This beautiful home is located just one block (75 yards) away from the base of Breckenridge’s Peak 8 base area. With five bedrooms (each with en-suite bathrooms) and multiple living areas for relaxing and entertaining, your party of up to 20 people will have plenty of space to spread out. You can drive to Main Street, or just hop on the free shuttle that just a stone’s throw away from the home.

This home’s elegance is evident from your first step through the grand front entryway into the main living area. The soaring vaulted ceilings with exposed trusses and two-story moss rock gas fireplace are stunning. Large windows flood the area with natural light and capitalize on the forest and mountain views. Rich leather sofas and chairs around the room make for an elegant (yet cozy) gathering place. There’s a large flat-screen TV for watching a movie or catching the morning snow report. There’s also a study just off the living area with another large flat-screen TV, gas fireplace and two leather chairs that convert into twin sleeper sofas.

Downstairs is the main entertainment area complete with wet bar, pool table, huge flat-screen TV, sauna, and card table; it’s the perfect place to gather and have some fun with your group. There’s also a loft area upstairs with an additional large flat-screen TV. Outside is the very private porch area with seating and a grill for barbecuing, as well as a private hot tub for soaking in after a long day exploring the Rocky Mountains.

The spacious chef’s kitchen features a Viking six-burner stove, Sub-Zero refrigerator, double ovens, and a walk-in pantry. The expansive granite counters and sectional island provide plenty of space to prepare a culinary masterpiece and can seat 4. The formal dining room is just off the kitchen and can seat 10.

This home also boasts a two-car garage, full laundry area with washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. • Loft: queen sleeper sofa with a large flat-screen TV. (sleeps 2)

MAIN LEVEL:

• Master suite: Large master suite with king four-post bed, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and large en-suite bathroom with jetted tub, walk-in shower, twin sinks, and makeup vanity. (sleeps 2)
• Living area/study: two twin sleeper sofas. (sleeps 2)
• Bathroom: 1/2 guest bathroom.

LOWER LEVEL:
