This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condo is a nice retreat for families or groups of up to eight people. The spacious living room has floor-to-ceiling windows that let in great light, as well as a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV for catching a movie or the morning snow report. The fully equipped kitchen has been nicely updated with quartz counters and a beautiful dining table that seats six. And you can always step out onto the balcony to take in the crisp mountain air!

The Tamarisk complex is a wonderful choice as well. It’s a smaller, family-oriented complex with quiet hours starting at 10 p.m., so your whole group can catch a great night’s sleep after a long day of mountain adventures.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central laundry facility access, and parking for one vehicle. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. MAIN LEVEL

  • Master Bedroom: king bed, private bathroom with large walk-in tile shower. (sleeps 2)
  • Bedroom 2: two twin bunk beds. (sleeps 4)
  • Bedroom 3: king bed; can be two extra-long twins upon request. (sleeps 2)
  • Bathroom: tub/shower.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 1 parking space.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

Rental was great everything meet our expectation. Property Management company was very responsive and easy to work with. Property had recently been remodeled however not all updates were 100% complete. Minor projects in general left to go. Master bedroom could use a new mattress and blinds. Overall great and would recommend to others!

The condo is a nice remodel. Kitchen is great. Top of the line appliances and well stocked. The bathrooms are nice too, though the shared bathroom was missing a light fixture and needed some touch up work. The master bedroom is missing window coverings for a very large window that allows a lot of light in from the parking lot. There is not enough seating in the main family area for 6 people and definitely not for the up to 8 people the condo can sleep. The furniture is awkwardly placed and there is really only comfortable seating for maximum 5 people...unless you count sitting at the dining room table which is not very comfortable if you want to watch a movie etc. There was water on the family room floor from the condensation on the windows every morning and we did not use the large humidifier in the living room. Please label the laundry key. The pool and sauna are not on property and very crowded. Highlight was the property management team who was very quick to respond to any concern or question we had. Ryan was especially helpful.

Great place to stay! Walk to lift, walk to town. Nicely remodeled condo. Everything you need for a vacation rental, including beautiful fully stocked kitchen. Laundry on premises (not in unit). Clean. Nice decor, simple and not overly decorated, easy to move into for a week. Window issues with sweating and condensation, plastic over some windows was annoying. Property managers very helpful and responsive. Available to help with day trips, extra towels, anything you may need.

We stayed here for a long guys ski weekend. The condo was as described in the listing—clean and updated. Getting to the mountain was easy and the condo was within walking distance to the Peak 9 lifts. We had a great time and found the check in and communication with the property managers to be easy. Overall: a great time.

Really enjoyed the cleanliness of this newly renovated place. Location is just south of the main Breckenridge downtown area. The only thing is that their is no recliner to watch tv after a long day of winter activities.

Beautiful and modern condo, in a wonderful location - only a 5 minute walk to the center of Breckenridge. Very automated and easy arrival and departure. Relatively quiet neighborhood with a green view from the balcony. The Kitchen was very well equipped, with a very well-maintained pots and pans and a wide selection of dishes, cutlery and kitchen supplies - you can cook and bake almost anything.

Stay was great, location was good, summit was very helpful with all questions and quick to reply! Parking can be problematic with only one spot and no guest parking but that’s an issue at a lot of places in Breck.

Very nice, updated, well appointed and well stocked unit. Walking distance to everything in Breckinridge including all the restaurants and shops. Hot tubs are a short walk across the street. My only criticism if any would be to update the patio furniture even just some cheap plastic Adirondack chairs and a table would be nice. We were only there for a few days so are out most of our meals other than breakfast but I could also see having a grill would be nice as well. Loved our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.
