2 BR, 2.5 BA TOWNHOME – ON SLOPES – SLEEPS 7!

When’s the last time you were on a ski trip and said, “I wish we were closer to the slopes”? At this cool townhome, you’re literally a 100-yard walk from the Peak 9 slopes and the ski school meeting area. Drop the kids off for a lesson, make some runs, ski in for a quick lunch, then be right back on the Quicksilver lift in minutes. You and your group will love it!

This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom (sleeps seven) deluxe townhome features a bright, airy living area with vaulted ceilings. There’s a gas fireplace and lots of comfy seating for a movie on the flat-screen TV or just relaxing after a day on the slopes. The kitchen features granite counters and a gas range, and there’s a dining table with seating for six and room for two more at the counter.

You’ll also enjoy seasonal access to shared hot tubs and the Upper Village Pool, a patio, free Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer and a one-car attached garage. There’s also first-come, first-serve outdoor parking for two more vehicles. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

UPPER LEVEL:

  • Master suite: log king bed, private bathroom with tub/shower, LCD TV, private patio. (sleeps 2)
  • Bedroom 2: captain's bunk bed (twin over full), private bathroom. Perfect for kids and guests. (sleeps 3)

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Living area: double sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)
  • Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath.

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.

We have stayed at Breck a couple times before but this has been our best location. It is near Main Street, but not right on Main Street (which can be loud at night) and walking distance to shops and restaurants. We stayed on Peak 8 before and the shuttle ride down to Main Street is a nightmare during Ski rush hour. For this unit in particular we really loved the layout. The garage was a great place to put on and take off our ski gear. One level up was a great family room that we could cast our streaming services and watch movies. The kitchen is probably one of the best stocked ones I have seen! It even had a slow cooker. The laundry room has full size washer and dryer that worked perfectly. Upstairs are 2 large bathrooms each with their own bathrooms. The house keeps some of it's quaint lodge feel but they updated all countertops, cabinets, etc. We will definitely stay here again!

The townhouse is in a perfect location close to main street and all of the shopping/dining you could want. You're also just steps away from the shuttle stop to get anywhere you need to go. It was very clean and had most everything you need for a stay away from home.

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at Cedars 43. The location was perfect for ski in/ski out. We have 2 kids under 5 and they had no problem walking to the slope. We skied the kids down to ski school at the village each morning then picked up the QuickSilver lift. The unit had plenty of space for us and my kids enjoyed the toy closet! The carpet upstairs could use a cleaning or be replaced! The main tv’s xfinity either wasn’t working or we just couldn’t figure it out! Unfortunately, we weren’t able to fit our vehicle in the one car garage, but we were able to find a spot in the Cedars reserved parking spaces. The location and proximity of this unit trumps any of the small issues; we would stay here again!

We had an great stay at Cedars 43 Powder Day with our family of 5. A short walk across the complex to the Quicksilver lift, Village rental gear, and ski school (short= actually short. The teenagers didn’t complain at all). The layout of the unit was perfect. We cooked quite a few meals in the full size kitchen and while we made it work, the kitchen was limited on pots and pans. The washer and dryer came in handy and the community pool/hot tub was a short walk across the street (though it was pretty crowded when we went.) We were able to walk to Main Street in less than 10 mins which was fun also. The location was AWESOME and we will totally stay here again.

Great location! Easy walk to Main Street stores and restaurants, the river, the gondola. Plus, multiple nearby bus stations to get around town. Short distance to the outdoor pool. The condo has plenty of light, a deck for relaxing, a gas range/oven that we wish we had in our own house, and garage parking. Our kid loved sleeping in the bunk bed and playing with the trucks.

A well maintained and furnished place just one hundred yards from the Quicksilver lift. A short, level walk. Nice townhome neighborhood. Quiet but only a ten-minute stroll to the center of town. Three working gas fireplaces make for a warm house in the storms.

We stayed for 4 nights for a ski vacation. The location was great - 5 minutes to the slopes. The two bedrooms each had their own bathroom, which was great, and there was plenty of room to stretch out. With fireplaces in the living room and both bedrooms, the place was plenty warm. It took us a few nights to figure out how to regulate the heat, but we finally figured it out. They could have cleaned better. We found items under the couch and beds.

I highly recommend the cedars 43 Powder Day Home Except for the the big leather log chair seen in the corner of the photo of the living room. It is hard a a rock and needs to be changed. The townhome was fantastic, the price was very good the 10%off for returning customer helped. It was next to the ski hill with easy access to the trail up the hill, Bed were comfortable. The garage was a plus for storing gear and the vehicle. I will return.

Cedars 43 is an excellent property. There is plenty of space in the house for guests to spread out. The bess were very comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked. We really enjoyed stay and we will try to stay there again. The only recommendation would be to add a throw blanke to the sofa and a wall clock.

This was a great condo! I don't know the Breckenridge area well and this was a last minute reservation so I was limited to what was available and the description given. The description was very accurate. Clean, nice looking, the rooms were great.....fireplaces in both bedrooms, nice bathrooms. Single car garage for our vehicle, nice for unloading and loading in protected area. It is a vertical orientation, so hoofing it up from the garage to main level to kitchen level to bedroom level....you notice the thin air! Heated garage was great to leave all ski and board gear. For skiing, we walked to the edge of the development (hundred yards or so), across a small bridge and rode down to the Silver Chair, Peak 9 base. My wife didn't ski, so really easy for her as well to meet us at Peak 9 base for lunch. At the end of the day, easy to ride right to the same bridge, off with the board and short walk back. Perfect, convenient location. For dinner we walked to the main street, again very close and easy, with tons of options. And one evening we hosted another family for dinner and the space was perfect for 8 people to eat and play games after. Kitchen worked out really well, everything we needed to cook dinner in terms of utensils and cookware. Not a great view...the front looks out on the center of the townhouse complex....beyond those units is the mountain. But we were out and about during the day, so this wasn't important to us. Really was a great spot and we would stay there again.

Located just a couple few steps to the lift. Warm and cozy spacious town home. Lots of stairs but that's common in this town. Malrs it a tad bit Harder for all of us southerners trying to adjust to the altitude. Clean with everything you need. Mountain home feel!

Our family returns to this condo every winter because it is clean, has all the amenities, and you can't beat the location. It is steps from the slopes and only a few blocks from downtown. So nice to avoid the lunch hour crowds and ski back to the condo for lunch, or a quick (in my case, not so quick) break. We stayed here over 4th of July and it is beautiful in the summer too, and the kids loved the pool.

I started skiing at Breckenridge when I was 4 years old and my dad was on the ski patrol. Over the years, my parents instilled a great love for the sport. With their insistence that I carry my skis to the lift, they also inspired a childhood dream: to own a slope-side condo. CEDARS 43 is the realization of that dream. It is a charming mountain home where we can wake up at 8:15 and, depending on how quickly we can put on our ski boots, be on the lift by 8:30. We can host large dinner parties or cuddle up with a movie and take out. While we have ample space for parking (1 indoor and 1 outdoor spot), we never need to use our car when we go to town, as it is an easy walk to our favorite restaurants -- Mi Casa, Modis and Briar Rose. One of the great surprises we encountered after buying this "ski" place, was that we loved the summer in Breckenridge as much as the winter. We hope you will enjoy our home as much as we do.
