Now here’s a cozy condo that’s perfect for a close-in ski getaway! Located in Breckenridge’s Four Seasons neighborhood, you’re just a two-block stroll to the Quicksilver lift and Maggie Pond area. Downtown is an easy walk or ride on the Breckenridge free shuttle. Throw in seasonal access to the Columbine Pool, Hot Tubs and Clubhouse, and your group will be thrilled that you booked it! 

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is a great choice for families or groups of up to 4 people. There’s a large, comfortable living room with a beautiful gas fireplace, and plenty of seating. Or step out onto the patio, pull up a chair and relax after a long day of adventures. The fully equipped kitchen is right off the living room and has seating for four at the dining table and another two at the breakfast bar. 

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central coin laundry, and parking for two vehicles. And all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

This condo was perfect for me and two friends who stayed here for a week long ski trip. It isn't the fanciest place, but was a great value for the price we paid compared to other options, especially considering the incredibly convenient location. It is an easy walk to the Quicksilver lift and there are plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The beds had some of the firmest mattresses I've ever slept on, but it ultimately wasn't a problem for me. The kitchen had a relatively basic supply of dishes and cookware, but we ordered takeout most of the time so that was fine for our needs. I would stay here again.

This rental was perfect for our group of guys. We had a late check-in but the property manager had clear instructions that were easy to follow. We enjoyed how many hot tubs were available on the property, never having to wait for space. The location is wonderful and walking distance to downtown. The gas fireplace was a nice addition. This definitely isn't a newly renovated condo. It shows its age, but it didn't bother us. The cookware needs to be updated.

We booked this about a month before travel and were lucky to find anything available on short notice. We were pleasantly surprised overall. The size of the living room was ample for our family to utilize together. The space is dated, especially compared to other condos in the same complex that we were able to see by simply walking around the property but we spent most of our time doing other things so not a deal breaker. The beds are HARD but served their purpose. There were extra sheets/blankets/linens for the pull out couch which was convenient for our children to sleep on but would make any adult nervous as to its structural integrity to hold an adult or two. The kitchen was stocked with simple, basic kitchen necessities and we had everything we needed for simple meals/breakfast. Parking was a hassle as the spaces in front of the condo were always full which made carrying tired kids to the condo a process. The underground parking would be convenient in the winter but it is a TIGHT squeeze for any larger SUV/truck. Overall, we were happy with the rental and would stay again/recommend it to others.

We loved the location! It was a close walk to Main Street but you also felt like you were out of town since you were in a grove of trees. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was nice, The grill on the balcony was a definite bonus. My only complaint is the beds. Rest is important when your riding a mountain all day. The beds were old and uncomfortable. It was tough to get a good night's rest on those beds.

Dark, and tired. A few improvements have obviously been made—shower doors, bathroom vanity, kitchen/bathroom floors, but it still feels old—if the carpet was replaced with a lighter floor, if the walls were white, if the lighting were better(brighter), and if all the vents and air intake covers were replaced (or at least cleaned) this would be a much more inviting rental. The brightness of the photo is really nothing like the actual property. The beds were not comfortable— way too soft and lumpy, and too big for the room—2 queens—2 fulls or a queen and a twin would be better. New higher quality bedding would also help The location is perfect- just a short walk to Main St and the slopes.

We had a great time staying at the Columbine in Breckenridge! The location was perfect. We walked to Restaurants and to the shops. The condo was so cute and decorated with a rustic mountain flair. We loved the little fireplace. It was nice having a full kitchen! I enjoyed spending time with my adult kids. We will for sure be back!

The location was great, unit was clean if not a little dated. What gets a one star here for me is the management company. We booked this unit specifically because on the listing it said the pool had reopened AFTER COVID. When we got there it was closed. We called, they said it was due to COVID. I told them if that were the case, they needed to remove the information on the listing, especially since properties just across the street had pools open. They said they would have a manager call us back, but we never got that call despite repeated follow ups.

The condo is located just south of town but well within walking distance to Main St. The pool and hot tub area are new about well kept. The condo itself could use some updating, but everything work great and was well stocked with the necessities. It was quiet and peaceful the our whole stay.

We were very satisfied with the property location and management company. Having been the Breckenridge many times I'd consider the property interior a disappointment. The condo was pretty outdated and while it was clean based on the decor it just didn't feel "cared for". I think there are better options.

We had a great time staying at this property for our trip. We were able to walk to the lifts in the morning and the bars/restaurants in the evenings. The only thing we didn't get to do was check out the hot tub. It was a little confusing when we first arrived trying to figure out parking and which building was ours. There are two properties that share the same parking lot and it is somewhat difficult to figure out which building was the one we were staying at.

We had a blast - checked in after hours, but your directions were perfect,easy to get info from your office and find the condo, the condo was clean and convenient. 2 tiny quibbles - the drapes over the sliding door to the balcony did not work, something wrong with the tracks, and we could not figure out how to use the different TV remotes, some written directions would be helpful.

Very comfortable place to stay. Perfect for a weekend getaway and very reasonable. We were able to walk Main Street in just a few minutes and there's a great hiking trail close by that goes up the mountain. Could not believe how clean the place was - that's an A+++. It is a bit dark, but perhaps better light bulbs and more lamps would help. This owner takes great care of this place and the rental management company was great. Would rent again.

The unit was a warm, comfortable place to land, with all the supplies we needed. We made use of the humidifier, box fan, pots & pans, dishwasher, fridge, and oven. The gas fireplace was especially nice! The walk to the Quicksilver lift was doable in ski boots, but we limited it to one round trip per day.

Super clean cozy little condo very conviently located..walking distance to restaurants on main and practically ski in ski out if you get your ski's from Christy's in the marriot across the street. If i had one complaint, which it's not a big deal, but they only gave us 1 roll of toilet paper to we had to take a roll from a restaurant. But not a big deal, otherwise great experience!

This property is very conveniently located to the Quicksilver lift at Breckenridge. It's about 100 yards to the lift and/or ski rental shop right next to the lift, very convenient for skiing. The walk to town is a little long as this location is at the far end of the main town strip, so it's about 5 min of walking to get to the strip and then your at one end, so if what you want to do is at that end, it's not bad. If want you want to do is at the other end of the main downtown area it's a good 15-20 min walk. The condo itself is clean, functional, and comfortable. This a budget property (at the low end of the price range), so don't expect luxury or high end decor. However, if you want a clean comfortable to stay right near the Quicksilver lift with private garage parking for your car you should certainly consider this unit. Also, Summit Mountain Rentals was a pleasure to deal with and made everything easy.

Location, location, location. Columbine is not new and a bit outdated, but the location couldn't be better. It's a quick walk to the lift and an easy jaunt to the downtown area. We have stayed in the complex several times and would do so again in a heartbeat.
