And Crystal Peak Pioneer Condo is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo that’s perfect for groups of up to six people. The living area features leather furniture and overlooks the Peak 7 base area and the Pioneer ski run. The views from the adjacent deck are great, too! The kitchen features updated quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and accessories you’ll need to keep your group happy and fed. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three more at the counter.
You ‘ll also enjoy on-site hot tubs, gym and steam room. At the One Ski Hill Place Resort - accessible by private shuttle, gondola, or short walk - you will have complimentary access to indoor pool, spa and bowling alley. The gondola even stops right in front of this building as well, providing excellent access to the Peak 8 base area and downtown Breckenridge. Other amenities include flat-screen TVs in the living area and both bedrooms, a private shuttle for the complex, complimentary Wi-Fi, a private washer/dryer, and garage parking for one vehicle. This condo was exactly what we were looking for.....right next to the gondolas which made it easy to go into Breckenridge. The condo was very updated and we loved all the upgraded features in the kitchen. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The only downside was the balcony....I would have preferred a more traditional balcony.....this was odd shaped and somewhat restricted for views.

The location was phenomenal. The ski locker on the first floor literally puts you 10 steps from Peak 7’s Independence Superchair. To say that skiing was easy this year was an understatement. The pictures do not do the condo justice. There was plenty of room for a family of four. The kitchen and bathrooms were large enough to accommodate all of us with no issues. The property was clean and well kept. We would definitely return next year.

Room was very clean, excellent location,well appointed. The only downside was that the thermostat was controlled by the HOA, not the unit itself. The first night was unbearably hot in the master...couldnt balance well with the open window/freezing air and too much heat. Called the manager next day...turns out the master bedroom heat was set to 80 degrees, they turned it off...the rest of the stay was perfect.

I will say that of all the VRBOs we've stayed at (and we travel quite a bit), this is def one of the best ones we've been in. I've very OCD about cleanliness and this place meets my expectations. I do wish they had more family friendly amenities like Grand Lodge Peak 7, but thats only cause we have a toddler. Overall I highly recommend this place!

Everything from start to finish was great. Summit Mtn. Rentals staff was supper on top of everything from booking to detailed arrival information, following up to make sure all was good during our stay and smooth checkout. The unit itself was in a perfect location for ski-in/out. It was very clean and extremely well equipped. The property was specious and modern. Shuttle service to town was convenient. We would absolutely recommend and would look to stay here again at our next trip t Breck!

The unit and lodge has everything you need to stay and ski. The parking garage is small but you will have a space. You do need to stop in town to pick up and drop off room keys (I forgot the drop off and they were very gracious). Fully stocked kitchen cooking pans, pots, utensils. Showers were great and it was very clean throughout the lodge/unit.

Overall great time here in Breckenridge. Weather and skiing perfect. Condo is all that and more. Spacious bright, fun view out windows and everything you need to relax and enjoy the time spent. Easy access to skiing, town and condo shuttle are a major plus. Will definitely stay here again is days allow. Staff very helpful and always quick to respond to questions. Had a minor issue with garbage disposal and was fixed in a jiff. Clean and maintained well. All the amenities here at Crystal Peal Pioneer Condo make the vacation effortless. Everyone in our family rated this a top 10 spot. Won't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful three night stay in this large two bedroom condo. The lift was right outside the door, and it could not have been easier to get on the mountain. The ski locker area is right off the slopes, and it made it very easy to get in and out. The place was very nice with plenty of dishes, cookware, etc.. the beds were very comfortable, and both bedrooms were very large a nice. The common hot tub and steam shower for great ways to finish the day.

We just had a great stay at pioneer! Overall 5 stars for sure. The check in process was good, however it took a bit to get the key and get up to the property, so it was a bit delayed to get into the condo. It’s a beautiful location with access to the gondola right out of the door. Very easy access to activities and food either on property or downtown via the gondola. The ONLY small MINOR item I would say is there is a restaurant outside of the window that played LOUD music directly towards the condo windows which during the summer, the windows have to stay open (no AC). I mentioned this to the restaurant management and they either turned it down or off. Be warned it’s not a “quiet” condo in the summer with the windows open. If that doesn’t bother you (and it only did a couple times for us) then it’s no big deal at all! The pictures of this condo don’t do it justice. It’s VERY nice!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Breckenridge. The property looked exactly as pictured. It was updated, very clean and well maintained. We loved how you could walk right outside our complex and catch the lift. We were able to be 1st in line and catch all the fresh powder! Also, it was really nice to go out on the balcony and people watch! The only real problem we had when we arrived was we were not sure where we were able to park other than in the garage. No one explained to us how to get into the garage. We had to go inside the main building and talk to one of the condo representatives. She seemed very put out having to explain it to me since I didn't book the condo through her. Other than that, just know if you have more than 1 car you will have to search and pay for another parking space off site. As for dinner, we booked this trip last minute and there was absolutely NO RESTAURANT to make a reservation at. We had to order out both nights of our stay which was very disappointing! The management team did honor a late check out for us which was greatly appreciated! I did receive a message stating we were late checking out since we had not returned our keys yet. (A fee of $25.00 dollars per key if lost or not returned) I explained I had confirmed a late check out the day before and she said " Oh ok, I will look through the notes." She should have looked at the notes before calling and making me nervous and upset. There is a $75.00 late fee you have to pay for each hour you are late leaving. Glad that all worked out ok!

It was great! The apres on your own balcony overlooking the runs was spectacular. You walk out the door and onto the lift. Best part is starting and ending the day on Peak 7. Get to do first runs everyday and last runs everyday. We would ride back for lunch and then back out.
