This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is a perfect ski base camp for families or groups of up to four. The living area has a large flat-screen TV with and a stunning wood fireplace. You can open the sliding glass door to let the cool mountain air flow through the condo or sit on the patio just outside the door. The full kitchen features granite counters, updated stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear need to whip up amazing mountain meals! The dining room table has room for four.

You also have access to a shared laundry room and heated garage. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also included. And all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Good place, good location, very convenient to access peak 9, great restaurants around the block, grocery store less than two minutes, and very convenient to walk main street. Complex was loud, neighbor was coughing all the time, making hard to sleep, beds were horrible, there was no way to get a good rest at night, same as chairs and stuff that were poor quality. If it wasn’t for the price and good location, I wouldn’t give any point to his apartment, but Breckenbridge is expensive, so this might not be all to ignore.

the living room is nice and cozy, place was warm. the bedroom is quite small and feels like a closet / den as there's no windows but it's not bad for a short stay and gives you privacy. it was perfect for a couple - I think any more than 2 people would feel crowded. great location very close to main street and peak 9 lifts. management was very responsive over text

This was our first time to really spend time in Breckenridge in the summer, so we wanted to be very close to Main Street. This condo could not have been in a better location! Although the decor and furnishings were pretty outdated, the unit was surprisingly comfortable. Everything we needed was there, too. The 10-digit combination to the front door seemed unnecessarily long, when the combination for the main door and the garage was only four digits. The unit was fairly quiet, unless there were people staying above us, in which case we could hear every footstep, day or night. But for the price of this rental, it was still worth it.

The location is perfect. When we arrived we parked our truck and never had to drive anywhere during our Stay. The rental itself was clean, easy to access and perfect size for my wife and I. The property management company made the whole process really easy. We had a great stay.

It was a great stay. The bathroom was a little narrow and the shower was a bit small for a big guy like me, but it wasn't horrible. It was close to the town, so were able to walk to our destinations. Thank you

Really nice for the price. Had everything we needed including a humidifier which is great when going out west since it’s go dry. It’s about 100 feet to Main Street and 100 feet in the opposite direction to the bus stop to the gondola. All the appliances worked great and there was a bunch on nice hooks on the walls for snowboards, skis, jackets, backpacks and more. Would stay here again unless I found something cheaper in a similar location which is unlikely. Only complaint was the beds. The fold out couch was pretty uncomfortable as was the bed in the bedroom I think it’s time for a new mattress. There was actually a weird sunken in spot on side. Also don’t be surprised when you hear people coming in and out of the door, the bedroom is right on the stairwell. Overall I really liked this property and an absolutely amazing location for the price. Also the staff at summit were very nice and hospitable made the rental easy.

Overall, our stay was perfectly fine for my husband and I. Check-in was super easy, even being after hours. Although a more dated unit, it still had every amenity we needed. The kitchen was awesome and had everything we needed to cook breakfast every morning. We opted to go grab dinner every night at one of the many restaurants nearby (outdoor seating only at the time). Bed took a few minutes to get used to, but we ended up having no problems with it. Fireplace is buy your own firewood, but we opted to just not use it and we did not mind as the unit was plenty warm. We also walked to the Quicksilver chairlift everyday to go skiing. GREAT location and proximity to shopping and restaurants. Pleasantly satisfied and had everything we needed.

Small unit, but very functional floor plan. Kitchen and bathroom appear to have been remodeled relatively recently. Terrific location, only a block off Main St with a grocery across the street and a 3-4 block walk to the Quicksilver Lift. Couldn't have asked for a better spot. Unit was superficially clean, but don't look under or behind the furniture. Sheet on sofa bed was pretty bad, we just pulled it off and made up the bed with the provided linens and blankets. Kinda what you tend to get with vacation rentals like this, but a little extra effort from the cleaning crew really isn't that much to ask. Service was excellent. The Summit Mountain People were right on top of things, cheerful and easy to work with. Our stay overall was very enjoyable and I would definitely work with Summit Mountain again.

The location was amazing! It was literally across the street from a liquor/grocery store and around the corner from main street. There is also a park up the rode where you can slide down the hill for free. You just have to get your own sleds which they sell on main street. The pull out couch was broken, but the office sent maintenance right away to fix it. You can shutter around town for activities for free. Phenomenal location!
