This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a great mountain getaway for families or groups of up to eight. Pine Ridge Incline Condo puts you just one block from downtown Breckenridge and at the bottom of Four O’ Clock ski run so you can nearly ski right back to your condo. Hop on the shuttle to the ski resort in the morning or take the short stroll to the gondola. The complex features shared hot tubs, and you’ll also enjoy access to the Upper Village pool and hot tubs!
Inside you’ll find a cozy living area with comfortable leather furniture, a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. The bar separating the living area and the kitchen is a perfect place to congregate while you enjoy your favorite TV show or the morning snow report. Large sliding glass doors provide plenty of natural light and lead to the patio that has nice seating to enjoy the cool mountain air.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters and everything you need to whip up a five-star meal for your family or group. There’s seating for four at the dining room table plus room for four more at the counter. Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a ski locker so you can stash your gear before après. And all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and the condo is fully stocked with clean linens, plenty of fresh towels, and basic toiletries. Excellent location a block from the main shopping/dining in downtown Breck. Great rooms for the whole family. Kids loved the bunk room. Kitchen was stocked with whatever you need to cook. Very comfortable.

We have been to Breck many times and always go through Summit Mountain Rentals and this is the best place yet! About a 3/4 minute walk to Main Street, the condo was super clean, comfy and very roomy. We will definitely stay here again. The only downside (and this is nothing towards this actual room) the hot tub hours 12-8 were a bummer, we were gone most days 12-8 so we only got to use it once! But all in all a GREAT place to stay in breck!

This unit was a great location for our family. With easy access to the mountain and simple ski-in. The bus stop was super helpful to get around town as well. The unit had all the essentials needed for cooking at home and being in close proximity to the hot tub was a plus after a long day of skiing. I would book this unit again. I do want to point out that the management company was very responsive and this is the second time using them and recommend booking with them.

Great condo. Very cozy and comfortable. Visited with my 14 and 16 year old sons and plenty of room for everyone. Can’t beat the location. Convenient to everything. Be careful going down the stairs from the parking area. There was solid ice at the bottom.

Ski trip with friends, 4th time at Breckenridge. Easily the best value ski location. While not at a lift like Village Center and other properties, you actually walk less with your skis. Ground floor unit directly across st from free shuttle to Snowflake Lift, 1 minute ride uphill 4 blocks. Ski down Four O'Clock run to edge of parking lot across st from unit. You walk about 80 ft and no stairs! Hint, turn right at Park Place sign which is before the Pine Ridge sign and you'll ski to edge of parking lot and see the unit across st. Unit has recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms, fully stocked with all amenities. Only a 3 block to the heart of Main Street for dining and shopping. Really perfect location and condo for a ski trip and costs far less than similar properties with worse access and likely have to walk more at others advertised as ski in/out. Fully stocked with linens if the sofa beds are needed. Spa is adjacent next to Building 10, just a short walk from the back stairs. Village Pool nearby but there spa will be crowded and pool water wasn't heated during my stay.

Condo was as described. Layout was perfect for us. Loved opening the windows and hearing the sounds. Property was clean and well maintained. Easy to get to, however going several places to get the key and then to get a parking pass was a lot. Parking was also a little tricky, you can park right outside the door, but you must go down some stairs and back up stairs. We love coming to the mountains and would consider staying here again.

Property was very clean and we had everything we needed. We didn’t realize how great the location was. It was 2 blocks from the main downtown. Parking there was scarce-all we had to do was walk 2 blocks and never start the car. Great hike up the hill at Sawtooth Reservoir.

For a family of four looking to ski, this was a great condo. Had everything we needed and was close to the bus to get a ride up to the mountain and ski down close to the unit. Main street is so close to walk to and eat or shop. Hot tub was perfect after some hard days of skiing. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends! The staff for the property were incredibly friendly and informative.

We had a great time Breckinridge. The condo was wonderful. You don’t find B&B that have extra stuff in the kitchen, ( plastic bags, butter, etc). I would and probably will rent it again for skiing. We stayed at Pine Ridge 11A and the unit was great; the location was excellent, within walking distance of the Main Street, the rental was spacious and had everything we needed. The two major areas of improvement would be the bed in the master and the thermostats. The bed was very poor and the thermostats did not work. Other than those two major things, our stay for the group of 6 was great. If the owner were to replace the bed, I would recommend, otherwise, with how many other options there are in the area, I’d suggest trying another.

We stayed in 11a for a week in late September. The space was exactly as advertised, nicely updated and clean. Nice beds, plenty of towels, pillows, etc. The kitchen was outfitted beyond what I expect from a rental--cookware was in good shape, sharp knives(!), a spice shelf that inspired me to cook :) The location is ideal, just five minute walk to Main Street with all of its shops and restaurants. I highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Pine Ridge 11A and in Breck. The condo is in a great location. It is about a block from Main Street. It was super easy to walk to dinner every night and to look around Main Street every day. The condo was very comfortable. There was more than enough room for the three of us. Beds were comfortable, furnishings were in great condition, the kitchen was well stocked, the appliances were new, the whole place felt very comfortable, open, and like home. :) THe fact that it is on the first floor and faces 4 O'clock Road, did make it feel not very private. So at first, it was strange to open the blinds and see everyone walking by, who then could see into the condo. But we got over it and it was not a big deal. There are 2 balconies, but neither has a view (one is of 4 O'clock Rd. and the other is of the parking lot). But as soon as you walk out of condo and everywhere you go in Breck, there is a view. However, it was nice that we did not have to go up three flights of stairs to unload the car. We just brought in all of our luggage over the balcony into the bedroom. Perfect! Having a parking spot for the car was great and with Main Street being closed off to cars, it was nice to not have to worry about where to park the car if we were further away. The fireplace at night was wonderful because it was actually chilly, which is a HUGE bonus for us being from Texas. Also, we loved the big chest of games and puzzles. I would stay here again and recommend the condo and using Summit Mountain Rentals to anyone. Mary and Anne were easy and great to work with.
