This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom premium townhome is a fabulous retreat for groups of up to six people. The decks boast great views of Breckenridge Ski Resort and a gas grill, and you’ll love taking a dip in the private hot tub after a long day on the slopes. The living area features vaulted ceilings, great natural light, and views of the slopes. There’s also plenty of seating, a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. The updated kitchen features quartz counters, stainless steel appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to whip up everything from apres-ski snacks to memorable mountain meals. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for four more at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.

We stayed at this spot last summer and loved it so much that we had to book again. The location is incredible and really the biggest perk of all. The place is spacious with good accommodations, modern appliances and ample parking. However, it needs a facelift and some TLC. Though the house is very comfortable, there are some things worth noting. The living room furniture feels dull and dirty. The kitchen is well stocked with the utensils, dishes and appliances you need, but many of the pots need to be replaced and unfortunately the dishwasher was covered in mold when we arrived. Thankfully the rental company took care of this and it was thoroughly cleaned during our stay. The carpet needs to be replaced, linens need updating... it just feels a bit outdated for the cost of the stay. While we love the location and the layout and space, we will likely look elsewhere for future stays.

This is a perfect spot if you are planning to stay in Breckenridge. The free shuttle to the lift stops right on the corner and you are also 1 block away from downtown. Plenty of room in the house, very well maintained and equipped for a group of 4-6. Would absolutely stay again!

For the past 5 years, my friends and I have been spending a week in Breckenridge to snowboard. This condo has been our favorite location thus far! You can see all of peak 8 from the hot tub, and walk to your favorite restaurants.

We stayed in this property for a month and it was PERFECT! The location was very central and easy to access Main Street and local hiking trails. The property was clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed and more. The hot tub and views are icing on top! We will definitely be back to this property!

Fantastic location and within walking distance to town and slopes. It's literally next door to Twist and half a block from several restaurants. Also, it's one block from the grocery so there is no need to use your car your entire stay. You can tell that the property has been redone and the finishings are nice. The only thing I would say is that the couches and beds need updated, along with some of the pots and pans. Otherwise I would say we had a fantastic stay!
