This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom premium condo is the perfect mountain retreat for families or groups of up to eight people. The fully equipped and newly updated kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. There’s seating for six people at the dining table with room for three more at the counter. The attached deck has great mountain views and a gas grill for barbequing as well as chairs to relax on and enjoy the views.

Other amenities include a shared on-site hot tub, access to the Village heated pool, complimentary Wi-Fi, a one-car garage, and a washer/dryer in the unit.   • Bathroom: remodeled full bathroom with tile walk-in shower.
  • Queen suite: queen bed, flat-screen TV, attached bathroom with two sinks, walk-in shower and soaking tub. (sleeps 2)

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.

Although odd, not having a bathroom on the main level, the place was exactly what our family needed for a week long stay in Breck. There's some fixing up of some dated items and worn out house features, but if you're not in the house except for eating and sleeping - or an occasional storm - it's solid! The staff were so easy to communicate with, feedback was fast, and the kitchen is extremely stocked with way more than what's in the description. We would stay here again. The private hot tub was hot, didn't work, so we passed that along. Access to the Upper Village Pool was great. The indoor hot tub, kinda of a strange setup, wasn't working but they made us aware of that before we arrived.

There was an issue upon arrival with our stove, but the rental company was extremely proactive with finding us a solution. With this off beginning, we still had an amazing stay! The location of the condo is wonderful! The layout of the condo provides lots of room and comfort for our group of 8. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Very nice place to stay. Right off the free bus route and short walking distance to shopping and restaurants downtown. The rental was clean and very comfortable for our group of 7. We definitely will stay here again if the chance arrives. Make sure to get the information about the swimming pool renters have access to.

Had a great stay in C11 at Los Pinos - main floor is a living room and we’ll equipped kitchen. Had plenty of equipment to cook all our meals and enjoyed the views from the deck. The downstairs has room upon room upon room - (3) and bathrooms to match! Our teens enjoyed having their own space and even hosted a few friends for a night or two. Furnishings were clean, but be careful with the kitchen rail chairs - some are very loose and about to come apart. Bedding was comfy and clean and the washer and fledged came in handy so we didn’t cart laundry down the hill. Kitchen faucet handle needs tightened - (reported that to Summit on our way out). Nice place that I’d book again.

The checkin process was excellent, and the personnel were very helpful. The unit was well kept, and parking was easy. We didn't like the layout of the unit, with all the bathrooms on the lower level. There was a LOT of going up and down stairs. I am near retirement age with a bad back and my daughter is disabled with RA. We can manage stairs, but this was excessive. I also suggest each unit have instructions for using the TV and DVD player.

Great condo in Breckenridge, close to everything. Unit was very clean and plenty of room for the whole family. Kitchen supplies are poor (pots/pans all need replacing, limited mugs, half oven buttons don't work), tubs/sinks didn't drain downstairs and local channels on tv didn't work. Otherwise, great stay for a winter week in Breckenridge.

Rental was a nice find. Check in was a little brother some because you had to go to the office to sign papers. Haven’t had to do that in several years. Staff was off the chart helpful, attentive and available. I’d definitely consider Summit again.
