This two-bedroom, two-bathroom deluxe condo is great for families and groups up to six. Beautiful updates and tasteful decorations make this property stand out at Gold Camp. The fully equipped kitchen is updated with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, and there’s seating available at the bar for six people. In the living room, you can relax next to the gas fireplace or watch a Blu-ray movie on the large flat-screen TV. Or if you need a breath of fresh air, have a seat on the balcony and take in the beautiful views.

I was searching for a 3 bedroom ski-in/ski-out place. brought this place up calling it "ski to door", apartment that sleeps 8. The pictures lead you to believe that there could be up to 4 bedrooms based on the pictures. There are some old pictures of the bedrooms, that are not accurate. This is a 2 bedroom condo, walk to bus to get to ski hill place. Ski locker was not available for use and the unit is on the second floor. Kitchen exhaust fan does not exhaust, bathroom door hard to shut and no broom or shovel to get rid of snow in front of door to exit stairway. Customer service from Summit Rentals seems over the top with a lot of text messages. The unit is nice/fine and considering the surprises, we made the most of our time there.

Everything was great for the value. The location is very close to the free shuttle. Check in was easy and the management company very responsive to the little glitches which came up during our stay. I especially liked the close proximity to the Nordic Center. What a gem. I had overlooked the fact that there is no washer and dryer within the unit but located somewhere within the complex. The hot tub and sauna were well-maintained. The bathroom for the master bedroom is not ensuite. If I could give a 4.5 rating I would.

This was a great rental for our March family ski trip. Its about a 10 min walk to Peak 8 or catch the shuttle, which is conveniently located right across the street. The shuttle was super crowded at the end of the ski day so catch it early or be prepared to wait (or you can walk home like my husband). The rental has a great, clean kitchen. All the appliances you need. Really nice to have a King bed. The kids’ room with bunk beds and full/queen was great. The comforters on the bunk beds were stained and dirty, so we were unable to use them. The couch in the living room pulls out to a sofa, so our teenage son slept there. Bathrooms are okay. My whole family ended up only using the stand up shower. The other bathroom with tub/shower needs some plumbing updates- The hot water is really tricky in there and the shower head is really loose with no water pressure. We didn’t ask management to fix this issue but they were very quick to respond to fixing a loose toilet seat. Parking is easy and we always got a spot close to the condo entrance. We drove to dinner every night but you can catch the shuttle to town if needed). Overall, this place was a great location and we would definitely stay here Again.

I like the rental and have stayed here twice. It has its flaws though. Carrying the luggage, then everyday two hockey bags and 4 bikes up and down 2 flights of stairs was tiring. The comforter on one bed had stains so my kid slept with a sheet and a light blanket. The nice leather couch cushions kept sliding out so made it uncomfortable to hang. But all this was do able. The most frustrating part was the cleaning crew waiting in the hallway at 9:30 for me to leave. My husband said I would be out by 10 but they waited in the hallway. Then 5 minutes till 10 when I was still rolling out luggage trying to get past them they started to come in and clean before all bags were brought out. It does have a nice kitchen counter to eat/hang out at and amenities to feel comfortable. Love the two bathrooms. And there was always parking available in front of the building.

We came up to Breckenridge for spring break with 5 adults and 1 child. This condo was absolutely perfect for all of us. We spent a ton of time around the beautiful and gigantic island, playing games and chatting. The bedrooms are separated by two bathrooms, so you do have a lot of privacy. The complex itself is 1 stop away from peak 8 or an easy and pretty 10 minute walk. If you have a group coming up to stay, look no further the privacy and space of this condo is great.

Very clean, great location, great price. Had a fully stocked kitchen which we made use of every day. Warm cozy fire place as well. Only complaint is that not enough supplies were provided like toilet paper and towels and there was a $35 fee for having them come to restock the condo. Other than that very happy with our experience.

Great spot all around! Clean, comfortable and easy access to Peak 7 and 8. Literally walk outside with your gear and catch 2 minute trolly ride to Peak 7 and 8, walk up some steps and you’re right at the lift. Highly recommend!

Everything was great about the condo. I only have 2 minor complaints. One the couch was terrible so it was a good thing the carpet was soft to relax on. Two, I wish the property had towels where the hot tubs were. Other than those 2 things, I am still very likely to go back. The best thing was how close the property is to the resort and how I only had to take 10 steps to the shuttle.

As advertised!Gold Camp is in a great location, directly on the (extremely convenient) bus route, just down the hill from peak 8. we comfortably housed 4 guys on our snowboard trip with ease. The rental company was great work with and made it easy to check in despite us arriving in the middle of the night. Downtown and all the bars and restaurants you can ask for are just a few bus stops away.

Prime location. Free ride bus picks up and drops off right out front. Peak 8 was a two block walk if you wanted the extra exercise.

Property was convenient, clean and comfortable. It was updated and functional. The beds were comfortable for two adults sharing the unit. It was missing a few things that would be nice i.e. a can opener, and dish cloths. A sink sponge was provided but wipes would have been nice to wipe the granite countertops. The appliances were updated and functional. The storage drawer under the stove was either broken or installed incorrectly as it was difficult to close properly. Also the sliding closet doors in the second bedroom was off the rails and misaligned. We were able to repair it to make it functional for our stay. The provision of Humidifier units for the bedroom was appreciated. The Wifi system gave a warning of "poor security", I am used to unsecured networks but this may require attention by the owner for providing secure Wifi service for renters.Overall, the unit was a very comfortable unit for two adults. Some adults may not appreciate the bunk beds but we did not use them. I would certainly recommend the unit for skiers who are looking for a clean, updated functional unit for up to two adults and two children. It is a quick walk to the bus stop and one stop from the base area at Peak 7. Summit Mtn rentals was responsive and wonderful to work with, they provided good instructions and prompt response to questions. The only negative for us was not having access to the ski locker.

Best thing about this unit is that it is right across from the bus stop taking you to peak 7 and 8. Wear your boots and gear to the bus stop. There's no kitchen table but a long counter-top with four stools and two little seats. Two full bathrooms helps. Summit Rentals workers are very helpful with anything you want to know about the area. Nice place, nice people.

8 of us stayed for 8 days and we had an incredible time! Gold camp is easy to find and the parking was convenient. The condo was in great shape and had up to date amenities. Shuttle bus is free and easy to navigate around town and peaks, with a pickup right in front of the complex. Hot tub and sauna within 100 feet. Great place to stay. Definitely returning.
