3 BR, 3.5 BA TOWNHOME – SKI IN/OUT – 3 KING SUITES – STROLL TO MAIN ST!

Location, location, location! You’re literally a 100-yard walk from the slopes and the ski school meeting area. Drop the kids off for a lesson, make some runs, ski in for a quick lunch, then be right back on the Quicksilver lift in minutes. And just a short 5-minute walk to Main Street Breck … this is the place you, your family and friends have been dreaming of!

You’ll love this home’s bright, airy interior, vaulted ceilings, and chic modern updates with a unique retro feel. It’s like stepping back in time into a brand new 1970’s home! The living area features a gas fireplace and lots of comfy seating for a movie on the flat screen TV or just relaxing after a day on the slopes. The kitchen features stainless steel counters and high-end, stainless steel Wolf and Subzero appliances, there’s even a wine fridge! There’s room for four at the dining table with seating for six more at the counter. And with three king suites with private bathrooms, it’s also perfect for multiple couples to share!

You’ll also enjoy seasonal access to shared hot tubs and the Upper Village Pool, a patio with BBQ grill, free Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer and a private one-car attached garage. There’s also first-come, first-serve outdoor parking for two more vehicles. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

SLEEPS 6:

UPPER LEVEL:

  • King master suite: king bed, private bathroom with tub/shower, flat screen TV, private patio. (sleeps 2)
  • King suite 2:  King bed, private bathroom with tub/shower, flat screen TV. (sleeps 2)

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath.

LOWER LEVEL:

  • King suite 3: king bed, private bathroom with walk-in tile shower. (sleeps 2)

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 1-car garage, 2 outdoor spaces (first-come, first-serve) — 3 spaces total.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.
  • Business and Occupational License #442010001.

Great layout to #38 Cedars. Two complaints were that Internet was very spotty (but its the mountains!), and the Water heater, i think, in garage ran late at night so basement bedroom was noisy.

Lovely townhouse with a great location. We would definitely stay here again. The 3rd, basement bathroom is a bit small. Was fine for us and something to consider. Unfortunately, we had an issue and the internet was not working which was challenging for a few of us that had to work. The management company was responsive and tried to fix it, ultimately couldn't and needed comcast to come. They did provide a refund for the issue. Great management company to work with and a lovely townhome.

We were so excited to arrive in beautiful Breckenridge. Upon arrival, I noticed right away that the carpet was new but every rug in the unit was very dirty. We discovered rugs in front of toilets had not been cleaned or changed between guests. When flipped over they had stains on them and a few were wet. Ugh. The throw pillows throughout the unit need to be discarded. They have seen better days and are filled with stains- most notable blood and some unidentified larger ones on throws that we don't want to know what they are. This really grossed us out. We removed all throw pillows and rugs and put them in a pile. I told the rental company immediately and they seemed to care and told me they would be coming to clean or bring new ones the next day, but we never heard from them again.

The property description accurate. About a 5 minute walk to the lift; and close to Breck Village and The Mag. The property was clean and well-maintained. We had to call management to figure out the downstairs bedroom thermostat. The management was sensational; my texts were returned immediateley with a solution. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative. We enjoyed snowmobiling with Good Time Adventures and our dinner at Aurum.

The location was amazing. So close to town and the slopes. The rental property felt like our home away from home! Stocked full of dishes, games and amenities (dishwasher, washer and dryer, garage) that was a bonus for our stay!

We love staying at Cedars. Our favorite run is Mercury superchair. There is no better resort for quicksilver/Mercury superchair than Cedars. Just a short walk over the bridge and off you go! The complex is right next to the Village and a short stroll to Main Street for shopping and restaurants! The condo has 3 king ensuites and a 1/2 bath off the kitchen. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and is well stocked! We have stayed at several previous Cedars condos and this one fits our needs for an all adult ski trip best!

Short walk to slopes near Quicksilver Lift, a little longer walk to the semi-private hot tubs. Reservation system required to book hot tubs visits. Would have liked to stay longer than 45 minutes, but at least they were open

Unit was great. Few small issues, garage was fully of stuff and had to move things even to park a small SUV. The hot tub was so full of chlorine that my eyes burnt just walking though the hot tub room. We called the number listed and no answer. Parking to check in was a mess, but Octoberfest was going on so...

Awesome property in a great location! The townhouse was very clean, roomy, and had fantastic amenities. The property management team made themselves available for all questions and responded quickly to our questions. You are right on the lift, a short walking distance to downtown and many fantastic restaurants. There are cute boutiques to shop around and while we were there, there was a cute art and farmer’s market too. I give this property 5 stars!! Highly recommend!!

Can’t say enough about this rental, the best we’ve had in many years of heading out to Brek. We headed here for the 4th of July and had a very comfortable stay in this townhome. We drove a car in from town and ended up not even needing it. Practically double arms distance from town, Main Street and a number of bars l/restaurants etc are just around the corner. We’ll definitely be back for ski season, the quicksilver lift is right behind the property. Can’t say enough!

This property was everything that you’d want for a mountain getaway. We were a short walk to both the ski lift and downtown Breckenridge! The property manager was friendly, attentive, and even made some fantastic restaurant suggestions (be sure to try out Daylight Doughnuts). We can’t wait to come back, and will definitely be staying at Cedars 38 when we do!
