Nice Downtown Breck location: just a block off Main St. and a few minutes’ walk to the free ski shuttle to the slopes. And with two suites with private bathrooms (plus two more full bathrooms) it’s a great choice for multiple couples/families to share. You won’t find a better value in a downtown location for you, your family and friends!

This 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom deluxe townhome is a great mountain town escape for families or groups of up to nine. Inside, there’s a spacious living area complete with lovely bay windows for lots of natural light and views of the slopes, a large river rock gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and comfortable seating areas perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the town and mountains. You can also enjoy great views just outside on the deck, as well as a gas grill and a table and chairs.

The kitchen has granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to whip up meals and snacks. The dining table seats eight, and there’s room for two more at the counter. The home also boasts a washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a one car garage (plus another outside parking space). And as with all SMR properties, all linens and basic toiletries are supplied, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also on call 24/7 to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and worry-free as possible.

  • Suite 2: full bed, twin bed, private bathroom with tub/shower, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 3)
  • Bedroom 3: full bed, twin bunk bed, private door to hall bathroom, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 4)
  • Hall bathroom: walk-in tile shower.

MAIN LEVEL:

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • A $500 damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.

We were 2 mothers with 3 daughters between us (39-47) so we loved having separate rooms for the moms and bathrooms for all! Close to both shopping and restaurants and we could walk almost everywhere. The house was clean and well furnished, although all of us noted there were no washclothes, on hand towels and bath towels which was irritating. Other than that the whole experience was wonderful!

Perfect. Great location, albeit, noisy because of nearby bars/restaurants. Management was very helpful. I wish we had known in advance that we could have unloaded directly into the 2nd level kitchen from the back. The stairs from the garage were very steep! Overall, a super stay! Thank you!

Perfect location. Bunch of restaurants walking distance, ski lift also is about a 5 min walk or less we never used the shuttle

Location was great. 7 minutes walk to the lift at Peak 9 and 2 minutes walk to main street. The unit was properly stuffed with towels, paper, tissue ...etc. It was very clean. Furniture is old. This unit needs new mattresses asap. You can see the deformity in the mattresses especially the king size bed in the master bedroom. These small changes will make it the perfect place to stay at Breck.

Upon checking in, we had a problem with access, the staff were exceptionally responsive and we were so appreciative. We loved this home-cozy, comfortable and close to town. We played games, took in the views and enjoyed Breckenridge for a week. Garage parking, washer and dryer and the check in was easy and close. Can't wait to come back in the winter.
