If you’re looking for the true “Colorado mountain lodge” experience for you and your group, you’ve found it! Falcon Mews Lodge has it all: massive log construction, majestic views of the mountains and ski slopes, a great deck with a large hot tub, a gas firepit and outdoor dining table, luxurious finishes throughout the home, and so much more. The only things missing are you and your family and friends!

This 4-bedroom plus loft, 3.5-bathroom luxury home is a fantastic retreat for families or groups of up to 10. Just look at the living area: massive mountain-facing window, a standalone bar with cocktail tables, and high-end seating for relaxing by the stone gas fireplace. Downstairs, there’s another den/family room area with a large flat-screen TV and a shuffleboard table; it’s a great place for the kids to hang out!

And the kitchen? High-end granite and appliances of course, including a gas range. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for four at the counter. Outside, the spacious deck is a real standout of this home. Imagine sitting outside listening the birds calling while enjoying a morning cup of coffee. Or slip into that hot tub after a day’s adventures in the mountains. You can even enjoy your meals and snacks at the deck table that seats 10!

Other amenities of this impressive home include a gas grill, complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for five vehicles. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival.   • Bathroom: shared walk-in tile shower.
  • Loft/lounge area: Desk/work area, slope views.

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Master suite: king bed, large private bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in tile shower, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, private deck with seating. 
  • Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath.

LOWER LEVEL:

  • Bedroom 4: 2 full-over-full bunk beds, 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed, flat-screen TV. 
  • Den/family room: queen sleeper sofa. 
  • Bathroom: tub/shower.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • A four-wheel drive vehicle is required during winter.
  • Parking: 1 garage space, 2 covered outdoor spaces, 2 driveway spaces – 5 spaces total.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

Thank you Summit Mountain Rentals for sharing this extraordinary luxury home with our family of 11.The floor plan is functional as well as architecturally stunning. We loved our time here and vacationed in comfort from start to finish. Every consideration and preparation had been made for our arrival. The living space felt like our home. The kitchen was fully prepared for meal prep- from grilling to baking all amenities were provided. It was a gift to enjoy our meals together at the family dinning table. Everyone was satisfied with their beds and their personal space. The kids loved the deck- hot tub, firepit and playing ski ball down stairs. Falcon Mews is nestled amongst trees with a clear view of gorgeous mountains. We enjoyed the quaint walking/biking trails tucked in the neighborhood. This home is about a mile from the charming down town area for shopping and dining. A Special Props to the service crew for replacing our propane tank when we ran out for the fire pit, a new one was delivered within a hour. Every aspect to customer service was beyond our expectation. Thank you again for providing a wonderful Breck experience for our family vacation. We will be back!

The house itself was great. Clean, spacious, and lots of parking in the driveway. Also a great location to breck - the roads getting to the house are really steep so 4WD is a requirement in winter. However, check in and check out were unnecessarily annoying. Instead of just using a lock box, they make you go to the office to physically pick up and drop off the keys. Check out was 10am which meant all 16 of us had to be out by 9:45 to make sure we could get the key back in time bc they charge for every hour you're late for check out. There is both a lock box and a key code for the side door...going to an office to pick up keys was entirely unnecessary an inconvenient.

My fiancé and I have actually stayed at the property twice already! It is absolutely a beautiful well maintained home with all the amenities you could dream of for a ski vacation. The house is perfectly layed out for multiple families or a large group of friends. The hot tub with views of the mountain is the perfect spot! If we could give it more than 5 stars we would.

We spent New Years at Falcon Mews and our kids said it was the best New Years Ever (their ages are 15-21 - so they have some history!). The home is beautiful - spacious and comfortable. We a total of 12 people staying and there was plenty of room. My favorite feature is the view of Breckenridge - to wake up every morning and see that view - it was amazing. I also loved the layout of the main floor - the kitchen is brand new and so so easy to work in you can see and talk with those comfortably lounging by the fire. Plenty of space for everyone to lounge and sleep as well. It was a great trip and we hope to return again soon!

We stayed here for two nights and got in three awesome days on the slopes. The location is really convenient. It was very close to Breckenridge ski resort and main st. (about a mile). This made going out at night for food and drinks very easy. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. It is very modern yet keeps that old cabin in the woods feel to it. The fireplace and hot tub will keep you warm at night. There were 8 grown men staying here and we all were more than comfortable. The beds and couches were super comfortable, and made it hard to want to get out of bed to ski the next day. The property management employees were extremely helpful and very nice. Overall this property delivered much more than what was expected. I will definitely be staying here again.

We rented Falcon Mews for a family trip. It was everything that was advertised and more. We had great weather and the views from the cabin are great. We truly had a dream stay. Every aspect of the house seems to be crafted to perfection. You turn on the fire at a click of a button and melt into the couches as you feel the stress draining from your body. The cocktail area is the perfect size for breakfast, breakout meetings, or a game of cards. The beer stays cold in the dedicated beer fridge. Out the window is an impeccable view of 10 mile range, which seemed to only get better with each passing day. The hot tub keeps you warm even in the chill of the night (with plenty of towels to run back and forth), hits all the right spots, and offers a majestic nighttime view of the snow-capped range. And the media system that plays inside and out sets the perfect mood to enjoy it all (recommended station: The Mile). Once the fun was over, we could slip into the high quality linens on the bed and enjoy a fantastic, quiet sleep. I only have two minor suggestions for improvement. The media system is extremely slow and cumbersome. Once I got it going, it worked great. It was the getting it going part that was not so fun. Please fix this. The cocktail tables by the bar are a bit wobbly, though I understand they're more for style than function. And lose the bear skin run in the master bedroom. It's very creepy and a bit smelly. Heed the warning about the 4-wheel drive. Both roads leading up to the house are steep and unpaved. With momentum, we were able to make it up the snow-packed road with a Prius, but it was no walk in the park. I cannot wait to return!!

The small things and details really put this place over in my opinion. It's built for relaxation and inspiring creativity. Being able to stream music through the house and patio is a nice touch, as was the designated beverage refrigerator. Kitchen worked perfect as we used it for making breakfast and lunch while hiring in a local chef to prepare dinners. This place is comfortable and makes life easy.

Great cozy home almost at the top of the hill. You will need to drive to town and park to ski or enjoy the town. Traffic is very heavy, so we'd recommend arriving to lifts by 8:00. We did use Uber Ski and that was helpful but not always available. There is a back way to town that is beautiful and has no traffic. It puts you out right near Quicksilver lift. Log home extremely comfortable and has just about everything you need. Could have used a bit more TP, PT and dishtowels (only 2) but plenty of bath and hot tub towels. We used the broom provided but wished there was a vacuum. Kitchen is great, we asked for larger pot and pan for cooking and RR delivered them that day, Thank you! I know it's hard to keep properties of this size stocked with games, cards etc. It may be something to for RR to consider keeping stocked. We bought cards and monopoly and left them there for the next guests to enjoy. I would totally recommend this home to family and friends.

We had 3 families stay at this home during Spring Break. All the kids stayed in the bunk room and parents in the other 3 rooms. It was perfect. We went skiing enjoyed the hot tub, and relaxed in the cozy atmosphere of this cabin. High tech kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We had 2 families stay in this fabulous cabin for 4 nights. It had everything we needed. The cabin was so clean and such an easy arrival to get into the house. The management were great and easy to get in touch with. We spent July 4th here and spent it on the great patio. In the morning we walked down to see the parade. Unreal. We played games and used the shuffleboard. Loved the hot tub. Again, thank you for outstanding service. We can’t wait to go back. Breckinridge is a great place to visit.

We had a great stay in this luxury cabin. Lots of space inside and outside. While the home is located in close proximity to neighbors, clever spacing and landscaping create an authentic sense of privacy. The views from the home are stunning and the text support always responded quickly to requests. The only change I would recommend would be providing a bottle of local wine or a selection of Breckenridge beer as a welcoming gift. At this price-point, added hospitality touches make a big difference.
