Enjoy “first tracks” on the slopes just outside the door and in the summer, take advantage of the close mountain biking and hiking trails, as well as the Peak 8 Fun Park. This is a cool mountain getaway; you and your family and friends will love it! 

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a great retreat for up to eight guests. The living area features a stone gas fireplace, a Smart TV, and plenty of seating for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Right off the living room is a patio directly overlooking the slopes and base area; there’s a gas grill as well! The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks and meals – that is, when you’re not exploring the great dining options at Peak 8 and downtown Breck. There’s seating for four at the counter. 

There’s also a Breck Free Ride bus stop a five-minute walk from the condo. Other amenities include two covered parking spaces (please note that the garage ceiling height is six feet maximum), onsite coin-op laundry facilities, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.
