And did we mention the private hot tub? Chimney Ridge Larkspur Townhome is an excellent choice for you and your family and friends!

This 3-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom townhome works perfectly for families and groups of up to eight. The living area features large windows and lofty ceilings for a bright, open feel; there’s also a stone gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV and comfy leather couches for relaxing and conversation. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and plenty of cooking gear. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three more at the counter.

Outside, there are three decks and a gas grill to go with that hot tub. Other amenities include a heated one-car garage and one outdoor parking space, a washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival.   • Master suite: king bed, private bathroom with walk-in tile shower, large jetted soaking tub and two sinks, flat-screen TV, private patio. (sleeps 2)
  • Loft/den: queen sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Bathroom: shower.

LOWER LEVEL:

  • Bedroom 2: queen bed, flat-screen TV, door to deck with hot tub. (sleeps 2)
  • Bedroom 3: two twin beds. (sleeps 2)
  • Bathroom: tub/shower.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Pool Access Dec-April, July-Sept.
  • Parking: 1-car garage, 1 outdoor space – 2 spaces total.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

Plenty of space for our group of 6 with all amenities in the house. Nice private hot tub, a grill, garage, washer/dryer all came in handy. Location is great as it is an easy walk to either Snowflake lift or Beaver Run. Management was attentive and available if any issues were to arise, but none did!
