Guests can ski down Four O’ Clock Run and walk to their condo. The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub.
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom end-unit condo is one of the largest units in the Park Place complex – it's the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to six. You can even ski down Four O’ Clock Run and walk to the condo! Inside, the living area features vaulted ceilings and large windows, giving the space a bright, open feel. You’ll also be impressed by the beautiful gas fireplace surrounded by stone and the private balcony with your own gas grill. There’s also plenty of seating and an flat-screen TV/Blu-ray player for entertainment after a long day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances (including a gas range) as well as room for six at the dining table and three more at the breakfast bar.
You’ll love being just across the street from the free shuttle to take you around town in both the summer and winter! The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub.

From the time we booked our lodging until the time we checked out (and beyond), the staff at Summit Mountain Rentals went above and beyond to accommodate our circumstances. The condo was clean, provided enough space for all to sleep (5), coziness with the gas fireplace, hot water and good water pressure in the showers, and had the kitchen items we needed. There was no elevator so the walk up 3 flights with luggage was difficult, especially with the Altitude change, but there was a downyown bus pick up right in front of the property. We arrived in Breckenridge several hours before check-in and staff allowed us to store luggage in the office. And as we had to check out by 10 the last day, we had several hours before our transp picked us up so again, they allowed us to leave luggage in their office! Thanks again for a great experience in Breckenridge!!

Spacious place right around the corner from Main St and hiking. There was plenty of space, towels and appliances. Since it was summer, needed to make sure the fans were on to cool down the rooms. I like to sleep super cold but it was manageable and still needed the comforter. The mgmt company was very responsive even though there was a miscommunication with the cleaning crew when we would check out. It was resolved quickly. Will be back again!

We have stayed at many different condos in Breckenridge and this one is our favorite! It was even better than advertised. The condo is VERY spacious and clean, and it was equipped with everything we needed. The second bedroom was huge - one queen bed plus a bunk bed (the bottom bunk is a double bed). The steam shower in the master bathroom was a nice surprise and greatly appreciated after a long day on the slopes. I'm convinced this is the best location in Breck. We never needed a car. The condo is ONE block from Main Street and a short walk to the slopes! This will be our go-to condo for future trips to Breck.

I would consider this a value rental. It’s a little dated, but it’s highly functional with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is conveniently located to town. And it is very easy to get on and off the ski hill. However, you will likely be taking a bus to get on the hill. Find three flights of stairs in your ski gear is difficult, but it can be done. The pullout couch was not comfortable so consider that if you are counting on it.

Exactly as described. Great location - everyday we made the short walk to free bus shuttle dropping us off at various lifts. Each day last run - ski down 4 o'clock to Park Place sign - then short walk to condo. Every night - short walk to downtown area with GREAT restaurants. Unit VERY clean, VERY comfortable and spacious. Perfect for us. Traveled with 4 adults - no one felt on top of each other, nor cramped. Plenty of comfortable room for everyone. Will recommend to friends and will book again. We loved staying here. The property was exactly what we expected and probably more roomier than we expected. The location was great for walking to downtown that we did on several occasions and (although a little bit more distance) also to the base of the Gondola. We booked last minute and the management company gave great customer service and very responsive to get us the details we needed to check in. The property was clean and it was nice to have an inspection sticker on the door letting us know it had been inspected prior to us coming. We would definitely recommend this property.

We had a fantastic time. The condo at Park Place was awesome! Absolutely perfect location, pick up across the street to either Snowflake lift or Beaver Run and ski down 4 O'clock and short walk to condo. We were eseentially in the middle of town, so close to all the shops, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.. The unit we were in was clean, great kitchen with all the tools to create our own meals in days we didn't go out. An added highlight was the International Snow Sculpture contest right across the street! Amazing work by all the teams. In addition, Summit Rental does a great job for their clients. I will use them again and will not waste my time on Airbnb. T

Highly recommend this corner condo! It is clean, comfortable and spacious. The vaulted ceilings are a plus. And the location is hard to beat. Overall was an okay place. Good for the price. Half the lights didn’t work, no locks on bathroom doors, even with the heat off it got unbearably hot, the walk up three flights of stairs with snowboard gear was rough, cable went out once and the maintenance guy couldn’t help me get anything other than basic cable. I couldn’t get in demand, said I wasn’t connected to internet. The steam shower was amazing though.. bed was hard as a rock and pillows were absolutely useless. I didn’t get a full nights sleep the whole night due to the excessive heat, flat pillow, and hard bed. The place was okay, it wasn’t dirty, it didn’t have terribly uncomfortable furniture. The sinks in the mast bath do need some maintenance. Left one doesn’t drain fast enough it fills up, and the right ones “hot” is a small stream. Can barely get any hot water on that side. The lighting was really annoying when it’s dark and none of the light switches turned anything on, you have to fumble around to find the lamp switch. Honestly, I’d stay at the condo again, but not that unit. Mainly because there’s no elevator.. the stairs are brutal after a long day of riding.

This is a wonderful location if you want to park the car and walk everywhere. Spacious, bright and comfortable. The deck is great for relaxing. Kitchen has everything you need for family dinner. I was surprised at the actual size of the space. We had a party of 4 but 6-7 would fit comfortably. Easy check in and out. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was exactly as pictured on VRBO. Roomy and very comfortable for a family of 6. The only disappointment for our family was the pool and hot tub area. We picked this vacation rental largely on the pool and hot tub so our kids would be able to have something to do on our down days. The pool was not well maintained at all. The kids weren't even comfortable swimming in it.

Location, location, location....ParkPlace C305 is the perfect spot within walking distance to the Gondola, shopping on Main Street, parks, hiking & biking trails and great restaurants. Check- in and check- out were a breeze, and we encountered three friendly, helpful staff members at Summit Rentals
Unit C305 fit our family of 5 perfectly with a comfortable king size bed in the master and a bunk room that sleeps five. Our three kiddos each had their own bed. The couch is also a sleeper sofa, but we did not need the extra sleeping space.
The condo is well furnished with a comfy couch and chair, dining table, and all the comforts of “home”.
The linens were soft and plentiful; and towels were fluffy and abundant. My husband loved the dual head shower in the master bathroom, which also doubles as a steam shower. Having the washer and dryer in the condo was also extremely convenient.
We really love this spot and definitely will stay here again.

The bathrooms were filthy upon arrival with a thick layer of dust on the toilets, massive dust bunnies in the blinds and window sill, and old soap bars left crusting in the showers. Previous guests had removed a carbon monoxide detector and buried it in the closet under blankets so the chirping of the dying battery was less noticeable. The staff found it and changed all the other batteries within less than an hour of notice from us so we appreciated their quick response.

Can't say enough great things about Park Plac C305. Most impressive is how the owners have ensured all the amenities of home. Gave us great options to grill out at the condo versus eating out every night. The living room has comfortable seating for a large group and what a great 2nd bedroom for a large group. Thank you for the attention to detail. Location of the condo is great for being in town and not needing the car. Love it and will definitely be back

I normally do not leave reviews, but this company and condominium deserve much praise! My Wife and I frequent Summit County. This was our first experience staying with SMR. Our Condominium was spacious, clean, comfortable and well stocked with more than enough amenities. Not to mention the area was very quiet and peaceful! The staff was extremely friendly and made check-inn a breeze. We will for sure book again soon!

We came to Breckenridge for a fly-fishing trip through the Orvis outfitter in town. This condo looks exactly like the pictures posted online. We had more than ample space for the two of us. The king size bed was extremely comfortable too. The small amenities such as soaps, lotion, laundry detergent, etc. were helpful during our stay. The location was great as we walked everywhere except for a trip to the grocery store. We were very pleased with the condo and would consider staying here again!

Went to Breckenridge for a last minute vacation before my sons went back to school. We stayed in 305C. We had an excellent experience from the call we received before to the easy check in. The location was great easy walk to downtown. The rental was very clean and well equipped with everything we need in the kitchen. We were on the go from hiking the Rockies, whitewater rafting, stand up paddling boarding and off roaring racer. The area has so much to do. It was great to have a comfortable place to come back to.

This property's location can't be beat. And though shuttle service is available right outside the door, we didn't need it because everything in town was within easy walking distance. The condo easily accomodated our family of six , is well furnished, and the kitchen is equiped with everything you need for a more than comfortable stay. We would definately recommend this property and plan to come back soon.

We had a wonderful, comfortable stay on breckenridge st this adorable, spacious condo. It was perfect for two families! We walked everywhere. Perfect location!! We walked to dinner and 4th of July parade. Trail running was also right out the door. And condo was decorated cute and kitchen is stocked. Only problem was coffee pot wasn't working but I'm sure they'll have it fixed now that they know.

Location! Location! Location! We loved this place! The condo was so spacious, very clean and comfortable. There is a free shuttle to the lifts and a beautiful short walk to the quaint downtown full of shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay again. I highly recommend it!

Easy to check in and check out. Location was great with a free shuttle to the lifts and a short walk to downtown shops and restaurants. The only complaint would be a small water heater which makes a large group getting showers in after skiing a little challenging. The condo had lots of room and was very clean. We were very satisfied with the whole experience.
