2 BR, 2 BA CONDO – GREAT DOWNTOWN LOCATION – SLEEPS 8!

Now this is where you want to be: just a short stroll to Main Street and the shuttle to the lifts! Add in a spacious, comfy condo, and everyone in your group will be thrilled. The complex also features on-site hot tubs, a sauna, as well as access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tubs. This is how Breck is meant to be experienced! 

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to eight. The spacious living area features a large flat-screen TV, a wood fireplace and plenty of seating. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll enjoy the quartz counters, stainless steel appliance and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three more at the counter.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, onsite laundry facilities, and heated underground parking with elevator access to the complex floors. As with all Summit Mountain Rental properties, we supply all linens and basic toiletries, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. You’ll also sleep well knowing our helpful staff is on call 24-hours a day to make your vacation as smooth as possible

SLEEPS 8:

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Master suite: king bed, private bathroom with tub/shower, flat-screen TV, mountain views. (sleeps 2)
  • Bedroom 2: captains bunk bed (twin over full), twin bed, mountain views. (sleeps 4)
  • Living area: queen sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)
  • Bathroom: tub/shower.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: Parking: 1 garage space — 1 space total.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

Great property, exactly what was advertised. Location was 10 minutes from Base 9 lifts and 10-minute walk to downtown Breckenridge. great amenities to include two hot tubs and plenty of firewood for fireplace.

We had a wonderful weekend in your condo! The unit is very comfortable and well stocked. The beds and couch were great! Our only challenge was kicking the front door however Camille was available right away to help us troubleshoot and sent someone over to fix the issue. Thank you, we would love to return!

This is a very clean and up to date condo. The sectional couch is GREAT for a Netflix marathon. The kitchen is nice. The dedicated parking is a great bonus. You can walk to restaurants and shops.

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable condo near town and ski lifts. The heated covered parking was an added bonus. The unit is decorated well, with comfortable furniture. While we didn't cook during our stay, the kitchen seemed well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Would recommend this unit and stay here again.

First time staying at this property. It was updated, very clean and ideal location. Being from the South, not having central A/C through me for a loop. The nights were def cool enough...but there are no ceiling fans to circulate air and the box fans were really loud. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this condo to others!

This condo was an overall A+++!!! It was in the perfect location for the downtown area. The condo had everything you could need w an affordable grocery store very close by. It may get warm indoors during the day, but they provide box fans for your cooking off needs. The only thing I would suggest is bring a few extra washrags. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need in my opinion - it was very well stocked w all you would need for cooking. We would def stay here again if it is available when we go back

The Bear Condo is a great place to rest and relax together with those you love. It is close enough to walk to most places in Breckenridge and offers easy to access hot tubs. We loved it.

We had a great time at this roomy rental. The leather couch is amazing and the overall quality of furniture was better than expected. The kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of towels and hangers, and the TV worked with our android and iPhone. Great location, we would stay here again.

Was a new place for us to try we liked the condo however because it’s a corner unit facing street line the noise of traffic was unfortunately unexpected. I would suggest ceiling fans in bedrooms. Also if there in the winter probably wouldn’t notice noise as much.

This condo was immaculate. The kitchen was fully stocked and organized. The beds were very comfy. We LOVED the heated garage as it was frigid and snowing. Condo was across the street from shopping and great restaurants and the shuttle to ski Breckinridge out the front door. We also enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. We highly recommend.
