It’s less than 50 yards from Breck’s Lower Lehman Run, Quicksilver Superchair and ski school — and it’s strolling distance from all the shops and restaurants on Breck’s historic Main Street. Throw in pool/hot tub access, and your group will thank you for finding it! 

Trails End Skyview Penthouse Condo is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom deluxe penthouse condo that’s perfect for groups of up to 8. In the living area, there’s a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV; it’s the perfect place to relax and share stories about the day’s Rocky Mountain adventures. You can also step out on the private balcony to fully take in the mountain views. The kitchen feature granite counters and all the gear you’ll need to whip up everything from snacks to holiday meals. There’s room for 10 at the dining table plus four more at the counter. 

You’ll also enjoy the shared hot tub and access to the Upper Village Pool and hot tubs, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. And like all Summit Mountain Rental properties, we supply all linens and basic toiletries, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. You’ll also sleep well knowing our helpful staff is on call 24-hours a day so your vacation can be as hassle free as possible.

  • Bedroom 2: two twin beds.
  • Loft: queen sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV.
  • Bathroom: jetted tub/shower.

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Master suite: queen bed, twin bunk bed, private bathroom with tub/shower, flat-screen TV, mountain views.
  • Bedroom 4: queen bed, mountain views.
  • Living area: queen sleeper sofa.
  • Bathroom: tub/shower, dry sauna.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 2 outdoor spaces total.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.
  • PLEASE NOTE: This is a sixth-floor condo with elevator access.

Our overall experience was awesome! This unit had everything we needed for our group of seven. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare meals. I had three people in ski school at the village and this unit provided possibly the shortest walk possible for ski school which made my life so easy coordinating so I could then just jump on the lift and have a blast skiing! We also could walk to anything along Main Street to shop or eat and never have to get in the car. Would absolutely recommend this unit and look forward to being back!!

Our rental was very convenient to Breckenridge. We would definitely stay here again. Very nice property, our only complaint from all of our family were the pillows on the beds were not comfortable. This is our ONLY complaint. We tried various extra pillows and I think they all need to be replaced.

Our stay at Trails End Skyview P7 was perfect for our family of 7 adults. We had plenty of room to gather or separate. The condo was well stocked with toiletries and kitchen supplies. The staff was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. They had us supplied with extra linens for the bathroom within 30 minutes. This condo is in a great location for everything Breckinridge. We all loved the freedom to walk wherever we wanted to go to shop, eat, sight-see, etc. We will definitely book again.

The location was wonderful. We could all walk to Main Street to shop and to dinner. We barely needed our car. The condo had everything that we needed. I should have read more carefully in the description that the washer and dryer were not in the unit. Getting to the unit was a little funny since the building goes to floor 6 and the unit said P7.... We did make it after a phone call to the office. Overall it was a nice place!!

This was a great condo in a great location. We had four adults and four kids, and it was enough space to feel comfortable. Easy ski access, convenient to come back to the condo for lunch, and fun for the kids to roam around the village area in the evening. We would stay here again!

Our family of 8 stayed in the condo for a long weekend ski trip. We had kids and grandparents skiing, so multiple skill levels and abilities. This was a great location to access the lift, come off the slopes for lunch, walk to town or the bus stops, etc. The accommodations were accurately described and clean. It was a cozy place for our group. Parking lot was convenient, although we didn't drive once we arrived, since we were concerned we wouldn't get a parking spot when we returned, so a little frustrating. Maybe there were cars parking there who were not guests? Prior to arrival, I messaged questions relating to rental access, amenities, and parking. I received a quick detailed response, however some of the information was not accurate or specific to our rental, so a little frustrating. During our stay, management stayed in contact and was pleasant/responsive. Overall a great place for a larger group 4 BR/4 BA Ski In/Out, which is hard to find!

We had a group of 6 adults, a toddler, and a baby. This unit was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, great location for skiing and easy to walk to restaurants. The unit was very clean and well kept. We would stay here again but wish they would get the hot tubs at this location fixed. At least 1 was broken at all times.
