The whole home has an open concept with the living area featuring comfortable couches, a gas fireplace, and a large LCD TV that is a perfect place to enjoy your vacation. The kitchen is completely remodeled with high-end stainless steel appliances and beautiful quartz countertops. It’s a perfect center piece for this open concept home. The dining room ties everything together with seating for up to six people and room for four more at the counter.

Outside you’ll find a private hot tub with spectacular views of the Ten-Mile Mountain Range as well as Breckenridge Ski Resort. There’s also a gas outdoor fire pit and gas grill that are perfect for enjoying the cool Breckenridge evenings while you whip up a feast your family will love.   • Den: queen sleeper sofa.
  • Bathroom: Full bathroom with walk-in tile shower and his & hers sinks, as well as full laundry area.

  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
