Location, location, location! Ski-in/ski-out convenience — as well as a spacious, remodeled townhome featuring quality craftsmanship and plenty of amenities. You’re literally a 50-yard walk from the slopes and the ski school meeting area. Drop the kids off for a lesson, make some runs, ski in for a quick lunch, then be right back on the Quicksilver Lift in minutes.

You’ll love this home’s bright, airy interior, vaulted ceilings and tasteful decor. The living area features a gas fireplace and lots of comfy seating for a movie on the large LCD TV, games with the kids, or just relaxing conversation. The kitchen has been lovingly updated with beautiful granite counters and stainless-steel appliances; it’s perfect for whipping up après ski snacks or a special mountain dinner! There’s a beautiful dining table with seating for six and room for four at the counter.

You’ll also enjoy seasonal access to shared hot tubs and the Upper Village Pool, a patio, free Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer and a one-car attached garage. There’s also a first-come, first-serve parking lot for one more vehicle. And Downtown Breckenridge is just a 5-minute walk away with shopping, restaurants and great nightlife.

  • Master suite: king bed, private bathroom with jetted tub/shower flat-screen TV, private balcony overlooking the Peak 9 base area. (sleeps 2)
  • Bedroom 2: queen bed, bunk bed (two twins), private bathroom with tub/shower. (sleeps 4)

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Living area: double sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)
  • Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Hot Tub/Pool Access Dec-April, July-Sept.
  • Parking: 1-car garage, 1 outdoor space (first come, first serve) — 2 spaces total.

This condo was super convenient to the lifts and to walk into town! It was easy to come back for lunch and go out skiing after. The furnishings were a little worn but comfortable. The rental agency was super helpful when one of our suitcases was lost by the airlines and delivered to their office. We would definitely return to the Cedars!

We found the accomodation beautifully located right in the slopes with a lovely balcony overlooking the slopes. It was equipped with every thing we needed, easy to find and a garage easy to access with internal access to the accomodation - a small flight of stairs. A well equipped kitchen and laundry and extra heating from a gas fireplace. We would highly recommend this rental.

Great location to get out on the slopes and to have a walk around town. Well stocked kitchen with modern equipment. Everything was very comfortable and plenty of room. Nice to be able to put vehicle in a garage in the winter. Hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

Great ski in ski out location ! The beds were very comfortable with nice linens . The bathroom on the kitchen level was great ! Kitchen was adequately stocked. Large windows in the family room for a full view of the ski run/chairlift and mountains! Nice size balcony off the Mayer bedroom with tables and chairs to enjoy the sun and views! The 1 car garage was perfect and allowed direct entrance into unit. This property is a great value though a little warn. . 2 block walk to Main Street , shopping and restaurants galore. A few small complaints but in no way dealbreakers. The windows and screens and doors (lock) need attention , especially with the heat it is necessary to open windows for sleeping.( Floor fans are provided) master bedroom needs curtains that will block the nighttime ski run grooming machine and the morning sunlight. A definite thumbs up !

The unit was as presented, and the location can't be beat for a winter trip since it is slope side. The finishings are somewhat dated, but this did not affect our stay. The cook top does need some work as two for the four burners did not work. Otherwise, furnishings, amenities, etc were fabulous.

I am a returner to this property. I love it. The location is great. 5mn walk to town, 1mn to the Quicksilver superchair, so convenient! I stayed in this unit 2yrs ago, and I was very pleased to see that they updated the kitchen and partially the bathroom next to it. They were both very overdue. However, the price of the unit is twice what I paid for 2 years ago for the same dates (Thanksgiving week). It's 4 times during Spring Break. I had reached out to management bc I thought it was an error in the website. I could not believe the price increase this year. While it's a great unit, to me it is not worth the price anymore. We reserved early and came with additional family so "per person price" was cheaper as we were more, but due to the price, depending on the date when we go back to Breck, we will likely choose more affordable options (we go to Breck almost yearly since the last decade). I had stayed in other places and prefer this one but now the price is prohibitive. Other rentals' price in Breck have not increased that much or as significantly. PROS: - Location - Updated kitchen (fully stocked!) - Comfortable, spacious, warm - Parking (garage and in the housing complex) CONS: - Price - Unit needs some attention to detail given the new price point (higher standards now!). For ex, the remodel in the downstairs half bath is really half way done. They redid the counter and the floor. However, they left the towel bars, light switch covers, mirror, sideboards, lighting, from the 1980s (wood/gold). The upstairs main bedroom bathroom does not have a drain cover (but the second bdr bathroom does). More hangers would help. Dcor a bit outdated. Needs repaint/refresh. I did have a small issue when checking in when they didn't want to provide a key, but just a garage code, limiting you to get in through the garage in the back instead of the front door in front of the lift! The only thing this rental has going for it is location. Economy level unit is dated and worn with patched carpet. We had hot water int he showers only 2 out of our 9 nights. Maintenance and front desk were called and did not appear to care.

The location is fantastic. You can walk right to the quicksilver lift out your door and main street is a quick 5 minute walk. The space was perfect for myself, my wife and our two boys ages 10 and 12. Everyone could spread out and get their own space.

A quickie ski trip during January 2021 Covid pandemic. Didn’t want to risk a condo or hotel room so went for the townhouse. The necessary items Beds and showers were great. Comfortable all two floors heating. Kitchen very good which worked to avoid eating on slopes for lunch. I counted 42 steps to get onto slopes. We couldn’t have been happier

Cedars 29 was the perfect location to Breck. Spacious, clean, and had everything you would need for your stay. Loved the balcony off the master bedroom overlooking the creek and QuickSilver. Private garage space was a plus. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Very nice uint that fit our family of five perfectly...spacious living room with separate sitting could have been bigger....kitchen is a tad run down but we don't need much...games and puzzles were nice...easy 10 minute walk to town down the ski slopes...you really can't get closer to the slopes, as we were about 50 feet up a bridge to Quicksilver chair...absolutely ski-in ski-out!

This unit had everything we needed and in a great location. I short walk over the slopes or down the street landed us on main street. Beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a few minutes stroll away (and across the street)- not ideal but ok. Some dcor has not been undated; however, the unit was clean and well maintained. Great showers! Check-in and Check- out were a breeze. The staff was very helpful and professional.

This unit is a nice, clean condo in a perfect location for summer or winter. You are right next to the Peak 9 base area for winter activities for ski-on/ski-off location, and a short walk to Main street for anytime of year. The unit is nicely accommodated and perfect size for a small group with plenty of space across multiple levels.

We loved our Breckenridge ski vacation. The ski conditions were not the best but we still had a great time skiing The location of the condo was excellent. Would definitely stay there again. The only downside was getting the car back in the garage at night since the driveway was extremely icy.

This condo was great. Location was perfect. Walk 20 feet, put your skis on and off you go. Also, our son was in ski school which was perfect for this location. The condo was updated, very nicely appointed. We really enjoyed it. We'll book again most likely!

This is a great little place that is literally ski in and ski out. 10 minute walk to the city of Breckenridge, 5 minute walk to the mountain. The only draw back is that the hot tub is down the block. All in all, it was lots of fun!!

We had a great stay at Cedars #29. The location was outstanding and the unit was very good. The only negative was the location of the hot tub -- down and across the street. We did not use the hot tub because of that location -- and that is our only issue in considering whether to return. The two employees we dealt with were courteous, accommodating and professional.
