This condo checks all the boxes for a cool Breck vacation: It’s less than a five-minute stroll to the Quicksilver lift and ski school on Peak 9 and just a bit further to the shops and restaurants on Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. Guests have access to seasonal heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs. And it’s bright, airy and cozy. It’s truly a great choice!

Timbernest Blue Spruce Condo is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that’s perfect for small families or groups of up to four people. The living area features large windows and a gas fireplace, along with a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating. Step out onto the deck to be surrounded by pines and cook on the gas grill. The fully equipped kitchen has a separate dining area with seating for four at the table and another two at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, access to central laundry facilities on the premises, and parking for one vehicle. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed Timbernest! The location was 3 min from the Main Street and minutes away from a ton of other attractions! The picture on VRBO is true to what you see on the site! Our condo was in excellent condition! Clean, lots of windows, very scenic beautiful view of trees, mountains, and occasional wildlife, working fireplace, and comfy furnishings! Also, they provided us with a “starter kit” of amenities which was very gracious in addition to a fully stocked kitchen with pots,pans, napkins, dishwashing soap, and more! Also, we were relieved that the unit was clean and no harsh smells! We had a challenging time trying to figure out how to get in the room and a few functions questions but when we contacted the rental contact person, they were quick and helpful with their reply-response was probably within 2 minutes!! This was our first encounter with a VRBO! I was a little skeptical however I would stay here again without a doubt! We have already told multiple people about our stay as well as Timbernest! Overall our trip was excellent not only because of the incredible mountains, weather, and attractions but because we had such an awesome condo that made our trip even better! What - to - do suggestions: walk Main Street, hiking and biking is a must but stay hydrated and get an E-bike if going up hill, visit area grocery stores to stock up on groceries for your stay, and no rigid plans! Enjoy and take in the beauty of it all!

We had a very enjoyable stay here for some cycling on the recpaths with our ebikes. We walked to restaurants and loved the comfortable mattress and great shower pressure. Everything was clean and when I needed something the response was quick.

We had the best time in Breckenridge and this space was the cherry on top. We wanted to get away and relax and this apartment did that for us. The kitchen, bedroom, and space in general were perfect for my husband and me. The balcony had a beautiful view and a great space to enjoy our morning coffee. The amenities were excellent and exactly what we needed for our week stay. 10/10 recommend renting from here!

The unit was clean, well equipped and the location was perfect. I parked my car on the day that I arrived and didn’t move it until the day that I regretfully had to leave. Very nice condo with a cozy, warm fireplace. Nice to have a ski locker on the main level. I would stay here again if I want to be close to Quicksilver lift. At first the walk was intimidating but it isn't far at all.

This is a charming condo within a short walk to Main Street. It has a nicely stocked kitchen if you like to cook. The large king bed has a comfortable mattress. My husband and I had a great visit in early June. We come up every year to horseback ride in the mountains and play golf. We didn't use the pool or hot tubs, but they got great reviews from other guests. Summit Mountain Rentals is very responsive to any issues or questions.

I'm not much of a writer and usually don't review stays, but we truly did enjoy our stay. The location was great, easy enough walk to the base of peak 9 lift and short walk to town. The ski locker was plenty big for 4 sets of skis. The laundry on the first floor was very easy to use and was a plus that it was free :) The unit was cozy and had everything we needed. The TV channels were limited and there was no Netflix or anyway to log into those type of things, but in the end it was no big deal. The pull out couch was surprisingly very comfy (we are a family of 4.) The check-in process was easy and the management company was in communication through text to be sure all was going well. We would stay here again :)

My wife and I stayed in this one bedroom condo just after Labor Day. It is within walking distance of downtown Breckinridge. The king sized bed is comfortable with plenty of pillows. The empty dresser made it possible to unpack our clothes which is not always the case. I like the vanity area separated from the toilet and shower. This is quite nice. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you might require. The appliances are clean and relatively new. There was a decent sized flat screen TV with cable service. Plenty of viewing choices. The second floor location was quiet with privacy and a pleasant outdoor deck. I was very pleased with this lodging and would highly recommend it. The only drawback I could mention would be the dark hallway lighting which made selecting numbers difficult on the lockbox.

Good location, we always stay in this area because it’s so close to Main Street and walkable. Very close to the pool. The condo itself got the job done. It had a slight smell but the pullout couch bed was nicer than most I’ve seen and the separate master bedroom worked well. It’s not updated but it didn’t bother us too much.

This is a really great property for couples or small families. Our family of four (two kids under 12) stayed for 5 nights. Amenities were very good and location was perfect - easy 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver Chair. Everything was as described. The walk into town was very simple and only about a five-minute stroll. Very quiet property, not crowded, and perfect for a simple getaway.

I stayed at this wonderful condo with two of my sisters. The beds were comfortable, even the pull out couch was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked so if you like to cook, you have everything you need. The location was perfect. We could walk everywhere and bike to the trails, which we took advantage of. The hiking is excellent as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean, it was a corner unit so it had tons of natural light & was very quiet. I loved sipping coffee in the morning while hanging out on the balcony, taking in the mountain air as well as, the intoxicating smell of the pines. Our condo was a 2 min drive to Main St & an easy walk as well. I would absolutely recommend SR for your stay in Breckenridge!

This condo was one of the best we've ever rented. There is tons of storage - a place to put all your ski and cold weather gear. The pull-out sofa was comfortable for our kids, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could need & more. It's walking distance to peak 9 and main street. Super convenient! (If only we could've convinced our kids it wasn't too cold to walk everywhere! Ha!)

We went to Breckenridge on a last minute girls trip. The management company was very easy to work with. The rental was updated and very clean. The beds were all very comfortable, even the sofa bed. The condo is very small but it worked well. It's location was great, walking distance to everything that we needed. The only downside was there was only parking for one car, but the overflow parking lot was not far away.

I've been visiting Breck for 10 years. I usually stay for 2 - 3 nights and visit several times a year. This is the best condo I have ever stayed in. It was very clean - even the hallways. The condo was comfortable and well stocked. The furnishings were nice - not outdated. Big windows from which to see a beautifully landscaped yard.

We have been coming to Breckenridge for 10 years and this condo is definitely on the top of our list. It is great for a couple with plenty of room, a king size bed! and very close to Quicksilver lift. There is a ski locker downstairs to store your equipment. The owners have taken great pride in stocking the kitchen and even have a drawer with foil and Ziplock bags. It has a the feeling of being in the woods even if you are very close to slopes. Great option, we will definitely be back.

We had a great time during our recent family vacation to Breckenridge. The condo was the perfect fit for our family if 4. (Children are 11 and 8). The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The convenient location made it easy to walk downtown for supper each evening. The beds (yes even the sofa sleeper) were very comfortable. Very attentive maintenance crew and great customer service at check in. We will definitely use again!

The condo is exactly as described. It's not super-premium, but it is very nice, clean, and provided a great value for my daughter and me. It's a 5-minute walk to the Quicksilver. I would stay again without question.

We loved it here! Lots of windows. Comfortable bed and pullout couch. The kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the fireplace. Big Bonus: it's walking distance to town, as well as the ski lifts. Plus the Summit staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Highly Recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Timbernest B5. The unit had been updated, with nice memory foam mattresses on both the King and pull out sleeper. The unit was pretty clean, with the exception of the humidifier. We wanted to turn it on due to the dryness in Breck, but the inside of the unit was filthy. The only other downside we found was that there was no dedicated parking spot for this unit - not even an uncovered spot - so it's first come/first serve. The building does offer a loading spot, which we used a lot. I've never stayed at a place that didn't have covered parking, let alone a dedicated spot in a lot. The rates however were very reasonable, so we were willing to compromise with this part of the stay.

My wife and I stayed at T-nest B5 for 4 nights this December 2013. Enjoyed the condo, great location. The overall "look" and feel of the condo was pretty typical for comparable rentals in the area - mountain design, snowshoes above the fireplace etc. But everything was clean and ready, and check-in was a breeze. The kitchen had just about everything we needed - the only issue is most of the pans are pretty used/scratched so some effort is needed to clean. The bathroom had so many towels stocked we thought we were in a 3-bath condo (but it's only 1 bath, just a lot of towels which was nice). CATV, wireless, everything worked well. We'd definitely stay here again for a future Breck ski trip.

We were very pleased with our long weekend stay at Timbernest B5. This beautiful condo was spotless and in great condition. The location was south of town but quiet and within walking distance of town (we're hikers, downtown is more than a block away). The property managers were very professional on check in and let us get into the condo an hour early. The only thing that could be improved would be instructions to get the tv out of the "blue screen" mode and an extra bar of soap (oversight by maid?). But don't let that deter you, it really is a lovely condo.

We decided to break away from tradition and spend the week of Christmas on our own. Breckenridge, CO seemed to be the best choice due to multiple options for each member of the family. I stumbled across Summit Rental after a few internet searched. The online reservation process was seamless and I exchanged multiple emails with the Summit staff prior to arrival addressing various questions on the unit and surroundings. Everything was great leading up to the trip. We pulled into the office a full 5 hours prior to check-in just to make sure everything was in order and were surprised to find out the room was empty and we could check-in the room early which was fantastic. The check-in process was thorough and well done. The room was as advertised with no "surprises" upon walking into the room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no problem using Summit Rental and staying in the same room for future travel. Check-out was quick and easy on the way out as well.

This was a great place to stay. For the cost I do not think that we could found anything better. Couple of minute walk to the base of peak 9 and Main Street. Worked out perfect for our trip. The oven in the kitchen is outdated but other than that it was a great place. Would stay there again!!
