Don't want to deal with parking downtown? No problem, you're just a block away from the local Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle stop that can take you anywhere in Breckenridge, or if you feel like walking and taking in the fresh air, you're just a few blocks from downtown Main Street. This condo has everything you and your party needs to make your Breckenridge vacation unforgettable.

This 3-bedroom plus den, 2-bathroom condo is perfect for families or groups of up to nine people. Stepping into the living room, you’ll love the floor-to-ceiling river-rock gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings and huge skylights that flood the area with light. There's also an office upstairs that's perfect for taking care of some work while you travel or just checking your emails. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to keep your group happy and fed. The dining table has seating for six. 

Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for two vehicles. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).
  • For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 2 parking spaces.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

I was thrilled to return to this house for the first time since 2020 when my friend and I spent a few weeks here during the winter of Covid. We came out with a group of 8 and I proposed to my now fiance with an amazing surprise. I'll never forget this house and it means so much to me. I can't wait to return for years to come and bring other friends to experience one of my favorite places, Breckenridge!

We stayed in the Villa for 8 nights. 5 minutes walk to peak 9 lift. Very close to shopping and dining. Many great restaurants close by. House was very clean. Extra sheets and towels were a plus. Very spacious and bright. The only thing we would recommend adding in is extra utensils, otherwise we loved every minute of our stay.

Can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay at Mill Run! The condo was so cozy and the location was perfect! We could easily catch the shuttle abs be at the slopes or on Main St. in minutes. The condo furnishings were great, even though the mattresses on the 2 queen beds were a bit too firm for our liking. We loved visits from the neighborhood fox too! We would highly recommend this co Condo!

This place was exactly as described plus more. I own a VR management company and manage over 50 vacation rentals myself, so my standards are pretty high. Mill Run did not disappoint. It was a very quick 10-minute walk to the slopes, a brief 2-3 minute walk from the free shuttle, and is conveniently located near the center of town. The condo itself is very cozy, and the fireplace with a blower made the place! We will definitely be booking this one again on return trips!

Everything was great !! I think the neighbor in 15 shouldn’t get his paper delivered to this unit He came banging on the door Sunday morning first day Being there in his old man robe ,I thought it was a complimentary paper. He made me very aware of my ignorance and I can’t read ....the sign mounted on the house that I rented , pretty much he was a ******* that if my family wasn’t around would have got his *** kicked . other then that everything was great
