Timbernest Summit Escape is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom premium condo that’s perfect for small families or groups of up to four people. The living area features a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, along with a large flat-screen TV and plenty of seating. Step out onto the deck to be surrounded by pines and take in the mountain air. The gorgeous, remodeled kitchen features quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances, a coffee bar with a coffee maker plus espresso and Keurig options, a backsplash with hand-made Moroccan zellige tile, and a cozy dining area with a marble dining table and seating for six.

We had a great stay! The condo is nicely renovated and the perfect size for two. The location is perfect with a very easy, quick walk to main street. Parking was also easy. The kitchen is nice and seemed well equipped, though we weren't really there long enough to do much cooking. We can in the summer so didn't really use the storage closet outside for any gear, but seemed very convenient for other seasons. We would definitely stay again!

Summit Mountain Rentals is so easy to work with — they were very responsive to my questions and they offer reasonable prices. I will definitely rent from them again! The description of Summit Escape condo was extremely accurate and was as pictured. It was very clean and obviously well maintained. I was thankful that we did not have to go to the office to get a key; big cheers for lock box entry. The kitchen is well stocked and well labelled. My favorite was the coffee station with at least six ways to make your morning brew. As mentioned in other reviews, the height of the table is a little odd as it is higher than normal. We found sitting on a decorative pillow put us at just the right height. I loved the mattress and found it comfortable. The bathroom is a bit tight and would benefit from a pocket door, but the shower was lovely and everything has been redone recently. The pool and hot tubs are wonderful and e trembly close. This condo is well located along the free shuttle route or a quick walk into town via the cute trails. There’s also a close trail entry to the riverside trail, which makes a beautiful walk. I would recommend this rental company and unit to anyone.

This property was a gem in a great location. The owners have done a great job updating it and maximizing the use of the space. It was clean on arrival and everything was in working order. The location was outstanding. We could walk to Silverthorne as well as the town center. The direct booking process was a bit clunky, but it all worked out. This was a fabulous find and we would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is nice and quiet, but you can walk downtown in just minutes. The condo was perfect for the two of us, clean, and exactly as pictured. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of blanket and pillow options. We appreciated the portable fans for staying cool during our summer stay. We did find the bathroom a bit tight and the water took time to get warm, but these are truly minor nitpicks. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

We loved the set up and how easy it was to walk to both the (quicksilver) lift and downtown. We even saw some moose and a fox in the parking lot! There were a few hiccups (didn’t receive a parking pass until the second or third day, had construction blocking the entrance for about half of the stay, and lost water for a few hours because of a mistake by the construction crew) but the management company was responsive. The kitchen was stocked surprisingly well and we had no problem cooking a few meals. We also worked part of the time we were there and the wifi worked well.

For the price you couldn’t find a better spot. Location was excellent about a block to the lifts and 3 blocks to town. The hot tub and fireplace was an excellent way to warm up after skiing. There are signs of wear and tear but the place was very clean and decorated nicely. The front locker area and ski storage worked well. There was 4 of us staying at the condo 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The boys didn’t complain about the pull out bed and loved all the free movies they watched at night.

This condo is close to the Quicksilver lift and Main Street! It was so nice to be on the first floor and condo was quiet. It is a tight squeeze, but fine for the two of us. My only complaint is that the couch was not comfortable to sit on.

We have rented in Breck probably thirty times in the last 10-15 years in winter and summer. This property is small, with a tiny bath, no laundry, and outdoor parking. In our experience you can get a better value for the similar price that has more room, internal laundry, and covered parking. So we would not recommend this unit. Also, but odd, but kitchen hood cabinetry is a problem as is has sharp corners that we banged and injured our head on twice.
