week before. The home has a great kitchen and den area. This home has been totally remodeled inside. Kids loved the hot tub!

This was a lovely space close to Main and very walkable. Good sized kitchen space with a kitchen bar and dining and a little sitting room in addition to a living room, so there is plenty of room to spread out even though it's not a huge home. Has its own driveway so parking was never an issue. A bit crowded with Main being closed right now (6/2020) but nothing noisy or unmanageable.

We rented a ski house in Breckenridge but had to cancel due to travel restrictions imposed by organizations we work for because of coronavirus. We called and requested not for a refund, but for a credit for a future trip. The front desk people were defensive about this, and one insisted that his girlfriend was flying in from NY so he didn’t understand why we’re not permitted to fly. That said, the managers were very polite and thoughtful. Nonetheless, they would not provide a credit and we lost the entire value of the rental. While we are sympathetic that they are running a business, we offered to take the credit for a non-busy future time so they wouldn’t lose on it, and they still would not. We did not find this to be compassionate or customer friendly, and was a disappointment at a time of national challenges.

This is our second time staying at the Urban Farmhouse. The location is beyond perfect, 2 blocks off main street, a block from the market, walking distance to everything, yet the 2 blocks make a huge difference for quiet. This house is the perfect size for our family of 5 with 3 adult sons. Great fenced yard with grill private hot tub, seating and fire pit.

Even though we were there for the skiing we couldn't help but being really excited about getting back to the house at the end of the day because of how nice it was. Brand new appliances and updates throughout the house, better than what we have at home! The hot tub was incredible with great views of the mountains. Amenities in the house that we never would have considered like humidifiers in every room to adjust to the dry air, board games, plenty of storage for all our gear, heated floors! And a plus it was just a couple blocks from Main Street, able to walk to dinner and shopping. We went on and on about this house the whole week and couldn't believe how lucky we got with finding it! We will definitely be back!
