Its multilevel layout makes it great home for multiple couples and families to share. And of course, a private hot tub. Your family and friends will be thrilled that you booked it!

Chimney Ridge Bluebell Townhome is a 3-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom townhome that’s a great choice for groups of up to 10. The great room features large windows and high ceilings for a comfortable, open feel; there’s also a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV and plenty of seating. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and a dining table for 8. 

Outside, there are three decks and a gas grill to go with that hot tub. Other amenities include a heated one-car garage and one outdoor parking space, a full washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

  • Master suite: king bed, private bathroom with large walk-in tile shower and two sinks, private patio. (sleeps 2)
  • Loft/den: queen sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Living area: queen sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)
  • Bathroom: shower.

LOWER LEVEL:

  • Bedroom 2: queen bed, door to hot tub. (sleeps 2)
  • Bedroom 3: queen bed. (sleeps 2)
  • Bathroom: tub/shower.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Pool Access Dec-April, July-Sept.
  • Parking: 1-car garage, 1 outdoor space – 2 spaces total.

We really liked this vacation rental. We have been coming to Breck every summer for the past decade and love it there. This unit was nice and spacious for the 7 of us. Good location if you don’t mind walking up the hill from town. Hot tub at the unit was a nice add. The kitchen was the most well equipped I’ve ever seen. It had everything we needed and more. The unit was well cared for. My only small complaint about the unit itself was the shower in the master needed the shower head replaced. The only other negative was the parking situation. When I checked in I told the office we had 2 vehicles, our car and our Sprinter van. I was very specific that the van was large and would not fit it a garage. The gentleman who was assisting me told me there was outside parking also, gave me 2 parking passes and to just find a spot it would fit. So we did. But then a few days later I received a call from the office telling me the HOA complained and I needed to move the van to an overflow lot or it would be towed. So, clearly there was conflicting information provided to me as I was very up front about the van when we checked in. It was parked in a spot that was not blocking traffic flow. So that was kind of irritating. Other than that we loved the place!

We had a wonderful time on vacation. The condo was perfect for what we needed. It did say there was a pool but we never found it. The hot tub was a little dirty. When we turned the jets on it blew some yuck out. The condo itself was great though. Conveniently located to everything.

All of our properties are carefully inspected (including hot tub) prior to every guest arrival and we answer our phones 24/7 for any questions or concerns. We also provide a comprehensive check in packet with directions to pools, slopes, grocery stores, trash recycling, etc. to help our guests every step of the way!

Well set up kitchen with a fireplace that heats up the entire living space and a well maintained hot tub. Plenty of space for everyone to play games together or curl up and read a book comfortably. Love the decor and furniture!

This property has it all! Spacious, clean, and modern. There is so much within walking distance: downtown Breckinridge with its restaurants, shopping, coffee shops & ice cream shops; ski lifts; & hiking trails. Be sure to hike up to Ten Mile Station for STUNNING views and photo ops. We can not wait to go back!

What a great space! Bedrooms are good sized, beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is new and very well appointed. The loft is a great bonus for extra TV viewing or sleeping space. The hot tub is a definite plus and in a private location. Full-sized washer and dryer. Two balconies for coffee, drinks, or dining. The entire unit is clean, comfortable, bright, and cozy. Lots of very recent updates - decor is fresh with a true mountain feel. The fireplace is amazing! Close to ski runs or hiking trails, walkable distance to town for shopping or dining. This one has everything you'd want in Breck!
