Great stay in Frisco for spring break week w/ kids. The location is perfect - a short walk away from all the restaurants on Main St., and just a few minutes to Copper. The unit is spacious and well equipped. The third bedroom is set up as a TV room, which is not necessary as it's directly adjacent to the big sitting room - and would be better served w/ a real bed as opposed to a pull-out couch. But the two other bedrooms are very nice. The management company was communicative and helpful.

The condo was very spacious, even larger than it appears in the photos. Location a block from the Town Hall Summit Stage stop was perfect for getting to Copper and back, and tons of restaurants are a short walk away. Laundry was a plus for stinky ski gear. A few small maintenance issues, but nothing serious, and probably to be expected during the busy season. The rental company staff were super communicative and helpful with them. We'd stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Unit J, Mt. Victoria Lodge. Perfect accommodations for 2 couples. Plenty of room. Was great having the indoor parking for our car! Location was great, walking distance to downtown, driving distance to Breckenridge, Vale, Beaver Creek, and more.

Located only 1 block from main street this property was easily accessible to downtown restaurants and shopping. The unit was clean, bright, and spacious with plenty of amenities. Property management was located a block away so checking in and out was a breeze. All said we had a very enjoyable stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this unit on our next trip.

My Victoria is a beautiful condo with all the amenities we were looking for. We loved everything about this condo especially the spacious living area and kitchen. It's is a perfect location for skiing the different resorts within a 15 minute radius. The little town of Frisco is full of cute shops and great restaurants. We will definitely be visiting again and staying at this beautiful condo.

I booked this place for my parents and I to stay while they helped move me into an apartment in Frisco. The condo was spacious and well appointed. The living/ dining area was by far the largest of any condo we have rented in a ski town. Our only complaint was the furniture was arranged oddly in the living room making it difficult to watch tv. As shown in the picture the black chair in the back faces the tv directly so if you want to watch the tv from the couch you must lay along the entire couch leaving no room for other people to sit. In the scheme of things this is a small complaint however for vacationing families who want to comfortably watch a movie together the furniture arrangement would pose an issue. Otherwise the property was in good order and appeared as it does in the pictures. It was very easy to check in and check out.

Our trip to Frisco and this unit was amazing. The place gave us room to spread out, play, eat dinner as a family around the table inside and out, and just enjoy. The property was open, large, bright and roomy with spectacular 180 degree views of the surrounding area. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The four televisions served all family members. With its handy location to Main Street Frisco, I would certainly recommend this Condo.

Our vacation could have started off on a sour note had it not been for the woman (I wish I could remember her name) who checked us in. When we left the office to go to the condo, our car would not start. She kindly got her car and jumper cables and help us get our car started. I have been very please with my entire experience with Summit Mountain Rentals. The condo is very spacious and beautifully furnished. We loved making breakfast in the wonderful kitchen every morning. After a day of skiing or walking around town it was a great place to come back to and relax. It's close to restaurants and shops and Frisco is close to Breckenridge, Vail, and Copper Mountain. We hope to come back to Frisco for Christmas next year. We will use Summit Mountain Rentals and will request Mount Victoria Lodge, Unit J. again.

Our family was fortunate to stay in this lovely home over the new year holiday. It could not have been more perfect! The home had more than enough room for the 4 of us, large TVs, beautiful views, heated floors, amazing kitchen...everything we could possibly need to make our stay wonderful! The space is BIG, although the master en-suite has a odd layout, the bathroom is large enough but has a very small shower, and is well removed from the rest of the condo. The garage and common areas are dreary and not very welcoming, especially when arriving quite tense at 12:30a after driving from DEN in a snow storm that left cars and trucks littering the sides of the highway. Of course nothing was opened and just a cup of coffee would have been nice to settle us down from our journey. I get it, it's a rental and not resort, but a little hospitality goes a long way. The storm did leave nice powder and Frisco looked beautiful in white and the skiing was great.

We had a delightful stay @ Mt. Victoria Lodge, Unit J. It was just as described and had ample space for our small group of three. Wonderfully appointed kitchen with every utensil one might need. Large balconies off the dining room and master. King beds in both bedrooms. Easy walk to main street restaurants. We will definitely keep this on the list for a return visit. Only minor issues were the quality of pillows and we could not locate the remote for the tv sound system.

We had a wonderful time in Frisco as always. It was great to come back to our warm and inviting condo after a day of snow play...flip on the fireplace, cook dinner in a well-stocked kitchen then snuggle in to watch the Olympics at night. The property management was quick to fix a non-working fireplace. The only thing we would change was the price. Although it was a very nice place, it was a little pricey compared to other properties we've rented in Frisco.

Several couples got together from across the country to meet in Frisco, since it was pretty central for our group. Some of the friends had children, while others did not, so we rented 2 cabins and had a adults/small children one and then adults only. It was perfect. WE were on the top floor of the cabin looking condos and everybody LOVED it. The non-Summit County Rental employees, like the front desk guy on Main Street and the guy in the office of the actual building we stayed in, were less than professional and/or helpful. They both seemed put-out by our presence and the 2 questions we asked. "We're not with them," and "we just give out the keys" were their response. I understand that, but when you live in a town that relies on tourism for the bulk of the income, maybe ramp up the friendliness a little. We didn't care for the 10:00AM checkout time, either. 11:00 or noon would be more reasonable, especially for vacationers who want to relax. Otherwise, great! Would stay again. Thank You.

This is a very spacious unit in pristine condition. Everything is new and in great condition. The only problem we had was with parking. The lots we were told to use do not exist in winter and made it difficult to find a spot for our second vehicle. Other than that we LOVED Unit J and will rent from Summit Mountain Rentals again.

Stayed here for 5 days in January - what a wonderful experience. We are not new to Frisco and Copper Mountain, and have always endeavoured to stay in Frisco. Our condo was found by chance, but what a find.... the moment we walked in, it felt like home... beautifully decorated, a fully equipped kitchen and utility area. The indoor parking was also a bonus too. We had a great time, and didnt want to leave - so we booked again for two weeks later....... oh yes, and again in August..... felt like writing a bad review, only to ensure we would have no problems with future reservations lol...... The condo was lovely!!! The furnishings were exactly like the pictures, kitchen was spacious with lots of little things we did not need to buy (spices, coffee filters, etc.) Loved having the laundry facilities and there was all the necessary supplies one would need. The bathrooms were very clean and beautiful. I especially loved the master suite, private and away from our children. I cant wait to go back.

Annual ski holiday from Australia. Unit very well appointed and comfortable. A little further away from the centre of Main St than expected. As we all know not much snow in January this year with the Vail back bowls closed at this time for the first time in 30 years,but still managed to get some good skiing in. Summit Mountain Rentals handled booking in a very friendly and efficient way. Looking forward to visiting Frisco again next year.

The appartment offers a lot of space and comfort, beautifully decorated. we found it easy to drive to the slopes, a rental car is advised. we had a great stay!

What a great location so close to everything and right by the park. Our grandsons had a great time and the oldest took his first bike ride in the Rockies!!
