This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo is a perfect retreat for families or groups of up to 8 people. Stepping into the living room you’re welcomed by a beautiful gas fireplace, huge floor-to-ceiling windows, a curved flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating. There’s a patio off the living room and dining area where you can enjoy cooking on the gas grill while taking in the comforting forest setting. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for three, and the dining table has seating for six more. You’ll love the open feel of the living and dining areas!

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central laundry facility access, and parking for one vehicle. We come to Breck at least 3-4 times a year and this was our fave so far. So cute, perfect location and decor are very well thought through. Very nice amenities, comfy pillows and beds. We loved it here.

The unit is beautiful and perfect for a small group. Management was very responsive and helpful. The beds are a dream and with the blackout curtains, sleep is darn near guaranteed. Will definitely be booking again.

A very nice location close to downtown upon arriving I found out I had no heat and I had no far place that worked of a morning it would be 58 in the house finally they brought me a space heater and got the fireplace working liked everything so finally on the last night I got heat I had to ask for a restaurant gift certificate and then they gave me $75 off of the stay I'm not sure what would have happened if it was a cold time and winter shouldn't have taken 4 days to get heat..

We stayed here in the summer and it was the perfect place. Just the right distance from main street to be accessible yet far enough away to get some peace and quiet. Main Street was less than a 10 minute walk down a short paved path. The place was also very nice with all the basic necessities plus some. We really enjoyed the fire place and patio.

We had a great time at the Tamarisk Condo. The location was perfect to walk to the lifts and hot tub! There were a few issues with the refrigerator water dispenser being broken as well as the shower head in the master bathroom not working correctly. The management company was super responsive and easy to work with. Thank you for a great stay!

This was the perfect spot for our family of 4. The condo is nicely decorated and offers plenty of storage. We loved the beautiful stained glass window next to the fireplace. It is situated near the free shuttle bus stop and its also an easy, flat 7 minute walk downtown and to the lift. There are plenty of beds for up to 8 people. There are provided amenities (trash bags, coffee filters, dish soap, TP, paper towels, etc.) that got us through our stay with no problems. I would have liked a cleaner/toilet brush and pads for the swifter to keep up with cleaning. Its very dark at night so bring a flashlight or nightlight if you have littles that need nighttime light. A great stay! Definitely recommend.

Overall this was a very nice property within a 10 min walking distance to restaurants and shops in Breckenridge. The condo was clean, and a great size for our family of four. The owner was very helpful and responsive to questions, with clear instructions ahead of the stay.

Beautiful house within walking distance to the slopes and downtown. House was modern with new furnishings. Plenty of space in all three bedrooms. Living room and kitchen were equipped with all of the amenities. Easy access to downtown Park City and town lift. Perfect spot for families or small groups. Definitely recommend!

This condo is located not far from downtown Breckenridge, and there is a shuttle stop about a 5-minute walk away. It was very comfortable, and easily sleeps 5 in the beds. I believe there is a sofa sleeper as well, but we didn't use it. As I recall, the grocery store was under 10 minutes away by car. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, so it made it easy for us to cook breakfasts. The restaurants were so busy when we were there, that we even ended up cooking one dinnerr! The views from the condo were restricted because there are several condos around it, but there is one view of the very top of the mountain from the balcony. It was a comfortable rental.

Very cozy little condo in a fantastic location. My sister and I do an annual ski/snowboarding trip and this rental is a SHORT walk to the chairlifts. So convenient, we walked everywhere! Heated bathroom floors, steamy shower, cute little fireplace for unthawing after a day on the hill--perfect for a quick weekend getaway.

We loved the condo and the gals at the front desk where we checked in were so friendly. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We only wished it had some cocktail making supplies and earlier opening pool times. I think the pool didn’t open until 10:00 and closed fairly early at night, but these were minor issues and did not affect our vacation.

This is a great place for a skiing vacation. The unit is very spacious and clean, the kitchen has everything you need to make anything. It is a little far from the lifts if you plan on walking but there’s a free shuttle right outside.

Walking Distance to the lift, nice pool and hot tub in the complex. It was very clean, beds comfortable. It was inconvenient to drag our luggage and ski gear up 3 flights of stairs. We were disappointed the shower wall unit did not work. In spite of the downsides, we enjoyed our stay.

We have rented from Summit Mountain rentals for six years. There were positives and negatives about this condo. The kitchen equipment- pots, pans, plates all needed updating...we cook a lot and things were not organized and the kitchen was hard to cook in. Knives were dull, pots and pans just thrown in the cabinets...not nearly organized at all. The beds slept well, it was quiet, and the temp stayed even throughout which were all huge pluses. No large soaking tub which is always nice after a hard day of skiing but there was a nice shower with lots of hot water. The washer and dryer tookFOREVER to do a load and was extremely small. The furniture needed updating...not much sitting room in the living room, the coffee table was broken. It was a decent condo, but we will probably try adifferent one next year.

The unit is modern, clean, and in a perfect location, not to mention quiet and very comfortable. The only surprise I experienced during my stay was having to avoid a moose while walking home from Peak 9 one afternoon. Highly recommended property; I am looking forward to returning next year!
