This 3-bedroom plus den, 2-bathroom moderate condo is perfect for families or groups of up to nine people. Stepping into the living room, you’ll love the floor-to-ceiling river-rock gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings and huge skylights that flood the area with light. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to keep your group happy and fed. The dining table has seating for six.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for two vehicles. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).
  • For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 2 parking spaces.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

This place was exactly as described plus more. I own a VR management company and manage over 50 vacation rentals myself, so my standards are pretty high. Mill Run did not disappoint. It was a very quick 10-minute walk to the slopes, a brief 2-3 minute walk from the free shuttle, and is conveniently located near the center of town. The condo itself is very cozy, and the fireplace with a blower made the place! We will definitely be booking this one again on return trips!

Everything was great !! I think the neighbor in 15 shouldn’t get his paper delivered to this unit He came banging on the door Sunday morning first day Being there in his old man robe ,I thought it was a complimentary paper. He made me very aware of my ignorance and I can’t read ....the sign mounted on the house that I rented , pretty much he was a ******* that if my family wasn’t around would have got his *** kicked . other then that everything was great
