This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom premium home easily accommodates up to 12 people. It’s located in Breckenridge’s quiet Wellington neighborhood, just a short drive to Main Street and the gondola … or, there’s a free bus stop a few blocks from the home. Inside and out, it’s a great choice for your mountain getaway.

The living area is the ideal gathering place for your group to relax and trade stories about the day’s adventures in front of the gas fireplace. There’s also a second living area for catching a movie (or the morning ski report) on the large flat-screen TV. And take a look at the kitchen: Granite tile counters and high-end appliances, including a professional-grade gas range. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three more at the breakfast counter.

The outdoor living area is fantastic, too: A large deck with lots of comfy outdoor seating, an outdoor dining table and a gas grill. Even better, you’ll find your own private hot tub, and next to it a fire pit. MAIN LEVEL:

• Bedroom 3: queen bed, twin bunk bed, private attached bathroom with tub/shower (sleeps 4).
• Bedroom 4: queen bed (sleeps 2).
• Bathroom: full guest bath.
